I noted there were 4-5 other ONE STAR REVIEWS further noted here and was curious if they were also informed that there "ONE STAR REVIEWS" were "not needed". I reread my review and it was not offensive in any way and their response validated my experience so rather than attempt to obtain a potential customer's business, this obvious owner or manager elected to chastise me for daring to leave a honest, respectful customer experience. As someone who worked service industry and lower level management waitressing tables to pay my way through college and medical school to become a physician, I find this type of attitude both baffling, insulting, rude and very much "not needed". I not only wish that YELP would make it easier for others to read this response to my review and whether the 5 OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS received the same type of feedback.
