My sister and I wanted to try out some matcha drinks. Unfortunately, they were not that good, and I usually love matcha drinks. But the other times I've been here the drinks were good! You can order through the kiosk, and it is very quick. The workers will say hi to you but if you're paying with cash, I highly suggest you go to the kiosk because you can browse through all their drinks. They have little seating, this is not the place to hang out, they have like 2 benches that are very comfortable to sit on while you wait for your drink. Overall, very good experiences all the times i've been here, a little sad about the matcha drink but that won't stop me from trying other drinks they offer. Highly recommend. read more

I am a very loyal Boba Time customer, I often visit the one on Malvern in Fullerton. Today I stopped by this location because I was on this side of town. WORSE MISTAKE !!!! The service was sooooo slow, they need more staff back there three isn't enough. & of course after 21 mins of sitting here wondering where my order was, staff came out to let me know their acai machine just broke. They refunded my acai bowl (2) & allowed me to place another order to replace my bowls. I didn't expect the 2nd order to be free but I'd be a lot less annoyed if they gave me even a small discount for the inconvenience. read more

Nice little location, they had an excellent playlist of songs I liked. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Frappé, and the employee ringing me up made sure to ask if I wanted regular boba with it. Of course I said yes! This drink is so good, I was still thinking about it for two days afterward. I wasn't expecting much from the chocolate in it, I thought it would just be regular chocolate syrup. But it hardens and has a really high quality flavor that made me sure to scrape every bit out. Right off the bat, there was many things good about this place: It was really decorated, especially with Halloween coming up. Additionally, was very clean. Outside it was about 80° and the inside it was a really cool ~65° Naturally, there are a lot of options with a boba place, however, there were a lot more here than what I've seen at other places. The service was kind and helpful, and we received our food in a timely manner. With our food coming out fast, it also tasted good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this establishment and the quality of my food. They definitely deserve their rating. read more

It's Boba Time in Anaheim is open and I couldn't be more happy because it's one of my favorite boba shops! This location is one of the nicest I have been to so far as the space is very updated and clean. There is bench seating available on the inside and a fair amount of parking on the outside. The staff at this location are friendly and put effort into making the drinks, too. As always, the menu is wide, so you have a lot of choices! At this location, you can either order at the counter or through the kiosks they have. Overall quality here is good. Normally, I would order the coconut strawberry drink (super delicious), but today I tried their Hokkaido Milk Tea, which was pretty on point. I love that you can request milk alternatives as well. The sweetness level is also pretty accurate when making their drinks. Hopefully you'll add this to your local boba shop rotation if you live in the area or visiting! read more

Walked in 30 mins before closing I ordered my drinks through the kiosk and I waited for my order to be done. Two ladies walk in and my drinks were ready. One of the employees looks at them like they're an inconvenience and it's rude. I felt him very tense when I picked up my drinks. I noticed that the Pistacho Matcha Milk Tea wasn't full. I would guess it's because they made it in such a bad attitude. Mind you it was 30 minutes before closing. I never do reviews on places but this one just felt so ugly. An It's Boba Time that's close to where I live, say it isn't so? I thought having an It's Boba Time in Fullerton was awesome, but now we have one in Anaheim, even better! I guess my only complaint is that this location seems consistently busy (which is great for them), I always see people waiting on drinks through the window, or when I have visited, so there might be a wait for drinks. It is a small location, but they do have order kiosks inside, and a clean restroom! I either pre-order through the app, or at one of the kiosks. Fave drinks here are the banana smoothie, taro smoothie, pb choco banana smoothie, boba coffee, pistachio frappe, and more. They have always had an expansive menu, sometimes it's hard to pick. I come here for 2 things: their smoothies and their frappes! I'm obsessed with their pistachio frappe and this is the only place/chain I've found that makes this drink. Their teas are decent but pretty basic. Service is nice but a bit slow, but they are still very new. I ordered on the app and my drink was ready when I came, which is super convenient. This place just opened up this past week. There's two benches inside for seating while you wait for your order. There's also the front register to place your order or 2 self order kiosks. The menu is has a lot of different options ranging from milk teas to smoothies. I ordered the classic black milk tea with no toppings, no ice and 25% sweetness since I'm saving it for tomorrow.
