There is a Cinnabon in this TCBY. Easily the WORST Cinnabon I have ever had. I can say, it is the ONLY horrible Cinnabon I've ever had. I took a large roll to go, got it home, heated it up for 30 seconds, dug in excitedly, alas to my surprise, the roll was hard and stale. It did not have a good taste to it at all. I ate some, thinking it would get better, but it did not. I threw more than half away. Talk about a let down! The TCBY didn't look appealing, either. read more

Ruidoso has a few sweet shops/ ice cream parlors, but I was hoping this place would bring back some nostalgia from the colorful Arthur and cartoon character fro-yo's and sprinkles. We had planned to take a beach vacation this year (thanks COVID) at a place that also had TCBY, but this was the next best thing. There was outdoor seating and was conveniently located right next to Schlotsky's and Cinnabon (double trouble, but smells inside the shop were free). There were some flavors, but not a huge variety - I got the sea salt caramel with butter finger topping, mom the chocolate (no topping), and dad the sea salt caramel with At $9 for two kids' sizes and a small, it wasn't bad. If you want to say a lot for a hard cinnamon roll in baby scoop of ice cream this is your place. My wife and I had a sweet tooth after dinner and decided to check out the local TCBY. First time introducing our girls to this gem. Unfortunately, the wait staff was not as happy to help us. Although our girls are teens, there was 10 in our party. The two working behind the counter made it very apparent that they wanted us to move quickly. When it was abruptly saying 'okay next' or making the move it along gesture with hands. This place needs more credit. When we came in we were greeted by the lady at the desk with a friendly smile and she was really nice. They had some good flavors. Saw this place when I googled "best desserts in ruidoso" so my bf and I wanted to try it. Walked in at 745 and the lady serving ice cream said they were open. Then she and the man changed their minds and said only Schlotzkys was open and they were closed. Won't try again. read more

If you have to have TCBY yogurt then go here, I believe it is the only place in this city that you will find it. If on the other hand you are open to other frozen yogurt treats and or ice cream do not go here. You will most likely receive better service and product at a mom and pop place in town and there are more then a few of them (we found out later). We walked into this place place because it was the first frozen treats place we saw after completing a 5 mile hike. We hiked right in and up to a crowded counter that had 3 employees working behind it. The line was a tad long but with 3 employees we figured we would blow through it in no time, wrong! One female employee decided to walk away to another counter in the store and sell her son and his friend a sandwich (this place was a three in one type restaurant). Never mind that the sandwich counter was empty (except for the two kids) and that there were people already working that area. It is kind of sweet that she wanted to visit with her kiddo but even after taking his order she sat around and hung out with them. One employee down that still leaves leaves two employees to serve frozen treats, wrong again. A young women was icing cinnamon rolls and could not be bothered to help the young man that was trying to take care of the long line. She was icing the cinnamon rolls with no gloves on and the icing was getting all over her hands and the side of the container. Never mind that there were already tons of iced rolls in their display as well as to go containers of them already sitting there. And not one person in that line ordered a cinnamon roll. So after he worked his way through the majority of the line the young women icing rolls decided to stop and help him. Ugh! We were equally shocked and grossed out by their ineptness but hey like I said if you have to have TCBY then go here and sit down and enjoy the show it may be awhile before you get waited on. read more

Food was alright and the restaurant was clean, but the customer service ruined the whole visit. My friend's wife asked for a frappe and one of the women there was particularly short stating that she's new and can only make smoothies. We understand that she was new, but there is no need to be rude about it. I then ordered a cinnamon bun with additional ingredients and misunderstood how it was to be made. The other woman then glanced at the other worker as if to say 'oh one of -these- customers', fairly obviously. I said nothing, in order to avoid conflict, but I felt insulted and cannot reccomend this place to anyone looking for very basic customer service. read more

We recently went and visited TCBY and had a blast. The young man who helped us was friendly and had a good sense of humor. The banana splits were great and my kids were happy. We enjoy our trips here and look forward to going back soon. read more

Included an extra star because the only girl they had working, worked so hard for all 8 of us in our group. Everything needs to be updated. She made one of our smoothies in their one and only blender. A blender that looked very outdated that you wouldn't even find on a clearance sale at Walmart. Only one of us ended up getting a smoothie because it just took so long, and it didn't even end up tasting that great. However, the normal yogurt was good. Great friendly staff that was helpful with showing my girlfriend every single size of waffle cone they had available lol. They had many different flavors and sizes to choose from.. Whether you eat your ice cream in a cone, waffle cone or even a cup, they have it! This was our first visit to a TCBY and hopefully not our last as we both enjoyed it. Very non caring staff. I called and asked if there soft serve was dairy free, and the manager told me it was. So I brought my dairy allergic son there to get some. Once I arrived I asked the person behind the counter again to make sure the soft serve was dairy free. He told me yes it was. So once i ordered two, and my son ate half of it, I realized there was definitely dairy in there. So I confronted the man behind the counter about it, and he said, "oh, I meant to say everything here did have dairy, not that it was dairy free." That's quite the difference, and in my opinion not acceptable. Employees should know whether or not there is dairy in their products, it is a major allergen. At the very least, just say I don't know. Had to deal with a puking boy the rest of the night. read more
