I can not begin to express how incredibly grateful I am to Taylor Ford. I am a long time Chevy driver. Bryan Patton encouraged me to give Ford a try. I told him I was a loyal Chevy girl. I went Matick Chevrolet and was treated horrible. Feeling deflated I had completely given up on going to any dealership ever again. Bryan followed up with a call to see how my visit went. He listened to my horrible experience and worked with me to build my confidence and trust in him, Ford and the dealership. Even when I said no I'm just not there yet he kept patiently working with me. He was not pushy. He just kept listening and addressing my concerns. He called later in the day and said listen I think I have something that will make you extremely happy. I found a way to meet all your wish list items and keep you in the price range you want. I promise if you give me/us a chance you will not be disappointed and we will not let you down. As soon as we walked in the door everyone said hi and addressed us. Jerry the sales manager was so appreciative of our time. I can not tell you how refreshing it was! Even the guys cleaning the truck when we peeked in to look at it were super friendly and made it a fun experience. Saying stuff like "Do you like it ? We are going to have it so clean for you? It's beautiful isn't it? ". They were awesome young men and super important to the support team and making the overall experience a success. We have been working with dealers all week and it was mind boggling how many pulled the bait and switch and treated us like we were disposable commodities. On top of that I ended up with at beauty of a truck. A 2020 F150 in hot red. The truck has a huge back seat! The windows are huge so I don't have any blind spots. The seats are so comfy I feel like I'm being hugged when I sit in them. The ride is smooth and quiet. It feels like driving in a car not a truck. Lastly I will say I live in Farmington Hills and didn't feel like making the 40 minute trip. But...honestly even with drive time factored in (to and from ) we still spent less time overall than we have with any Chevy dealer we have leased from in the last 10 years!. Came here because the salesman my family had gone through for over 30 years retired. I (18 years old) had gone into the dealership we used to go to so I could ask the new salesman who took over some questions about getting a new car on my moms behalf because she was busy with work. The salesman was 30 minutes late to our scheduled time and then proceeded to blow me off and told me to bring my mom. I left and went to another ford dealer and saw a car that we were interested in. I talked to a salesman and told me it was available so I told him that I'd come back with my mom the very next day because we were both interested in the car. I come back the next day only to be told that it had been sold for a week! Not knowing where else to go I tried Taylor Ford. I was shown to Alex Ash and he answered all of my questions and took me seriously! He made a point to show me various miles options and lease terms so I could get a feel for prices. My mom and I came back and we ordered our Mustang and was updated regularly on the status and progress of our order. I ended up coming back a few different times to find out about ordering myself a mustang and finally ordered it and could not have been happier with my experience with Mr. Ash and the rest of Taylor Ford. I recently came back and ordered a 2023 F150 and had another great experience. I was on my way to a GMC dealership to trade in my 05 F150 on a new Sierra. I had been working with the particular GMC dealership for almost 3 weeks to finally get to the payment I wanted as well as more on my trade. I was driving by Taylor Ford and something made me pull in. (Keep in mind, my mind and heart was set on a GMC) As I wandered around the lot looking at F150's, I was approached by salesman, PAUL TRAYLOR. He listened to what I was planning on doing (Gmc dealer) and asked for a chance to change my mind. I was very hesitant at first, but I gave him the chance and I'm glad I did. I drove out of there in a new F150 with payments the same as what GMC offered me and they gave me more on my trade. What took 3 weeks at a GMC dealership, took all of an hour at Taylor Ford. The F150 rides nicer than the GMC, has a way nicer interior and handles more like a car than a truck. Most importantly, I kept my father happy (a Ford retiree). I have not had to deal with the service department yet, but I did purchase some rear end clutch packs from them in the past and they were almost half the cost of another downriver Ford dealership. All in all, I am extremely happy and glad something made me go into Taylor Ford the other day. If you are looking for a good, honest, open, willing to listen and work on getting you the deal you are after, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAUL TRAYLOR.. I decided earlier this year to try a Ford Dealership for the Preventative Maintenance of our fleet of Ford Trucks. We had previously utilized a Nationally known truck repair shop for the work but I wasn't happy with the Service we were receiving and the cost as they were out-sourcing some of the work. After our initial Service at Taylor Ford for a recall issue which was handled well and after reading some of the less positive reviews I decided to give Taylor Ford a try and see for myself and to begin a regular vehicle maintenance program there for all of our Ford Transits and the Service provided to date has been great and has exceeded our expectations. The staff there in both the Service and Body Shop are very professional and helpful. Mr. Titus in your Service Department has been exceptionally attentive when we bring our units in and has made the visits quick and easy. And a recent Body Shop issue last week was taken care of as Jim promised and in the time frame initially stated. So overall I can't say enough good things about our experience at Taylor Ford as it's been stellar. Service is everything above price and promises. I bought a 2023 Ford F450 with a 6.7L the high-pressure fuel pump went out. This pump is in the engine under the air intake. With out this fuel pump the fuel cannot be injected into the cylinders at a high enough pressure. The service manager informed me that Ford will not cover this part under the warranty because there may have been water in the fuel. Funny thing is that Ford put a fuel water separator in the fuel line to remove any water from getting to the engine. Another funny fact is that Ford knows that water is common especially in diesel. Ford has known about this issue for years and has failed to fix this issue putting this 10,000.00 dollar cost back on us the customer when it is their design that is bad and their fault that this German made part is still being used in their vehicles. Now I'm stuck with a huge paper weight that is costing me 1100.00 a month in loan payment and 2000.00 a month in insurance payment's and 300.00 a month in trailer payments all not getting paid, because Ford refuses to take responsibility and fix this issue. read more

I purchase a used car form Taylor ford through Brandon Cook there was a problem with one of the tires during the test drive. Brandon said that he had his people look at it and it was fixed. I asked him if I purchased the car, and I had a problem with the tire would he take care of it. He assured me he would. Well, I did have a problem with the tire and brought it in a week after buying the car and they patched the tire. A week later I had another issue with the same tire I took my car in, and they said I needed a new tire. I am happy to say Brandon did take care of it and I got a brand-new tire at no cost to me, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and would recommend Brandon Cook and Taylor Ford to anyone. read more

Went to Taylor Ford used cars late on a Saturday about 3 hours before they closed and they were able to help me out to find a new car. Ed Lazette was our sales person and he was very quick on getting information and extremely professional. After i found a car to help accommodate me i was able to do all the paper work on Saturday even when my insurance company was closed they did the paper work and i was able to pick up my car quickly on Monday morning. I have called this place three times to try and get my key changed. They do NOT carry keys in stock? Seriously?! They want me to bring my vehicle in, check it out, and then have me come back again to have the new key programmed the vehicle. Why can't I just give them the VIN, have the part ordered, and have me come down when it's all ready to be done. New location looks clean and my salesperson Louis has always been nice but the service department could definitely use some help. It's been like this for years. If I were you I wouldn't buy a car from Taylor ford who has employees who buy and sell A Plans which is illegal. Mike s only is able to sell a car to people he sells a plans too for $600 and above. He purchased them from people who he knows need extra money who work for Ford which can cost them their jobs but Mike doesn't care about them just making a sale. Shame on Taylor Ford for keeping a scam artist like Mike around. He is know to sell a plans but Taylor Ford won't take action because they make money off of his sales.
