Mac & cheese - cheesy, even cold (no one's fault, just delivery) Brisket - ordered it as 'dry rub seasoning' and while it's good, the thin, square shape throws me off, and I don't see smoke rings, for what I'm accustomed to in smoked brisket. Palatable, but not melt in your mouth brisket I'm used to. While still delicious, at a higher price point than the pork at the level the brisket was cooked, lowering the cost a bit for lesser cuts might be beneficial.

Tonight ... we absolutely loved our usual (tender) Brown Stew Chicken w. collard greens, (spicy) Jerk Chicken w. mac & cheese, and (yummy) Oxtails w. green beans. Containers are now a harder plastic and a bit smaller ... but at least they don't leak or get crushed like the foam ones from before.
