I like fruit tea and drinks, so I get the mango coconut milk smoothie. The staff here is soooo nice, they checked up on us a few times after getting our drinks and sitting down. The shop is very clean too and comfortable for sitting and enjoying your drink. Now there's new food offerings like the croffles, I'll come back and try them next time.

But we received a BOGO coupon in the mail, and sure enough we wanted to try them out again. When we got there, the bobarista happily accepted the coupon and took our order. I went for their Lychee Green Tea and P2 ordered their Uber Smoothie. It didn't take too long for our drinks to come out, around 5-7 minutes. We were seated on some comfy chairs, and the bobarista served our drinks to us. I think presentation-wise, they did a good job. They claim to have "beverage aesthetics" and I tend to agree. Does having good "beverage aesthetics" make a drink taste better? No, definitely not. We both thought our drinks weren't too bad, however. I had ordered my drink with 0% sugar but I added boba to mine. My drink also already came with lychee coconut, so the two toppings sweetened my drink naturally. P2 complained that her drink was still too sweet for her liking. We appreciated the service and the pleasant ambience inside. I took off a star because the drinks were just too expensive. Without a coupon, I don't think we would come back here with drinks costing $7-8 each!

I'm giving it two stars because I do like the drinks here, but otherwise, the place kind of sucks…read more I've had to wait 15-30 minutes for my drink (very simple milk tea) because they have awful time management, and only seem to work on one drink at a time instead of batching. So, if a drink needs to be steeped, they will wait until every drink in front of it has been finished to even start the 5-10 minute steeping process, instead of starting to steep the leaves while they work on blended drinks. Three employees wander around aimlessly while dozens of people wait for a single, simple drink. Most other boba places are able to get drinks out within a minute or two. What is your excuse? There is truly no reason for a single milk tea to take 30 minutes. Fix your training. EDIT: In response to the owner, I do understand that popularity will slow things down, but that wasn't what I was observing. It was a steady trickle of guests coming in every few minutes, and it seems like the crowd was created from congestion of orders stacking up at a higher rate in than they were going out. Orders were only being handed out every several minutes, and while I have also worked in food service/retail and understand having to take breaks and slow down sometimes, the employees seemed like they were just meandering about without a care in the world. I'm truly not sure why, at the very least, steeping wouldn't be started early. I go to a lot of boba places, and I've had many good friends who work (or worked) at boba places, even if I have not directly worked at one myself. The employee behavior was not like anything I've ever seen before.

I was nervous to try this place for the first time on Father's Day when my Veteran husband…read morerequested a Pancake (..yes...pancake ‍) ! The reviews on Google were mainly about the "waiting for food/service/seating " *Something told me TRY IT ANYWAYS!* The family-of-4 loaded up and drove 15 min! Upon arrival, the strip mall was clean and the Restaurant was poppin'! I was prepared to wait for host/service (& kept my mindset positive) WE WERE GREETED by the kind hostess IMMEDIATELY, & promised a table within 10 min ONLY TO BE SEATED WITHIN 7!! Yay! The space was bright & tight yet purposefully placed. the booth we sat in felt cozy, & had perfect people watching opportunities (as well as kitchen watching). The kind handsome young lad that was our waiter instantly gave down to earth and humble vibes. His quiet deep voice, dreads & baggy jeans screamed "youngster with a passion" (honestly I enjoyed his presence, he reminded me of my son) He showed up often enough, yet still gave us our family connection space! So GOOD! So so good)*** I kept warning my family "NOW REMEMBER, these are special waffles.. they have to milk the WAFFLE COW FIRST, SO PUT ON YOUR PATIENT PANTS". We ordered drinks from their seasonal menu (a must) : The Coconut Chai tea Iced! My Husband was stationed in Hawaii for most our families life, and this drink brought us back to the Islands Our food arrived HOT & fresh within 10-14minutes! Every item was superbly smothered in the sauce of choice 1st meal: eggs Benedict ! I always have to order extra hollandaise sauce: NOT TODAY!! The sauce was buttery smooth and the waffle was crisp yet soft, everything was delicious ! I needn't add a thing! 2nd meal: The BLT (-added smashed avocado) my daughter is the a BLT critic, she crafts them up, and orders them often! Her words : "wow this might as well be the best BLT I have ever tasted!!" 3rd meal: my son orders the chicken and waffles, the gravy was the star of this dish! His discovery was mixing the warm syrup with the seasoned gravy to add the perfect sweet savory concoction to every chicken and waffle bite! 4the meal: my husband was craving a classic omelette! He chose to do the build drone omelette, he put exactly what he wanted on it nothing more nothing less! And of course he chose the waffle to go! From the warm better, to the sweet syrup and everything in between from potatoes to beverages to heaven and back! WE ALL HIGHLY Highly recommend this mom-&-Pop shop! I hope this business goes far, I hope it spreads across the land! Well done! Well done!
