While I understand pricing errors can happen, good customer service would have been to honor the clearly marked price and correct future labels--not insist I pay more than what was advertised. Instead, I was told I had to pay the higher price. It left me questioning the store's pricing practices. This isn't the first disappointing experience. On another occasion, the same assistant refused to let me return a meal I had just purchased--despite the fact that I hadn't even left the store and only wanted to exchange it because my daughter changed her mind. Additionally, I've noticed that the portion sizes of the meals have been shrinking noticeably over the past year. Overall, I'm becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the service and value at this location.
