Love this place! The Employees are always super kind and sweet. My drinks come out fast but it does suck that they don't have chicken yet. Also wish they would enforce the rules there as far as people standing around inside. I had to walk thru a group of people just to get my drinks at the pick up counter. They do have signs posted that say order your drink and stand outside but they don't enforce it. Other than that I love the drinks and the experience. read more

I was having a terrible day today and just wanted something to drink. I just wanted to go in, grab my drink, and go. The second I entered, there was a water leakage which sprayed water all over the workers and up onto the ceiling. The workers were laughing, but they saw me and immediately welcomed me. They seemed like they were having fun together, and it made me happy to see that. To top it off, the barista, I think his name was either Aaron or Bert, was covered in water, but he had a very cheerful and positive attitude. It was funny how he apologized for all the inconveniences and showed a lot of gratitude to his co-workers and to others. Tastea Anaheim provided an experience that I've never witnessed before at any other boba shops, and I'm glad that I came. I will definitely come back again. read more

Staff was very friendly, I felt welcomed coming in and they take Covid-19 serious. Not only were the drink amazing but also their customer service was also outstanding. Glad that a new Tastea location has opened up closer to me! I think the drinks are at the same quality and standard as other Tastea locations. They make the drinks fairly quick, and using their app to order ahead is also really helpful. I did try to use some gift cards to pay, but they said that they weren't taking them. Not sure if this is just because they're a new location, but hopefully they're able to accept gift cards as payment soon. read more

I've been here like four times. All three visits before this one have been amazing. So I asked for 2 32oz house special coffees with Boba and easy on the ice. The supervisor made me the drinks knew that he didn't have enough Coffee in both of the cups. So what he did was try to compensate with seafoam and condensed milk. So.. the service is actual trash. I truly don't care about a place with shitty attitude. You guys clearly don't know what a customer service job is. It was not busy when I came, and all I received was dirty looks and a rude attitude from a girl with the septum piercing and blonde highlights. All 4 workers are just leaning and laughing, and she gives every customer attitude the minute we need their actual assistance to order. Every time a mobile order went off, she verbally cussed AND complained while helping customers. She should quit if she's going to complain that much. It's just embarrassing for her. The day is June 24th at 10 pm, and she wore a blue tastea tee. On TOP of that, I asked for the bathroom code twice, which did not work, and I did not receive any help when I could not get in. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not coming back to this location. I order 5 drinks worth $31.75, had a $50 and the cashier did not want to take my money and said only $20 bills were allowed. I totally understand the "policy" but I am ordering over $20 worth. I asked them if they can have my order ready that I would be back with my change and the cashier refused, she said she didn't want to make the drinks by mistake if I didn't come back. I told her I'm coming back I'm just gonna get change. After I came back, the cashier made me feel uncomfortable checking my $20 bill more then once to check if it was fake. I ended up paying then with my receipt on my hand I go to the pick up area and the "supervisor" asked me if I had paid already. Asking is nothing wrong is the way she asked, after she asked me to step out that they are going by order with the orders, and I asked even after I asked to have my order ready, and some other employee which I did not get her name (very polite by the way) stepped in and said yes they are ready but even after she told me that, the supervisor asked to step outside in an unprofessional way. I stepped out and just as the door shuts they call my name for my order. Very unprofessional staff they really made me feel very uncomfortable. I got 3 drinks my first time at this location and I don't think I'll ever come back here. I already ordered my drinks medium sweet and oh my goodness, I took my first sip of each to try and all 3 went in the trash. All 3 of us thought they were EXTREMELY SWEET. To make matters worse: after telling us no at check out l, they still made our tea, called our name, but took away our drink at the pick up counter.
