Tibetan sausage: It looked like a blood sausage, but tasted a little more bland. The texture was a bit more crumbly than a normal Chinese sausage. Stir fried tongue: Our favorite dish of the night! The sliced beef tongue was so flavorful and melted in your mouth. I would come back just to get this dish again. Beef momo: I appreciated how the skin was not overly thick like other momos that I've had. The meat itself wasn't overly flavorful, but the chili sauce that they gave was a really nice addition to the momos. Overall, I would come back here just for the stir fried tongue.
