We arrived at 4:30 but they did not open until 5pm, so we went to the Veranda Shopping Center and hung about for awhile. We got back about 6 pm and we're promptly seated, provided our menus and served water. The way orders are placed here is via a QR code at the table that you scan and place your order. They have a sticker on the sign that says there is an 18% gratuity for parties over 6. I think that is fine, as it is common, but I would definitely NOT be placing my order via a QR code as that is a part of the service I would be tipping for at other restaurants that charge accordingly. I ordered the Kimchi Dumpling Soup, medium heat and substituted the beef slices for lamb slices and removed the egg. We could not make the change for the egg in the app, but the server was able to remove it. My daughter ordered the Beef Pot Soup, mild. Overall I was underwhelmed by the experience and the food. I have eaten at the one in Davis and it is good. I ordered the iced green tea and it was very bitter and over brewed. Our order came to $69.00 with the tip The restaurant is spacious and has about 16 tables, including tables for groups of 4 and 6. My daughter said the floors were sticky, but I didnt not notice. I would not visit again as I prefer the Davis location

Tasty Pot is one of my favorite chains! This Tasty Pot is similar to most, offering hot pots, sizzling plates for those not feeling hot soup, and a variety of appetizers. The broth wasn't as flavourful during my visit to the Concord location, but overall still satisfied with my visit. The free tea (during weekday lunch?) is always a bonus in my opinion!

The Lamb Hot Soup from Tasty Pot is still just as tasty as ever. The dish came with Napa cabbage, lamb slices, vermicelli, enoki mushrooms, imitation crabmeat, meatballs, fish cake, kamaboko, pork blood rice cake, fried tofu skin, clams, sour mustard greens, brown beech mushrooms, tofu, and cilantro, all simmered together in one pot. The ingredients blended beautifully in a rich, silky white house broth full of flavor. If you run low on broth, the staff is happy to top it up for you. The meal also includes a choice of rice or vermicelli. I opted for the vermicelli, but the portion was very small. In hindsight, I would probably choose rice next time. Also, what I chose already came with vermicelli anyway. If you go during lunch, the meal comes with a choice of sweetened green tea or sweetened black tea, served iced or hot. We chose the green tea, which was excellent. It was lightly sweetened with a strong tea flavor that made it refreshing and a great complement to the meal. I feel like their tea has improved a lot since the last time that I visited this restaurant. The restaurant was not too busy at lunchtime, and both the table and seating were comfortable. Price wise, the dish was $19.99 as of December 2025 for both lunch and dinner, with lunch including the complimentary drink. The staff were friendly, and service was quick and efficient.

I have never been to an individual hot pot restaurant before so I was looking forward to Tasty Pot. The food was very good and prices are very reasonable. The chicken chips are really tasty. I had the beef hot soup and I wasn't disappointed. The soup is rich and flavorful. There is a good variety of foods mixed into the soup already. You just add the sauce to flavor it as you like. The staff was helpful in suggesting dishes and explaining the differences. We were celebrating multiple birthdays, so we brought cakes and the server helpfully brought us some small plates and forks. I thought it was a good value and will try it again.

My father in law who is Chinese but grew up in Taiwan introduced me to this place. It's fun because you can have single serving hot pot. It's nice because everyone can get the meat and toppings they want while still having the hot pot experience. I got the Seafood Lobster Hot Soup Dinner. It was really good, savory and the portion of seafood was really generous. The seafood was fresh and tasty. I really liked the broth too, it was simple but good. My father in law got the lamb soup. He liked it a lot. He added spice to it and enjoyed his meal. I had added ramen as it's an add of you can get but I didn't need it because my soup already had noodles. I recommend not adding noodles as you don't need to. It's nice to come here when you want hotpot but everyone wants different things cause you can each get exactly what you want here. The food is reliably good and it's a fun experience. Staff is kind and attentive. The ambiance is good. Lots of space and seating and plenty of parking.

If you're a hot-potholic, give this place a try. Unlike some of the other traditional ones where there's a big pot with a center divide with two different soups with a heating element in the middle of the table, and you order from a menu either a la carte or AYCE, Tasty Pot miniaturize the experience where everything comes in a single portion hot pot. The single portion pot is misleading as it's really filling. You order from a set flavor and everything is in one pot (one drink included). The one I ordered didn't have much vegetables so I ordered a side of cabbage and opted for the vermicelli. On a cold day, this is real comfort food. If you compare Tasty Pots $25.00 single hot pot and to AYCE hotpot of $40, you may find more value with the AYCE. But for a quick lunch or don't want to cook it yourself or overeat, the Tasty Pot is perfect pot.

I been coming too much lately. I fell in love with the appetizers. Chicken wings are a must! But I recently tried the calamari and meat pie. Hella good! Service is always attentive. Staff is nice!

In a strip mall with a bunch of other Asian restaurants. Parking maybe a tad bit difficult but you will find a spot but walk a distance. We walked in and they were full waited about 5-10 mins as they cleaned up a table. I decided on Korean dumpling soup, choice of rice or noodles. It was good but it wasn't as flavorful as a Korean stew. I wanted noodles. I didn't try the fried chicken or the miso soup.

I'm starting to come here every Friday because I love the consistency and quality of the hot pot. Staff is friendly and quick. The store is clean and air conditioning is comfortable on a hot day. I really enjoy this place and I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already.

