The BEST PHO IN THE LAND! We get takeout once a week and it's always amazing. She's the best, the kindest and most amazing. Her parents were great, we can't get enough!

Bottom is lemongrass chicken vermicelli and top is four seasons vermicelli on top. And dumpings

One of my favorites can't wait to come back. Best takeout I've gotten in a long time from anywhere. Best dumplings i have ever had. Nice and thick dough, with the perfect crisp. Life changing, truly.

Amazing food ! The flavor of these dishes are out of this world. We will be back for sure and I highly recommend this place! The service is excellent and ambiance typical for this tradition!

The food was excellent. Everything were ordered tasted so good. The only downer was my mom took my bubble tea. I ordered one to go and that one wasn't so good. The tapioca balls were hard and inedible.

Ordered carry out Pho (one with chicken, one with veggies and tofu) and cabbage salad. Salad was so good! Kiddo was fighting the flu and this upgrade to the standard chicken noodle soup did the trick. We've visited a few times - highly recommend!

What a gem. Simple Vietnamese fare - with a focus on fresh lemongrass and ginger flavors. The menu also carries some basic Chinese dishes. I ordered the vegetable fried rolls and could taste the fresh veg/herbs in them. Two to an order, and they were so good I ordered another round during the meal. Excellent summer rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce. Our table had an excellent chicken pho; shrimp with scallions, ginger and steamed broccoli; and the vermicelli bun with chicken ginger and fried onions. I am looking forward to returning as you can order their vermicelli bun one of three ways: ginger/fried onions; lemongrass; or curry. As good as the food was - service is the standout. Staff greeted a number of regulars at tables or take out orders knowing what their orders would be without having to bring menus. Even though it was our first time we received the same warmth and familiarity.

Love this hole-in-the-wall gem of a restaurant! It's legit and offers a huge menu sure to satisfy people with different tastes! The lemongrass vermicelli (84) is fresh and satisfyingly flavorful without being too heavy. I was hesitant to order the tamarind broth dish (description says sweet tangy and I don't like sweet) but was sure glad I did! Our server suggested the small portion if it not doing family style. I listened, though was afraid it wouldn't be enough for my large appetite. Sure enough, it was, but it was so good I wouldn't have minded more! The broth was very well balanced and filled with veggies (mostly sprouts) and came with a HUGE bowl of rice on the side. I am definitely coming back and may get extra dishes for takeout next time I'm in Parma!

In addition to noodles, the lunch special came with your choice of soup, a spring roll, or 2 crab rangoon. I opted for the crab rangoon. I also ordered 2 dim sum dishes - the shrimp dumplings ($6.50) and snow mountain lava buns ($6.50). The crab rangoon came out first, and they were delicious, hot, and crispy. Then I got the dan dan noodles. The noodles had a bit of a kick, but they weren't overwhelmingly spicy. They had a nice chew, and I slurped them up happily. I just wish there were more noodles lol, but the portions were pretty typical for dan dan noodles at Greater Cleveland restaurants. The dim sum was great. The shrimp dumplings were tender and juicy, and the buns were so fluffy. Be careful eating them though, or you might get hot, delicious egg goo all over your hands, lol. The staff is very no-nonsense. The service was efficient, and I made it in time for my Red Cross appointment. Note - the restrooms are super clean and even smell nice!

**This review is based on a pick-up order.**…read more I called in this order, and the lady who took the call was quick and polite. Plus, the order was correct, so she was accurate too. Always a good thing. The food, however, was a mixed bag. First, I ordered beef and snow peas (I asked for it to be spicy), and the dish was among the best I've had in a long time. The peas were crunchy; the beef was melty; and the sauce was rich -- and spicy, just as I requested. Because I don't eat a ton, I ordered the upgrade (to fried rice, wonton soup and an egg roll) to share. Meh. The broth was nice, but there really weren't wontons in it. Rather, they were ribbons of way overcooked pasta. Not a deal-breaker, but nothing memorable. The egg roll was the typical freezer-to-fryer variety. Not terrible, but hardly plump and definitely not rolled in-house like the good ol' days. Finally, the fried rice is missing something. Not only do I believe that it was never cooked in a wok, but it also had a scant flavor of sesame oil and little else. I'm not usually one to tell people how to do their business. This time is different though, since I am not the only one to mention the bland 'fried' rice here. Use some soy sauce. Use the wok -- and not the microwave. And perhaps, use an egg and a little garlic. But hey! These guys have been in business for a minute, so we 'fried' rice detractors must be in the minority. All of that to say, this place does an outstanding job with the beef and snow peas. But next time -- if there is a next time (I live in Houston) -- I'll ask for the steamed rice and dress it myself.

Third time ordering, twice my order was not what was ordered. First time it was fixed, I think it…read morewas an error in the order taker. This time I ordered "Pearl of the seven seas" $16.50. It's supposed to be crab shrimp scallop in sauce with baby corn and straw mushrooms. I ordered this for the reason of the mushrooms. I get it it has no mushrooms at all. It has TONS of pea pods, bamboo, celery, water chestnuts and I counted 12 pieces of seafood, like none for the size. I call and they said no, no mushroom when I'm staring at the menu I saw online and have a paper copy in front of me. There's maybe enough meat for one serving and then one serving of just veggies and a whole crap load of sauce. Do better. I won't be back, and they're 3 minutes from me!
