Fast forward, my daughter had to have testing done and wasn't able to leave her piercing in. There wasn't an appointment available, so we joined the "waitlist." Within fifteen minutes, we received a text to come on in. Tyler removed her metal jewelry and replaced it with a temporary glass piece. Once her testing was done, we went back the next day for a new piece of jewelry. He put it in and she was "good as new." Tyler, the owner is very kind and makes his customers feel welcomed. Mike Moore was absolutely amazing with everything... he put my daughter at ease, talked her through every single step (I was allowed in the room with her during the piercing) and in general made this an exciting, memorable event. One even had a missing part of the design and was crooked. When one of us tried reaching out about a bad tattoo, they were told to email, only to be ignored. She waited till her college dance competition season had closed out. I accompanied her and she threw in a treat for me as her driver. I got a shiny new tragus piercing with a teeny shimmery stone. I was too excited. The receptionist comforted us. We had the jitters even though we are both pretty heavily pierced and tattooed. The piercer was calm and assesses each person individually and works to achieve their desired look.
