Right off the bat, there was many things good about this place: It was really decorated, especially with Halloween coming up. Additionally, was very clean. Outside it was about 80° and the inside it was a really cool ~65° Naturally, there are a lot of options with a boba place, however, there were a lot more here than what I've seen at other places. The service was kind and helpful, and we received our food in a timely manner. With our food coming out fast, it also tasted good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this establishment and the quality of my food. They definitely deserve their rating.

It's Boba Time in Anaheim is open and I couldn't be more happy because it's one of my favorite boba shops! The staff at this location are friendly and put effort into making the drinks, too. As always, the menu is wide, so you have a lot of choices! At this location, you can either order at the counter or through the kiosks they have. Overall quality here is good. Normally, I would order the coconut strawberry drink (super delicious), but today I tried their Hokkaido Milk Tea, which was pretty on point. I love that you can request milk alternatives as well. The sweetness level is also pretty accurate when making their drinks. Hopefully you'll add this to your local boba shop rotation if you live in the area or visiting!

Walked in 30 mins before closing I ordered my drinks through the kiosk and I waited for my order to be done. Two ladies walk in and my drinks were ready. One of the employees looks at them like they're an inconvenience and it's rude. I felt him very tense when I picked up my drinks. I noticed that the Pistacho Matcha Milk Tea wasn't full. I would guess it's because they made it in such a bad attitude. Mind you it was 30 minutes before closing. I never do reviews on places but this one just felt so ugly. I dropped my Thai Tea so I didn't get to try it unfortunately.

It is a small location, but they do have order kiosks inside, and a clean restroom! I either pre-order through the app, or at one of the kiosks. Fave drinks here are the banana smoothie, taro smoothie, pb choco banana smoothie, boba coffee, pistachio frappe, and more. They have always had an expansive menu, sometimes it's hard to pick. I am happy this location opened up and have become a regular. If you are nearby, definitely get your Boba Time fix here!

I come here for 2 things: their smoothies and their frappes! I'm obsessed with their pistachio frappe and this is the only place/chain I've found that makes this drink. Been looking for a good boba spot nearby and this spot is great. Super clean, everything pretty straight forward you can order at the counter or on their little computer device. I typically go for taro as my drink of choice and their taro is really good. Lately I've seen places add cheese foam or cloud but I'm a fan of just plain with boba. And this place is really good.

Nice little location, they had an excellent playlist of songs I liked. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Frappé, and the employee ringing me up made sure to ask if I wanted regular boba with it. Of course I said yes! This drink is so good, I was still thinking about it for two days afterward. I wasn't expecting much from the chocolate in it, I thought it would just be regular chocolate syrup. But it hardens and has a really high quality flavor that made me sure to scrape every bit out. My sister and I wanted to try out some matcha drinks. Unfortunately, they were not that good, and I usually love matcha drinks. But the other times I've been here the drinks were good! You can order through the kiosk, and it is very quick. The workers will say hi to you but if you're paying with cash, I highly suggest you go to the kiosk because you can browse through all their drinks. They have little seating, this is not the place to hang out, they have like 2 benches that are very comfortable to sit on while you wait for your drink. Overall, very good experiences all the times i've been here, a little sad about the matcha drink but that won't stop me from trying other drinks they offer. Highly recommend. read more

I am a very loyal Boba Time customer, I often visit the one on Malvern in Fullerton. Today I stopped by this location because I was on this side of town. WORSE MISTAKE !!!! The service was sooooo slow, they need more staff back there three isn't enough. & of course after 21 mins of sitting here wondering where my order was, staff came out to let me know their acai machine just broke. They refunded my acai bowl (2) & allowed me to place another order to replace my bowls. I didn't expect the 2nd order to be free but I'd be a lot less annoyed if they gave me even a small discount for the inconvenience. read more

The worse customer service!!!! The "OWNER" is very rude and has noooo manners !!! I get it u have new ppl working for u and mistakes happen but when I ask for a replacement and it is not replaced this is unexceptionable! I been to many boba times and this one is the worse! I will not talk about the drinks because they are always on point at every location but the fact that you could not replace a drink that you did a mistake on!!! I think I just found my new favorite boba shop!! I'm super picky when it comes to my milk teas and the wonderful staff here made it so good. The boba was soft and chewy and the drink was super refreshing. I was craving it the next day and went back again for more. The staff were really friendly and it was an overall very pleasant experience. I can't wait to go back! Still dreaming about this place read more

SO I looked up other recent yelp reviews, and I saw that someone posted a picture of their drink 17 hours ago and it was still pink. That makes me question what happened to our drinks.

The two restaurants I have yet to try are Seoul Sister, which offers modern Korean cuisine and bowls, and GG Chicken Shop, made famous by award-winning chefs for chicken sandwiches, salads, and more. I've heard some good and bad things about the food here, as well as about the elevated prices, which have been a turnoff for me since they opened. I may try the food one day and share my thoughts. There's ample seating inside on the first and second floors, as well as nearby areas around DTD. The staff has been kind for the most part and has had no issues with the service or orders I've received. Magic Key holder discounts apply here, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. Overall, Parkside is a good food and drink option for locals and visitors alike looking to try something new.

Their truck spot in Anaheim is such a vibe, only 8 mins from our hotel near Disneyland so there was no excuse not to go. We got there with just a couple people in line and by the time we were done ordering it was wrapped to the parking lot around 8pm on a Saturday night. We tried: the Rosca Delgado (traditional thread churro), Churro Delgado with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream + Caramel Drizzle and Butter Pecan Ice Cream + Lechera Drizzle, and the Chocolate Mi Abuelita hot AND iced. If you must pick one - traditional churro + hot chocolate. No lies there. Already planning to pull up to their Santa Ana spot next time we're back in SoCal.
