I was able to find the brand that is slightly taller 34.5" that fits our needs (vs the standard 33"). The shop's focused on custom made or semi-custom made cabinetry. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.

I've been wanting to organize my kitchen pantry as its quite deep and have knocked many bottles trying to grab things in the back. What a hassle! I contacted the company via email from their website and i received a prompt response to come out and give me an estimate. I mentioned i was merely getting an estimate and i wasn't familiar on the pricing. He gave me an average pricing (roughly estimating $150 - $180/rollout) depending on materials so I decided to set up an appointment. First of all, i was impressed with his timeliness...especially driving from Campbell to Hayward. To me, this is a sign of a company's work ethic! Ron came out to take measurements, provided suggestions on materials, hardware, mentioned they were custom-built (not mass produced), cost and how many roll-outs would make an efficient pantry for my needs. This is good to know as I love to cook and do catering as a side business that organization is key. About 6 weeks later (after custom building and finding a mutual date to install), i finally had them installed today. All i can say is ONE OF THE BEST companies out there....Ron came over about 9:00 and installed them within 3 hours....they LOOK and slide out great! I must mention that he comes in and protects the floor in the work area, makes suggestions on the roll-out height (asking what the tallest item in the pantry will be...something i wouldn't have thought of until it was all installed..DUH!) installs them with such precision and attention to detail, and cleans up as if he'd never came in...actually, my floor is probably cleaner than before since he vacuumed! LOL There are some companies that you feel you need to watch them to ensure they're doing a good job.....for some reason, i left him alone to do his 'magic' and i was NOT disappointed. I tried to research and I picked it. Homer tried to steer us to better quality to hold up for everyday use, but I was dead set on this. I should have listened. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.

I talked to Patrick on my first visit. He is very knowledgeable and quick in thinking. He caught some of the mistake in our floor plan, and explain why certain things have to be added to the order. I had problem finalizing the color. Patrick helped us on that as well. When we finalize the plan, the price is lower than all the other estimates I received. The cabinets and the quartz were delivered without any problem. They look exactly as I imaged after they are installed. Everything fitted perfectly. Store is not large but among the selection they had they managed to tick all the boxes for me. I wanted solid wood, non white option and advance had these beautiful natural solid wood cabinets. I got excited and quickly placed an order for both our bathrooms. We had worked with Patrick, he is easily the smartest person we had come across over the course of our remodel hunt. He had renderings drawn up in a few minutes and provided unbiased feedback. We were meanwhile also trying to design our tv wall. We got quotes in the upwards of 20k for just that wall and I knew I didn't want to spend so much. Then an idea struck me, why not use the cabinets from advance which are typically meant for bathrooms and kitchens in this area as well? The quality of the cabinets is very high and they look great! We used a pretty wide array of finishes, from glossy and matte Mirlux finishes to Cleaf wood-based panels in multiple varieties. Our project included bi-fold upper cabinets, appliance garages, a printer drawer, a charging drawer for a hair dryer, coffee center with pocket doors, and so on. They turned out great. There were some hiccups along the way that initially caused some frustration - these were limited to a few areas, but we felt the day to day impact of these was hard to just ignore. What really impressed me about owners David and Tammy (and the rest of the Woodenbridge team) was their openness to discuss our concerns in a very constructive and solution-focused manner. There was never any finger pointing or deflection - just a focus on what could be done to get things as right as possible. As a result, virtually all of our concerns were addressed through their willingness to listen, suggest possible resolutions, and implement what we mutually agreed would be the best way forward. This type of positive can-do attitude and sincere desire to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction is really rare these days. They also emphasize their lifetime warranty and willingness to come out and adjust things as things inevitably become misaligned and need tweaking. As a result you feel confidence that you have a long-term partner in keeping your cabinets performing in top shape for the long term.
