Service man was so nice, explained everything. The rates were very reasonable for an emergency service, $375 flat rate. I just had Nick come out to troubleshoot a water heater repair caused by a leak from a saddle valve…read moreabove my furnace heading to my furnace humidifier causing the pilot light to go out to to the pooling water and moisture at the base of the unit. The service team was able to fit me in same day by putting me on standby. Nick was able to diagnose, stop the leak, inspect that the leak had done no further damage, and ultimately get the water heater working within 5 minutes of his arrival. Better yet, he said it was a simple fix and did not charge me, but just asked that I keep them at the top of my list for my next job! Very friendly and presentable all the way. He also assessed my heater and said I probably had about another two years to go before needing to replace, and gave me a written quote for a new water heater and to replace the saddle valve with an angle stop. The angle stop cost was a bit high, but the water heater replacement was very reasonable (just being fair). I am definitely going to reach out to them for my next plumbing job.
