Pepperonis first colony is amazing. We have been coming to them for the past few years since they starts serving halal pepperoni. Their pizzas are always made fresh, delicious, and I have never had any issues. The owner, Hani, is incredibly accommodating and really great. We had a minor inconvenience occur in the parking lot outside his store and he immediately jumped in to help us. Love ordering pick up from this location for my family- we always enjoy our pizza and could not recommend pepperonis enough to our friends. Check them out if you're in the area. I have been coming here for a while now. The pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it's OK, but never great. And sometimes it's just not good at all. And the service is always subpar. We heard about this spot on our neighborhood's Facebook page. We ordered online and made the drive from Meadows Place to First Colony. Service was super chill. The front counter dude was extremely nice. Inside looked cool. By the looks of it, you can eat inside. It's got pizza spot vibe. The food, most excellent. My wife liked her veggie pizza a lot. She thought it was super cute looking too. Pizza bread sticks were tasty. The Buffalo ranch subs were good. We figured they would taste better if you ate them there...the drive home didn't help with keeping them fresh...but they were still good, just cold some. The pizza was really good. Pizza is very good. I haven't tried a lot of the flavors, usually get a simple one. But crust and sauce are excellent. But you'd be hard-pressed to get a smile out of any of their workers. I go in pretty often, and they still don't smile or acknowledge that I'm a regular customer. Someone needs to tell the front person that customer service is part of their job, at least smile at the customer or act even 1% friendly. We were lucky enough to order on Monday where they have large pizzas for $6 off each pizza. This is great since we all like something different. I ordered the Chicken Ranchero (Alfredo base, chicken and bacon) and added pineapple and red onions. I know, it sounds weird but is so delicious! The savory and sweet are a perfect combo. My S.O. got the Supreme and although our biggest argument is whether pineapple belongs on a pizza he couldn't help but trying mine, it is crazy delicious! The kids got cheese and it was the most perfect looking and tasting cheese pizza! Also the crush was fluffy and soft. It is a solid, delicious pizza place. It has been increasingly difficult to order online and receive the order in a timely manner at this location. The employees are poorly trained and seem confused about the possible avenues through which orders may be placed (website vs app). If you order here, definitely do not prepay for the order. An employee refused to issue a refund for an order that had not been acted on and stalled until the order could be started then claiming a refund wasn't possible. read more

THIS IS FOR THE FIRST COLONY SUGARLAND STORE -Precovid, this was not abad place. Now, they don't follow directions. We asked for pepperoni to be on top of the pizza so it would be crisp. They put cheese over it so it, so none of it was crisp. Also the cheese slid off like never before. The sause was watery, so that may have been the reason. Never again will I order there. I understand that food prices have gone up, so maybe you can't offer thick sause like before but people will not be happy when they lift up a slice and everything falls off on the floor. This was my first time visiting a Pepperoni's Pizza location and right in the door, I remarked that this wasn't a place I'd come to dine-in, due to its quaintness and limited seating. Their setup is welcoming, but I wouldn't overstay my visit. I ordered online and the process was seamless. The service was really good. The individual who processed my order even made a point to change the order, to fully "veganize" it. The vegan pizza is definitely a winner, especially if you enjoy alternative cheeses. They also have all of the regular offerings you'd expect from almost any pizza restaurant. My suggestion: If you're indeed looking for a fully vegan pizza, make sure you order their marinara sauce, because all of their other sauces are dairy-infused. Ordered 6 BBQ wings ($9), got miniature spicy Buffalo, ordered Greek salad ($9) served in takeout tray making it half the size of what we used to get. Pepperoni's slings some of the best pies in Houston. Their ingredients are always fresh; never frozen. The sauce and crust always taste homemade. Consistency can vary at times, and their service has been questionable as of late, but nothing will stop me from ordering their perfectly greasy, hand-tossed pizzas... with what else other than pepperoni to top it all off. When I'm not feeling cheesy enough for a pizza, I opt for a turkey sub. Something about the utter simplicity of soft, lightly toasted sub bread surrounding sliced roasted turkey, globs of mayo, and shredded lettuce (you know... to keep it healthy), tastes just like my childhood... but not in a creepy way. Everything about their food screams 5-stars to me. Unfortunately, they have been dropping the ball lately in the service department. I order from Pepperoni's about once a week (don't judge me...). In the past few months they have gotten my order wrong numerous times. We once received a pizza so sauced up that it was soggy all over the bottom and completely unmanageable. When we complained, they sent us a slightly burnt pizza with almost no sauce. This most recent time, I ordered half pepperoni, half cheese. I received a pizza covered in pepperoni and had to pull the pepperonis off half the pizza for my daughter. Also, I received an e-mail coupon to redeem free pizza rolls for signing up on their website. I spoke with the manager about getting mozzarella sticks instead ($2 less than pizza rolls), and he obliged. When I called back to confirm my order, the woman who answered said I could not present the coupon on my phone and would have to present a printed copy. Seriously? In this day and age where only 1/4 of consumers have a home office? Anyway, 9 times out of 10 you will receive the most delicious no frills pizza that you can find in Sugar Land. In fact, they land on my top 5 list of best pizzas in Houston.
