The rice bowls appeared to be of a similar quality. If I'd been hungrier, I would have ordered one of them. So why five stars? The five stars is to their employee Ivanka (her name was on the receipt), who handled the massive line of stressed out customers with efficiency, grace, and good humor. If you are the manager/owner of Leon, you should give her a raise. If you are hiring for a company in Amsterdam, you might want to look into poaching her.

The service is very fast to takeaway and to hurry your train. Also for vegetarian people there is a lot of choice. You have the restaurant and express which is one the LaPlace. They have delicious healthy smoothies, salads, sandwiches, pizza and little snacks. But also cold drinks, cappucino and tea are part of the company. The personnel is very friendly and helpfull. If you want to bake your egg, they are prepared to do that for you :). Most of the visitors are staff from Schiphol, tourists, daily travel users or business people who are in conversation. Chargers are avaiable at the tabels for charging your phone or laptop.
