I called ahead and asked specifically for this option, and I was quoted a price on it too. And then when I realized that the feature was missing, and I called to find out where the confusion was, they refused to complete the work. They claimed that PTO was never mentioned on the call, which is an outright lie. Not only did I mention it, I also confirmed it too. Now we have to compensate our customer by paying for another installer to complete the job. Stay away from this place. Take your business elsewhere.

Let me tell you what I appreciate most: service. You'll notice I haven't written a Yelp review in a decade, but these guys deserve it. If you've ever worked in business with a proper team dynamic, you'll recognize it too.
