She was a bit overgrown as her last groomer broke her arm. I contacted Veronica about the groom looking messy and overgrown after 2 weeks and requested the cut shorter. She shared my concern with her groomer making me look bad. Then she contacted me today about canceling my next appointment next week because she had another client who wanted that time slot. I confirmed I wanted the groom and asked again for a shorter "puppy" cut. She called me and declined service claiming it's not healthy for the dogs coat or skin and refused to cut any shorter. I explained I've been grooming my dogs for 18+ years and I know what is good for my dog. I didn't appreciate being schooled or scolded by this rude, condescending person. She then Canceled my appointment despite my advising I would leave a review about my experience on YELP. Also please note that the mobile grooming van is shabby, old and decrepit. I noticed many negative reviews about Veronica. She is NOT LICENSED and not kind at all. Very disrespectful, nasty girl. AVOID THIS GROOMER AT ALL COSTS!!!

She came back out and said she was not able to get the dewclaw because he was squirming. I am not paying you 20 bucks to do half of a job. I called barking lot and asked if they had any appointments available. They gave me Joey's INFORMATION one of the Groomers at Barking Lot who made the time & was able to fit my neighbors dog. This was her first visit to the Groomers. I was pretty nervous about how Chanel, that's the dog's name would react to her first Groomers visit. Well, I'm glad to say that Joey was amazing with her. He did such a great job! I was so happy with how Chanel looked ... that a few weeks later I brought my 4 1/2 year-old Chihuahua Pomeranian, also known as a Pomchi. I called Joey to see if he had any thing available for the Fourth of July weekend. He was wonderful. He was able to squeeze My Mini-me first thing in the morning on the Fourth of July. Thank you so much Joey for being so accommodating but more importantly for making my Mini-Me look fabulous! As it our first time finding a new groomer here, we found this place. Spoke with someone regarding booking and it was quite easy. They were able to get in us first thing in the morning at 9. When we got there, a little earlier there was also someone waiting with their little ones. Once we checked in, the gentlemen behind the register was the sweetest. The warm greeting and the usual detail exchanged made the process very easy. Jose was the groomer, believe that was his name. The sweetest and welcoming. The usual chit chat on what we wanted and that was that. The place looked well kept and clean. I believe you're also able to bring your pup in for a bathing as well. The quick introduction, instructions and explanation and we were on our way. It's located in a strip mall off the main strip so you could also get all your errands done. Of course some things were done while we waited. It was about an hour and half till it was time for pick up. They do text/call to let you know. The place was great and the staffs were all very friendly and professional. We did feel welcome which is alway a plus everywhere. Pricewise was good. I believe it's based on size and what services maybe needed. Obviously if certain things is needed, then additional fee is added on. Jose was a doll and very sweet. Took very good care of our little one. Seemed like we may have found something new here.

This…read morewas his first time being groomed by anyone other than family, and since he's naturally very anxious and nervous, I was honestly a little worried. But the staff immediately put both of us at ease. Everyone there was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so informative about the process. You can really tell they're educated and passionate about what they do. What stood out to me the most was how gentle, patient, and caring they were with my pug. They took the time to make sure he felt comfortable, which meant the world to me. They did an amazing job with his grooming he got a full bath, his ears were cleaned, his teeth were brushed, and his nails were clipped. They clearly use high-quality products because he left smelling absolutely amazing and looking so fresh and handsome! The overall quality of service was outstanding from start to finish. They even took a picture of him and sent it to me. That's just a one above and beyond service. My little guy walked out happy, relaxed, and wagging his curly little tail, which says everything about how well he was treated. I'm so grateful for the care they gave him and will definitely be coming back again. The owner Stephanie is so knowledgeable and she explained everything and told me how to maintain my dog's ears at home which no one else mentioned that her ears needed to be maintained. They did a really nice job on Lulu, my little princess. I love the chart they gave in the picture they took. They were also $15 less than the last place I went for the same cut. Laney was the groomer and I think she did a really great job. I'll be back. Also, I like that they do not put the dogs in cages. Lulu doesn't like that.
