Love Tastea and I am so excited this location is open close to me. I've been to this location twice since they've opened. Both times the staff were very friendly and thorough. I tried the new Cantaloupe Crush and it is amazing! So yummy. I do ask for it medium sweet and it's the best! Always love Peach Me Sweatea. And their honey boba is delicious! I have to be honest, I only go to Tastea for one drink, the Watermelon Heaven. When it's available, I'm usually at Tastea once a week. I've ordered in person and via the mobile app and haven't had any issues with my orders here. They're a lot quicker than the Chapman location I used to go to. My last pick up order was pretty large and all the drinks were correct & packed well. This location shares a lot and is connected to the THH sandwiches. It can be packed and a pain to get out of the lot. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars though is the ordering system if you go in store. There are still plastic barriers up in front of the register so you need to order through their speaker. Which is ok if you're placing an order but they also ask if you have a phone number tracked with them (you'll earn rewards that way). I just didn't feel comfortable giving my phone number through the speaker because it amplifies it and everyone in the store can hear it. So just keep that in mind. For me, I'll order through the mobile app for pick up so I don't have to go through everyone in line hearing my phone number. read more

I'm so happy that they Tastea are popping up everywhere, especially when it get closer and closer to my house. I love Anaheim Tastea the most because of their enthusiasts young worker. I really love the matcha milk tea and watermelon heaven from here. The staff keeps things organized and clean and always makes sure my drink is dairy free when they make it. Great communication. Great customer service. Fair warning, their strawberry milk tea is pre-made with a condensed milk (source was the manager on duty who made this for me) so if you NEED your drink entirely dairy free make sure you let the cashier know for that one, and they can make it special. The only negative commentary I would make is that Some cashiers just take your order and I have to ask them to put in my phone number every time I order in the afternoon. The drinks themselves can get expensive depending on what you add but they do have 'order ahead' available on the app, with a point system, and discounts. The average drink is $5-6 dollars without adding stuff. Automatic rewards for the app includes $5 off on your birthday, and a free 20oz drink for downloading the app. Only 2 sizes available: 20oz and 32oz It can get pretty busy so you can probably expect a bit of a wait. Longest I've waited for my drink is probably 10 minutes. The wait is especially if you see a crowd outside. Best to order ahead on the app. The staff moves quickly despite having large Mobil orders and walk in orders though. read more

This was my first time ordering with Tastea and I am very disappointed. When I called to see what happened, they employee just said it was "normal" and that "everyone knows this". Love tastea and was very excited for the new location. But both time that I've been there so far, I've received the incorrect drinks. First visit : ordered bootea shaker but received a peach me sweet tea Second visit : ordered 2 lychee peachy and they forgot the lychee bits that it comes with + our extra toppings Overall the drinks were a'iiiight, the staff definitely needs more training. Update: Keep in mind that I am ordering about 4-6 drinks at a time and due to covid we are not able to try our drinks. We didn't get to our drinks until we arrived back home. After we sorted out everyone's drinks, that was when we realized the error. It's just not worth the drive back. read more

Never coming back to this location. Very disappointed. I was excited for this location to open since it's much closer than all the other locations. We ordered lite sweet for both of our drinks per usual. On our way home we had our first sip and it tasted like pure syrup. We returned to the store to ask for a remake. The shift leader on duty at 9pm on 10/28/20 asked if this was my first time at tastea. I said no and that I've been to other locations. Mind you, I've been going to tastea for years, ever since the first location in Garden Grove. After two taste test of the remake, it was still not made to expectation. When I received the new order, the shift leader had the audacity to "mansplain" to me how I must've usually ordered my drink all these years as "no sweet". First time trying this location. I rate 3 stars because we used the mobile app to order and selected a pick up time. We had to wait 15min before we got our drinks. We even selected a time not the asap option. I saw 2 of the 3 drinks we had ordered ready at our pick up time. I went up to the counter twice to ask about it and they said it wasn't ready. The 3rd drink was the Avocado Avalanche. Didn't think it takes 15min to make that drink. When they called my name for my order. They told me they were out of whipped cream. The drinks tasted good. I've been going to the original location in Garden Grove since high school (early 2000s) and Tastea has been around since the boba craze started. Shops and brands and come and go, while Tastea has stood the test of time and now has branched off to so many locations! When I heard that Tastea was coming to Anaheim, I was so excited for it to come to the neighborhood. I just HAD to come during their grand opening weekend. As always, drinks never fail. This is literally the best boba place you can go to. Amazing boba especially the crystal boba. All drinks are amazing and they have an amazing secret menu. I recently tried the all-new pumpkin spice milk tea which is delicious. It comes with cheese foam with just makes the drink soooooo much better. Amazing toppings which include cheese foam, sea foam, creme brûlée, boba, honey boba, crystal boba, strawberry bits, lychee bits, lychee coconut jelly, black jelly, coffee jelly, rainbow jelly, and many more. Nothing but a bunch of rude teenagers. Asked if they served the chicken still and one girl answered no but the other coworker made a remark on how we need to stop asking and I found it very rude. On top of that I was the only one waiting for my order and the one who made the remark didn't even bother with my drink, she just went on to talk about her dates with her boyfriend and cussed at least 20 times in the same sentence. Not only were the staff following COVID protocols, but they also managed to get my drink out in a timely manner despite being crowded. I don't visit Tastea often, but when I do, this location never disappoints! Their boba is consistently chewy, fresh, and sweet (always order the honey boba). Was very excited to have an Anaheim location open nearby however to my disappointment the crew needs a bit of customer service experience and more training in making drinks. I purchased one lychee freeze slush and one strawberry slush and redeemed my free drink however my niece and her bf both checked into YELP to take advantage of the the free drink offer Yet, the gal at the register said that you cannot use the free drink unless you made a purchase of min of $10. Nowhere does it say that a purchase had to be made and still they refused to honor the promo. The drink was made for Andrew and they even called his name however they still did not give it to us. My slush drinks were way too blended and didn't even taste like a slush. It was flavored icy water.
