Kayla was incredibly detailed and truly took her time with my brows. This store front is ripping their customers off and illegally charging my credit card. They did a…read more'bait and switch' on my credit card three weeks ago and would not refund me the charges on credit card and the corporate headquarters will not contact me. They also will not provide me with my credit but refused to give me receipts. There are many other salons nearby that are competitively priced and have people in their businesses that actually have experience in good customer service. I wouldn't give this store even a one star and I have been a customer for many years! If they don't resolve this issue soon, I'll have the Costa Mesa Police Department pay them a visit along with the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce!
