This salon is the worst. I got my hair done here for my wedding day...being here was the worst part of my day. I was worried about my decision to stick with Brandi as my hairstylist after the awful consultation I received, which I had to pay FULL PRICE for. It was a couple of weeks before the wedding, so I felt I had no other choice. She didn't listen to what I wanted. I felt like she just did whatever she wanted...I could've done a better job, but it was my wedding day and I wanted a professional. I wanted no worries. I got the very opposite. Brandi zipped up my veil in the garment bag I brought it in after my consultation, therefore ripping it. She proceeded to deny that she did this. This should've been a red flag. I should've ran screaming for the hills. She is probably the most unfriendly stylist I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I was willing to believe she was simply having a bad day. This is the one aspect of the day I was truly unsatisified with...my hair. Did I mention she used a regular rubberband in my hair? Like, one you would use in an office. On my wedding day, she glanced at a picture I brought in, and AGAIN, proceeded to do a very sloppy job with my hair, rushing to keep her appointment with her next client. I began to cry. She was completely unsympathetic. She redid it. I was still unhappy with it, but it would have to do because I WAS ON A SCHEDULE AS WELL! I felt so stupid. I am so nice and felt like she took advantage of that. I even gave her a good tip. What was I thinking? My veil was not securely fastened and fell out several times even before the ceremony. It also fell out mid-ceremony. My hair looked like shit and was falling out of the bobby pins, which showed oh so tackily. I was looking at my wedding photos and my hair just looks AWFUL in them. Thanks a lot, Brandi. You should find a new profession because you suck at what you do. read more

No points ! The worst Beauty Salon all over the world. I have a experience to go in Tokyo, Paris, Asti Italy, SanPauro Brasil, Beijin China, also Chicago. I tried 2 times. But I listened the satff spoken back side about " You missed the time of keep with the hair coler ! Probably this time isn't enogh to hair dye ! " But my saff was just ignored. After I backed home, my husband was quite surprised when he watched my hair. He said, " Your hair is very sticky ! This looks like just spagetti !" I was completlly shocked when I tached my hair. It was just clot ! Also it was very hard ! It was a mean of the staff didn't wash my hair, even I died hair ! How an belieavable ! There were lots of hair dye products still exist in side. I was complained to Heath who is the owner by the tel. He said " If you come we can wash your hair". I backed there again and he watced my hair. He said " I don't know why my staff didn't washed well your hair". But he didn't apologized to me. The staff's level of the technique, moral and bussiness sence are compleatly low level. Beautiful space. I'm allergit to Aveda and this is an Aveda spa. They were very accommodating. People were super nice. Got a cute by Josh who was excellent. Couldn't believe the price of a haircut. So inexpensive for such a great cut. Found my new guy! read more

Dana is absolutely THE BEST. She not only does amazing hair but she has a great personality and really cares for her clientele. I searched high and low when first moving to the area, and after a recommendation, went to Dana and I have never looked elsewhere. Josh did a great job on my hair, he kept it trendy. He was very kind and helpful and offered me helpful suggestions as to how to care for my hair. I am used to getting treated well when I go to a salon and this company in this little town does it as well as most big city high end shops. They offered to take my coat upon my entering, they offered me tea, coffee, water, or wine to drink while I waited and listened to what I was looking for. The price for the cut was high in comparison to other salons in the area but it was worth it. ($25) read more

This place ruined my daughters thick beautiful hair! She went here to get a simple color and highlight as her regular beautician was on maternity leave. Her hair turned orange! The highlights were uneven, blotchy, and made her hair look as if there was over an inch of new growth. She ended up with two huge blisters on her scalp. Her hair was so burnt it took over two months of intense conditioning to get her hair healthy enough to be recolored by her regular beautician. Which did a gorgeous job of returning her hair to the beautiful thick hair she had once before. My daughter suffered humiliation and embarrassment from Heath and Company. Not to mention the grief and stress of trying to get a refund for this disaster! The owner finally sent her a partial refund after two months of phone calls he wouldn't respond too. I could't believe what came out of this girls mouth! Day of my wedding, I was on my way to the salon with my bridesmaids, I called to ask if my hair should be wet and the girl who answered said she does not have any appointments for me or my girls, hair or makeup. Not from the area or state, I drove 2 hours for my consultation 2 weeks prior. Only had a few minutes to spend with the hairdresser, we parted ways with smiles and telling her "see you in soon". The last thing I wanted was to get upset. Looking for a compromise the girl over the phone wouldn't let me speak to any ones else, said their was no one with higher authority around. She never asked to compromise the situation or every apologize. This place is a joke! read more
