I felt very well taken care of through the entire process and would like to shout out Danny who was here for over eight hours troubleshooting and solving the issues with my toilet and sink (services I had done include repairing a completely destroyed collar under my toilet, resealing the toilet, installing a new disposal, installing a new faucet and grit trap, and redoing the plumbing joints for both the toilet and the sink.) The price also includes a warranty in case something breaks again, which offers peace of mind, and the company was diligent with working things out with my building to get me scheduled. So at the end of the day, I do think I paid a premium price but I got the quality of service and peace of mind to match, rather than gambling on a cheaper service (again, I keep thinking about how it was an 8 plus hour job and Danny was working the entire time beyond quick breaks to move his vehicle/retrieve tools). It was nearly impossible to get straightforward answers or speak with someone who could actually help. On multiple occasions, I was given an appointment window of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, forcing me to set aside an entire day waiting for a technician. Then, when 5:00 PM finally came around, I would receive a text saying that all of their technicians were busy and that they wouldn't be making it after all. Expecting customers to waste an entire day waiting, only to cancel at the last minute, is completely unacceptable. If your schedule is full, be honest upfront instead of repeatedly giving appointment windows you can't keep. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but this happened more than once. Good customer service is about communication and respecting your customers' time, and unfortunately this company failed on both counts. I won't be using them again and can't recommend them based on my experience.
