Pickled papaya & carrot salad with Cambodian style fried rice which has an unexpected delightful coconut cream to add another component twist to the dish. Everything we tried was awesome! We came in 30 minutes after opening and many of the food vendors were not quite ready to serve . So we wondered around to scoope out the vendors.
