The five stars is to their employee Ivanka (her name was on the receipt), who handled the massive line of stressed out customers with efficiency, grace, and good humor. They have delicious healthy smoothies, salads, sandwiches, pizza and little snacks. But also cold drinks, cappucino and tea are part of the company. The personnel is very friendly and helpfull. If you want to bake your egg, they are prepared to do that for you :). Most of the visitors are staff from Schiphol, tourists, daily travel users or business people who are in conversation.
