I have had rude service from them before and sad to say i will not be going to Norwalk whale tea anymore. On top of that it's not very clean. I've only gone twice and they were rlly rude both times. First time I brought my mother and she was asking nicely which one he would recommend and he was extremely rude and ignoring our questions Go To WESPORT whale tea instead! The owners greeted me with a smile the second I walked in and offered a few samples to help me choose which tea I wanted to order. They also offer differing sweetness levels, so if you want a bit less sugar they are happy to make that adjustment for you. I was happy to learn that they also use NO artificial flavoring or syrups, everything is made with fresh fruit and they even make their boba in house. Their logo is also their dog - how cute!
