They one thing I know about this place they don't care nothing about a complaints probably unless you're white allegedly I really feel that All they care about is the money. I've been coming here for 20 plus years I've only had maybe a couple of issues but they definitely didn't take care of you I've gotten old crawfish before and no they don't replace nothing they don't give nothing they don't replace nothing. But what piss me off is spending $40 for a crawfish plate with a crawfish is smaller than your small as finger too much work because I don't even know how it's legal to sell them that small. It was a waste of time and money just know when you go there make sure you catch them at the right time because if you catch them at the wrong time you won't get your money's worth like we didn't. One thing about them they just all about money they don't care about the customers they figure we going to come anyway but I will not be back. Also want to say that yes their crawfish is good I would like a boil from somewhere else but they are always on the higher spectrum when I go out of town I get delicious crawfish for cheaper everywhere else. I just landed back in Mississippi and I was in the mood for seafood and options are slim to none in Clinton. My dad has ordered from here before for a few of his cop buddies and has never had any complaints, so I figured I would give it a try. I arrived around 8:17 and they close at 9. I placed my ordered and waited inside my car since it was misty and foggy outside. I noticed the lady signaling to me that my order was ready. I eagerly hopped out the car to grab my order from the pickup window. The guy handing out the orders was aggressively rude. He was yelling curse words and was upset that people placed orders and didn't get the right away. He mentioned more than once that he was ready to go home, they close at 9pm and at this time it was probably 8:27pm. I'm giving two stars for the woman who took my order because she was pleasant, smiled, and was helpful. I ordered a pound of boiled shrimp with potatoes. The butter sauce is amazing. The shrimp and potatoes lacked seasoning, I was hoping for a bit of flavor and spice. The butter sauce definitely elevated the food. The open sign was also turned off by 8:30, which I assume is to deter people from placing orders so that they can go home. I think every working individual understands wanting to get off after a long day but being rude to paying customers and feeling comfortable slamming pickup windows in people's faces is just unacceptable. It makes me wonder if he treats all customers like this or just certain ones. I will not return to this place and much rather just drive to Jackson for seafood. Now I'm from Louisiana and am no stranger to delicious boiled seafood so I had my tastebuds ready just for that. Let me say that the crawfish I ordered were delicious!!! Huge crawfish, juicy, well seasoned and boiled perfectly. The corn was also very good. I just would like it to be boiled in the seafood boil. However, overall good food. Really wanted Seafood Shack but they were closed early so I drove on over to T'Beaux's on one of the last official days of "crawfish season." Pulled up and of course there was a crowd of people gathered, either waiting to order or waiting on their food. Although I stood in line for a short while, it was quick ordering. It also wasn't long before I got my food even though I thought it would be with the amount of people there was. I ordered the Snow Crab Plate--it comes with 2lbs (I think) of snow crab legs, 2 corn, 2 sausage, & 2 potatoes for like under $25. I also "made it messy" which was extra butter and their signature seasoning added to the mix. When I received my food, in typical boil in bag fashion, it was PIPING HOT which was great because by the time I got home I didn't have to reheat it. Also it was a tolerable seasoning to spice ratio. The butter was a little much but not extraordinarily overwhelming. Though it was not my first choice, I enjoyed every bite of it--satisfied my seafood craving. Great location. I love the food truck experience. However, the food was under-seasoned. I had the shrimp boil, with corn, potatoes and sausage. It was quiet bland compared to other boils I've had. It is so unfortunate that the young lady taking orders has caused my husband and I to never return to ANY T Beaux's brand. After politely taking my food back to the window, the young lady at the front stated verbatim "You have to take your issue up with the BLACK lady because that's not my call" Appalled, I have never seen a coworker refer to another worker by the color of their skin as if she did not know her name. After taking my food, I guess they were heated back up and I received the exact same batch, brown and broken badly. With so many great options/competitions with crablegs and crawfish's in the Metro Area, I hate to leave T Brauxs after patronizing the Clinton location for over 7 years. I live on the same road now, we are new to the area. We decided to give this place a try after a crisis with our dinner at home came up. We drove up and saw that they were opened until 9pm and it was 35mins until then. Lots of people were inside but they had the CLOSE sign lit up. Service seems to be hit and miss at this location. Sometimes the crawfish is disappointingly bland. Other times the crab legs are ridiculously over salted. Once we had to return our shrimp order due to receiving a bad batch. Why do we keep returning? I went to the one in Clinton. I have been buying, cooking and eating crawfish since I was 19. I am 57 now. I bought 5 lbs of cooked bugs on this day. . The size of the crawfish were the biggest I have had this season. Even the smallest we bigger than I have been seeing. The were seasoned to perfection I would give them a five star rating but y sack contained at least a pound maybe more of broken off heads and tails. It was almost like they dipped from a cooler of parts to make the weight. This proportion of claws/head to full body bugs was irregular to the point it appeared to be intentional. I just wonder if they were dipping from 2 coolers....I know exactly what it feels like to eat 5 lbs. I have been too annoyed to go back. My roomie and I decide to be adventurous and try this magical place called T'Beaux's, quite popular among the students at MC. We creeped up to the line, feeling quite fresh out of water. Haha. I awkwardly asked the lady at the cashier how much crawfish should I get? She told me 3-4 pounds. So being adventurous, I get about 3 pounds and my roomie 2 pounds. We got the spicy corn and potatoes. Those were quite delicious, I believe they are marinated with the crawfish? and retain some really good flavors. They look plain, but are yummy! Now the crawfish. Being newbies to Southern food, behold our surprise when me and my friend opened up our boxes filled with crawfish. My roomie screams "I can't do this, I can't eat that, it looks like SPIDERS!!!" Hahaha. It was quite a shock. So in the end I ended up peeling about 5 pounds of crawfish. With the blood nubs of fingers I had left (exagerration folks), I finally enjoyed the crawfish. Crawfish was tender, slightly marinated and slightly spicy. I found it lacking in flavor a bit. I ended up heating up some marina sauce and dumping my crawfish in there. One mistake we made was we didn't ask for dipping sauce!!! The tomato sauce is probably blasphemy in the eyes of Southerners, but I'm sorry. It was delicious though! Just ate at their new location which opened today in Pocohontas off Hwy 49. They have completely renovated the former JC's General Store. Wonderful atmosphere and great food served by a very attentive staff. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. The shrimp are good. The crabs are horrible and way to expensive for the amount you receive. They have you waiting 30 minutes for a pound of shrimp, poor customer service, and the crabs aren't good at all. Save your money and time and go to Kroger or Walmart and boil you're own. read more

T'Beaux's food is great but be very careful of bait and switch today for the second time we called to get a per pound price and they quoted us $2.25 so my daughter went to pick some up and they charged her $2.65 so when she was confronted them about about the difference in price she said it was $2.25 for farm raised crawfish even though the sign says $2.25. I frequent this spot a few times a month. This particular experience was horrible. I ordered 1 pound of snow crab , i received my order fairly quickly. Once i got my order i opened the box to find old crab legs or what i considered old or not fresh! I proceeded to take the crab legs back to the window to get a new batch. I was abruptly told " they just came out the steamer , they are not old but i know they are not pretty" and was told it would not be returned! I drove quite a ways to get this plate and to be told it would not be exchanged . I wasn't happy with the appearance and once i got home to attempt to eat them it took well over 2 hours due to the meat being stuck to the shell and the shells would barely crack! I spend a lot of money with this location and to be treated anything less than a valued customer is beyond unacceptable. I will never return due to this bad experience. I work in customer service you should never be argumentative with your customer at the least my crab legs should have been replaced. read more