My husband and I love Tasty Pot so much! This time, we ordered two different soups: #9 Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Pot and #11 Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup. Personally, I didn't enjoy the Taiwanese Supreme as much because the intestine in the soup had a strong, slightly unpleasant smell that wasn't to my taste. However, the Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup was absolutely delicious -- rich, flavorful, and perfectly spicy! Our favorite proteins are definitely the lamb and beef -- they're always tender, juicy, and pair really well with the broth. We also really liked this Tasty Pot location! It's much bigger than the Berkeley one, and parking is a lot easier since the lot is spacious and convenient. The service was good -- the staff were nice and attentive enough, although nothing particularly outstanding. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back for more!

    Cheesy Milk Hot Soup
    Reeven S.

No matter which location I go to, Tasty Pot will always get a 5-star rating from me. Their consistency is excellent--both in customer service and food quality. I always order the Cheesy Milk Soup, and it never disappoints. I love the creaminess from the milk, and what sets this place apart from others is the generous amount of cheese they add to the soup. This location is also very spacious, with plenty of seating available, so if there is a wait, it shouldn't be too bad.

The small flat noodles were a bit thicker than I would have liked and the soup needed a little more flavor. The chili oil wonton were saltier than I would've liked but the dough had a good consistency. The soup dumplings were ok. 1 braised pork dumpling had a much stronger star anise flavor which was overbearing while the other was perfect. I was actually hoping for the pita part to be more like the style that has crispy layers but it was filling. The chili oil flat noodles were OK. Overall, I've had better hand pulled noodles and I prefer beef broth soup that has a more richer flavor.

We didn't have to wait for a table, but it was quite full for how many tables they have! They have both a good amount of outdoor seating and indoor seating. Ordering is done via a QR code on each table. I want to start out by saying that we were all hungry after a hike, so between the three of us, we shared: 1) Pig Ears & Cucumber w/ Chili Sauce: I love the crunchy, gelatinous feeling of biting into these. They're kinda refreshing since it's usually served cold with cucumber. I think they give a pretty good portion for this appetizer dish. 2) String Beans Sauteed w/ Garlic Sauce: Lots of garlic pieces mixed into these string beans! The beans weren't the most fresh. There were some stringy ones, but portion was also pretty generous and I usually like having these when I have dumplings! It's a nice pairing. 3) Shrimp, Egg, Chive Pockets (2): These are huge pockets and packed full of ingredients. The skin was thin, crispy, but just a tad oily. I love that they added so much chives into it. Although the skin fell apart pretty quickly - either because it's too heavy with ingredients or the ingredients were wet - I appreciate the thin skin more than a thick skin. 4) Juicy Pan-fried Pork Buns: These were my favorite. I haven't found a really good one around the Bay until I tried these. Usually the buns I get are either too thick-skinned, doesn't have good bun to pork ratio, or dry. These on the other hand, were pretty close to perfect. There was a lot of juice inside - I would say as much as the XLBs. The skin was still pretty thin on the top and not too dough-y on the bottom, but also had a nice crunch from being pan-fried. And the pork was nicely flavored! I would come back just for these. 5) Pork Xiao Long Bao: Also pretty good! Skin was thin and held a lot of juice! Pork was nicely flavored as well! But portion was smaller than most other restaurants I've been to. 6) Dumplings with Shrimp, Pork & Chive (10): These were also one of my favorites. They have their skin perfected - not too thick. Filling wise, this is one of my top go-to for filling, and it's hard to resist a good dumpling! We walked out with our bellies full and feeling great. I can't say there were much interaction with the servers since they were so busy, but would come back when I'm around the area!

Really wanted to take the time to write a review on this place. I've been visiting a lot of Asian…read moreRestaurants here in Pittsburg lately, just to be disappointed. But this place right here is on point! I've tried their food a couple times and it was really delicious. So I decided to come visit in person. Their Soups/Ramens are super flavorful and delicious. Fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked veggies & noodles. I was really craving a good green tea because it was cold. They had a really good Jasmine Tea that was so robust in flavor. The steamed dumplings are really good too! There was nobody inside sitting at tables, which made me a little nervous at first. But I noticed they were getting a lot of DoorDash Orders and Phone Orders. The restaraunt itself is really beautiful inside and very clean. I know some yelpers have complained about parking. But it's really not that bad. Even if you did had to park down the street, this place is worth it. Bathrooms are clean as well. Service was slightly slow, but we didn't mind at all. Because we could tell it was a family run business, with very few people working in back. Ming was a really nice gentleman. He was handling a lot of things at once. But he was on top of everything and super friendly. 15% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. But I didn't mind because the prices were fairly reasonable for the quantity & quality of food. I ended up paying an extra tip because they were so amazing. This place gives you a feeling of comfort food. Great ambiance and great milk teas as well. I really hope this place gets a lot of business because it is definitely a hidden gem. I will be back more frequently. Hopefully with a lot more of my family members. Thanks Skyview Noodle & Tea we really love your place!

Stopped by this place after a parade event in Pittsburg! I'm glad it was so close - located…read moredowntown. Food - I ordered the beef noodle soup. It was flavored so well and I thought it was so comforting for the cold temperatures this winter season. My friend and I also ordered the crab wontons - they were just okay. I actually wasn't a fan of the filling of the wontons, but the soup was delicious. Service - Our waitress was pretty sweet. She brought our food out pretty quickly and was attentive to us. Ambiance - Located in downtown Pittsburg! Street parking only but it's a cute restaurant on the corner. Very spacious but quiet place. Definitely a must try if you're in the area.
