On 2/7/20 I ordered online 2 bottles of soda and a bag of chips costing $11.60 as soon as I placed the order I realized I made a mistake and emailed to cancel it. They never responded and never refunded my money. I emailed them 2 more times and still no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have now sent 3 notices to them, all gone unanswered. I disputed the charge with my bank and they have also. It received a response. So I am just waiting until my bank withdraws money from their account and refunds it to me. I wonder how fast they will contact me when that happens? I will never again go to any of their restaurants and I have been going there for over 15 years on average 2-3 times per month. They obviously feel all my future business is worth losing so they can keep my $11.60 for soda and chips that they have sold again by now. I will now begin my social media campaign to tell my story about their complete lack of communication and desire to keep my $11.60 read more

Once upon a time, it was the best steak and cheese sub you could get on the planet. It was expensive, and the service was very much "You don't like it? Get out and don't come back." but they were right, you'd be back for that glorious cheese steak goodness. Now? It feels more expensive and average quality. I'm not very picky about service. I'm willing to tolerate poor service for good food, but the pizza that I ordered wasn't good. The crust was not flavorful and very uneven and had the "cardboard" texture. The cheese (mozzarella) was very unflavored, and the toppings didn't make up for the cheese and the crust. I hadn't gone to this place for about 2 years and figured I'd give them another shot and they didn't disappoint in how unfriendly, rude, and slow they are. You walk in and there are people crowded in the foyer area to order and the staff acts as though you are nothing but an inconvenience. They don't look at you, they don't smile at you, they don't thank you for coming. And they're very slow preparing your food. And don't get me going about their signage: First, outside of the front door is a sign that signals they are clearly anti-vaxxers ('nuff said). If that's not enough, you're shouted at inside with signage like: "IF YOU'RE ON THE CELL PHONE, YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED" and "WE DON'T HAVE WI-FI. TALK TO EACHOTHER LIKE IT'S 1995". It has to be the most unwelcoming business I have ever entered. It doesn't matter if the food is good or not (not great, btw), I will never step foot in that miserable place again. read more

Super surprised to say that the buffalo chicken salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, the chicken was flavorful and tender (and packed separately so as to to not make the lettuce soggy) and the blue cheese dressing was thick and creamy. I've had cheesesteaks there before and I suppose they are okay, to be honest not my favorite, it's cut a little too thick for my liking, but you get a ton. I give five stars for the salad alone. I'm cutting back on carbs but the pita bread looked great and my coworker said it was delicious. To be fair, all my other coworkers love the cheesesteaks here. read more

What a disaster that was! The kid at the front register was not acknowledging anyone. He wasn't helping anyone, wasn't trying to manage the flow of people, definitely allowed more than 5 people at once in that little tiny room, and no one knew what to do. When I was finally acknowledged, he gave me a lame excuse as to why my pizza wasn't warmed up. I just wanted to get out of there so I told him I'd heat it up at home. As the dude is putting my cold pizza in the box (he had no gloves on), he lifts his mask from his mouth and starts talking directly down on my pizza to a worker behind him! I couldn't believe it! I paid for my food and just got out of there as quickly as possible. I called the manager as soon as I got home. The manager seemed concerned and credited my purchase--not my point, honestly, but it was a step in the right direction--because there was NO WAY my family was eating that food. We threw it all away. I will never step foot in there again. If that's how they are handling food during this pandemic in FRONT of customers, imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Just an aside: the manager told me it was very busy when I called and that he would call me back because he really wanted to talk to me about this concerning event, but he never called me back. read more

