The florist created a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that accurately reflected the occasion's solemnity. Dillon-Chapin Florist gets top praise for attentive customer service, timely delivery, and understanding my personal preferences during a difficult time. The florist was willing to incorporate meaningful flowers and colors to personalize the arrangement, making it a fitting tribute to the deceased. I very much appreciated the florist's empathy and care in creating an arrangement that was at the wake, the church service, reception after the burial, and the family's home after the services. The florist created the floral arrangement with attention to detail, beautiful colors, and fresh flowers in February 2025. The sympathy arrangement was stunning and arrived on time at the funeral home. It was exactly what we needed to express our condolences during a difficult time. I left a message Monday and received a rude voicemail from an empty asking "what did they want me to do about it". When I called back (I'm in another time zone) I was met with the rudest employee I've possibly ever spoken to. He not only blamed me for not answering Tues 7:45 my time zone, when there was no mention of holiday closure) but had not even made the bouquet by 2 PM central the following day: then he told me they didn't have the flowers for the bouquet I purchased and that it would have to be florists choice at that point. Replied that their website disclosed neither closure or out of flowers. The owner cancelled my order because I told him they should update their website for holiday disclosure. He was rude beyond belief and ruined my stepmothers 70th bday surprise and acted as if it was irrelevant. I have also heard negative reviews on this location after further research and just have to say, a little customer service and forgiveness goes a long way and this florist seemed to care nothing of either: will never order from or recommend ever!

I wanted to get some cut flowers to take home and arrange myself (I worked in my father's floral shop prior to moving to MA). I had shopped around at multiple grocery stores without finding cut flowers that matched the quality and price I was looking for. Everything was either of poor quality or way too expensive for the type of stems I was looking at. What I purchased: I bought (3) stems of pink lilies, (3) snapdragon stems and (5) alstromeria stems. The florist threw in some eucalyptus greens and other filler (I assume for free), wrapped it in decorative paper and plastic, then finished it off with a bow. Price: $34, including tax. This is slightly higher than what I was looking to pay for loose cut flowers, but the quality has proven worth it. I've had the flowers for about a week, and have had multiple lily blooms open. Staff: the florist/shop owner was very polite, great conversationalist. I did have to wait a few minutes until she got back because the woman who was working there did not know how to charge for and wrap the floral items. My only recommendation is to have someone present (during business hours) who can do simple loose cut bouquets (not even arrangements). Everyone was super polite and made me feel at home. As a note, getting into the parking lot can be a bit of a hassle as the cross-traffic never seems to stop. Overall, a great place for a bouquet of flowers, either for a special occasion or just a pick-me-up for the day.

She listened to me and not only said she would do it, she said she wanted something extra special and different and wanted to go by the distributors to get "just the right thing." She even helped me with the words on my card because it was hard for me to think straight. The flowers arrived and were absolutely beautiful! They also sell the most beautiful and healthiest plants you will ever see. They don't use herbicides or pesticides and you won't find anyone more knowledgeable about organic gardening and they are always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. The soap they make has cleared up my skin and I refuse to use anything else now. They also sell unique jewelry and gifts you will find nowhere else.
