My buddy Harpal works here so I had to check it out! Still in soft opening mode, they took over the restaurant that used to be Ahana. It has a contemporary island bar feel and upscale decor. The onion kulcha is pretty healthy and tasty. Just know it has a lot of ajwain (bishops weed). Its a high antioxidant spice with a bite kind of like fennel. Great for digestion but not everyone cares for it so just ask for less or none. They website is up and they are also on hb Ubereats, check them out!

We tried the non‑vegetarian combination for two, and it was honestly some of the most flavorful Indian food I've ever had. Every dish was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. The service was polite and attentive without being overbearing, which made the evening even more enjoyable. On top of that, the value was excellent: generous portions at a fair price. This place is a wonderful addition to the local dining scene, and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

I think I had been here once before for takeout of something small, but never for their buffet. When we came in, it was frankly kind of hectic. I was warned over the phone when asking about the lunch buffet that they were hosting an event but were still open, meaning it would be crowded if we came in for lunch. It definitely was crowded, 70% of the restaurant was reserved for this party, leaving just a few tables near the buffet open. We had to wait a bit to be sat, which I don't think would've been typical on a normal day. We were offered to sit at an open table and just went to serve ourselves. The buffet was clean and looked hot, but several items were running low or completely out. They have some standard offerings like tikka masala, daal, and goat curry, as well as some more Himalayan-leaning dishes like the stir fried noodles. Now, some of these details might make it sound like a subpar experience for lunch. Even if it was, this buffet was only $14.99. That's essentially the price of a fast food meal anyways. Furthermore, whatever food we did have was very solid. Even having sat out for some time, it was evident that the food was seasoned and cooked very well. To me, many of their dishes tasted even better than some I've had à la carte at other restaurants. They also brought fresh baskets of garlic naan out during the meal. The staff working there even offered for us to help ourselves to the mango lassi that I believe was set up on the bar for the event that day. Even while busy, he was sure to help out restocking plates and refilling water when possible. For the price, I think this buffet is 100% worth the visit, and I'm sure it's even better on a normal day.

While I enjoy Indian food, I tend to stay in the only lane I know of chicken tikka masala, rice,…read moreand naan. I haven't explored much beyond that because, 1. Chicken tikka masala is delicious & 2. I have no idea what to order. Tonight I ordered the combo dinner for one, to go. But, it fed myself and my 14-year-old (who has a bottomless pit of a stomach), with leftovers to spare! The combo included tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, 2 veggie sides (I think they were yellow dal tadka & saag paneer), samosa, an appetizer of some sort of fried deliciousness, rice, garlic naan, & a rice, pudding style dessert. First off the chicken tikka masala is absolutely delicious! So rich & creamy. I'm so glad I ventured out of my lane because each dish was so flavorful. The dishes are made fresh to order, so be patient. I promise it's worth the wait! I can't wait to come back for one of their all-you-can-eat lunch buffets so that I can explore more flavors. Sorry for the lack of photos. By the time I remembered that I should probably take one, half of the food was already devoured.

Service: 100/10 WOW every person that served us was so kind. I love Pakistani food, the spices are entirely different because of the region and differences matter. FOOD: AMAZING. This place is a hidden gem. A must visit if you're wondering. Chicken karahi was amazing, they can make it mild or more spicy. This reminded me of home cooking from my Pakistani friend. The chicken tikka masala was delicious paired with naan. The briyani was spicy!!! It was amazing with the yogurt sauce. All in all, the food was excellent and so was the service! I will return when in the area to visit my daughter.

The main seating area has space at most for 60 people and a private area for up to 20 more. I tried several dishes to see how the compared to other Pakistani restaurants in the area. I ordered several items to sample and then took the rest for leftovers at home. Gola kabobs ($14) - The initial kabobs I received were over cooked and a little hard. After talking with the manager he had them make some new ones for me, and they were juicier. But taste wise I prefer the ones at Bawarchi and Nikki's. Bihari kabobs ($14) - This was probably my favorite dish here. It was soft, tender and fall apart delicious. Chicken malai ($14) - The boneless chicken chunks were marinated in yogurt, creamy and tasted pretty good. Nihari ($15) - It's hard finding good nihari here in California, and this was decent (best I had was in Dubai). This beef stew (3 large chunks of beef) had good flavoring and was tender. Naan ($2) - The naan was soft, buttery and reasonably priced. Overall, the food wasn't bad and the pricing was fair. I do feel that Bundoo Khan in Fullerton has better bihari kabobs and chicken malai. They also offer catering here. I wanted to try either the chicken or lamb karahi here, but they only served it with bone-in meat.

We got our food really quickly but it still was warm when we had got our food. FOOD: Different styles of getting your food, whether you want a gyro or bowl. I opted for the bowl but my friend got the gyro. The gyro slightly fell apart due to the integrity of the wrap but otherwise, it still was good. I got the combo for my protein (lamb and chicken); I would suggest the lamb because it's not super gamey and it's very flavorful. As for the chicken, I thought it was okay. It was a little dry for me to be honest, even after with the addition of the white and green sauce. I also got the fries there and they came out fresh, hot, and crispy. Seasoned simply, but it still was very flavorful (way better than basic plain fries from a fast food restaurant). SERVICE: Service was simple/fine. We just had our order taken and that was it. They did bring our food to us rather than having us go to the counter which I thought was kind. PARKING: Parking is all free! It is in a busy plaza, but there are plenty of open spots all over the place. INTERIOR: The interior was fine, nothing fancy or extra. COMPARISON: I would definitely recommend this place over Halal Guys by a LANDSLIDE. I have always gotten stomach aches from Halal Guys despite going to several different locations. I have had Naz's twice now and I haven't disappointed by what I've gotten. They also have a buy 1, get 1 free deal on DoorDash that seems to go on every so often! TLDR: I would recommend this place, especially if you're craving this type of flavor/cuisine. It's open late, quality is consistent, and the price to portion ratio is great.