This place is great for a giant amount of food that will try and kill you as you eat it. Perfect for bad hang over, greasy comfort food. Have tried most of their steak and cheese subs, the chipotle, kamikazi, missteak, and steak special have stood out the most. Their burritos are surprisingly good for a steak and cheese place. Can't really recommend the pizza, average and overpriced not to mention small. Agree with other reviewers, kind of a dive. Rather take out than eat in, cramped booths with TV's often set on ESPN 2 with no sound while the workers shout at the top of their lungs when orders are ready. The manager is unprofessional using personal credit card for a personal cell months (from March Through June) related to a named business. They associated our personal card with all corp business purchases and he has zero empathy when this is pointed out to him. We love TC Landos, but with his attitude we are not sure we ever want to go back. Sorry. The food is great, but be careful if you use credit card. Not happy at all. I don't know what's going on with these ratings. Honestly. Put one of T.C. Lando's steak and cheese subs in your mouth and I dare you to tell me you can't now die happy. This is one of those places where you're like "oh look, they have other things on the menu - I should try something else for once" then you look at it for like 20 minutes and although other stuff sounds good, you just MUST get that damn steak and cheese. Extra cheese for me, no veggies, just pure steak and cheese. They are enormous - a small should last you about 4 meals. Ridiculously good. No, I have not tried anything else and yes, the restaurant is a little on the sad side, but it's a pizza joint people, not a fancy restaurant and at least it's clean. I ordered delivery because I had their food once before and liked it. Very disappointing, I had ordered a calzone with chopped tomatoes garlic and basil, they left out the basil. They really polished up the sub shop model here at TC's. Expect a consistently clean nice interior, polite staff, and a good value, and quality ingredients. I would recommend to branch out from the pizza and try their sandwiches and quesadilla. My favorite is their steak quesadilla, full of meat and cheese served with salsa and sour cream. They serve cheap beer and have tons of flat screens with what ever game is on, making this the perfect half time place to stop and grab party chow with out missing the game or your favorite adult beverage. I will say, last night was the last straw. I will be going elsewhere. 1st, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called at Ferjulians Farm, and immediately put on hold. My order was finally taken as I was pulling up. I walked in to pay for my order, and come to find out, they only put me in for 1 cheesesteak. I told them I clearly ordered 2, with no salt and well done. She told me I had to wait for the 2nd sub, and that they put a little salt on their steak. I said I do not want any salt at all. The last few subs had way to much salt and were not eatable. She insisted they must put seasoning on the steak, and continued to argued with me to get it her way...but finally said ok. I got the subs home, and low and behold...they loaded both with salt. "WE THREW THEM OUT" WTF!!!!!!!! WHAT PART OF NO SALT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!! So...in the past year, I have rudely been placed on hold pretty much every time I call...sometimes having to hang up and call back multiple times. Orders have been made incorrectly, and you don't find out until home. The steak was steamed on a warm grille...not seared on a hot grille as it should be. World famous steak and cheese...ya right! Ingredients are being added to orders when specifically asked not to. God forbid someone should have a food allergy. I've had this conversation with many, and all agree that TC Landos has gone downhill since the owner is never there. He has left the management of his business to kids who have no idea what quality food is, and how to provide customer service. If the owner no longer cares... which is obvious, and could care less about the ever declining customer reviews on google and yelp, then sell the place to someone who does care. I would not recommend this place any longer. Save your money. Give it to someplace who actually cares about the customer. It could save you life too!!! read more

I don't really think it matters which of these establishments you go to. The food is fast food junk for people who really don't care about what they're eating or paying for. I have tried several times now and have thrown away my food every time once I got back to work. They attempt to make pita bread which is as dry as drift wood. You're not a bakery, so don't make crappy bread! The shredded lettuce smells like Burger King, McDonald's chemical lettuce. So don't breathe while eating your sandwich because the smell is unavoidable and very noticable. $12 tuna pocket and chips and the only thing good was the bag of chips. Never again. Seems like most everyone likes it, but I just tried it for the first time, and I have to give it the "A-ok" rating. I didn't really like the pizza (and I love pizza). The thing I didn't like about it was that it had crunchies on the bottom.... I think it was maybe cornmeal? Not sure, but I don't like little crunchies on the bottom of my pizza. If it wasn't for that, I would say that it was a damn fine pie. Also got the boneless buffalo chicken and that was fantastic! My husband and I moved to Hudson a few months ago and tried this place twice and just don t understand the local hype. The food is a little expensive but they do seem to give you a lot. A small sub is 12 inches. The pizza is New York style thin slice but it is very very greasy actual big puddles of grease on the pizza. My husband had a cheese steak and it was so greasy it made him sick, I knew it was going to make him sick just by looking at it. We didn't have any problem with the service the food was just far too greasy and heavy. There really is better pizza places in town. read more

Went to the Hudson Lando's on Saturday night. I have always liked Landos's, in its various locations, but in this case the food was ok at best, but even worse, the dining area was filthy. Some of the best steak subs in New England - maybe THE best. HOWEVER - if you plan to place a bulk order for more than say 5 or 6 people, don't plan on enjoying nearly the same quantity of ingredients. An individual order of a large steak sub (Kamakazi or similar) will be quite difficult to finish in a sitting, but that same sub as part of a 6 person order will be average in size at most. Hands down the best steak sandwiches I have ever had!!! And what is great about their cheese steaks is that they have a bunch of different ones to choose from, which is always great IMO. Damn even the pizza is wicked good. This is not a high end joint. It' the typical downtown MA, pizza joint that every town in MA has that produces quality food. The inside isn't so great, but I don't mind that all, since the food is so great. The place is basic. Wood tables, plastic benches, paper plates, plastic wear, and napkins. That's all I need.
