I was a little overwhelmed walking in; it's set up like a specialty store, with many different displays to look at and be tempted by, before ever getting to the teas. Everything is also very, very close together. As it was my first visit, I spoke with the employee and she explained the process. I moved to the teas and did some sampling. It was a lot of fun. I can see why people really enjoy coming here and experiencing the variety offered. Plus, being able to sample various teas ensured that the one I selected was something I was happy buying and leaving with. Something that surprised me is that this is a take and go place, which makes sense with the shopping that hits you when you walk in. It just struck me as I bought my tea that I thought, I'd like to sit down and enjoy this, when I realized, oh, you can't do that here. Overall, I'm very glad I finally stopped in and I look forward to future visits.

So, if a drink needs to be steeped, they will wait until every drink in front of it has been finished to even start the 5-10 minute steeping process, instead of starting to steep the leaves while they work on blended drinks. Three employees wander around aimlessly while dozens of people wait for a single, simple drink. Most other boba places are able to get drinks out within a minute or two. What is your excuse? There is truly no reason for a single milk tea to take 30 minutes. Fix your training. EDIT: In response to the owner, I do understand that popularity will slow things down, but that wasn't what I was observing. It was a steady trickle of guests coming in every few minutes, and it seems like the crowd was created from congestion of orders stacking up at a higher rate in than they were going out. Orders were only being handed out every several minutes, and while I have also worked in food service/retail and understand having to take breaks and slow down sometimes, the employees seemed like they were just meandering about without a care in the world. I'm truly not sure why, at the very least, steeping wouldn't be started early. I go to a lot of boba places, and I've had many good friends who work (or worked) at boba places, even if I have not directly worked at one myself. His discovery was mixing the warm syrup with the seasoned gravy to add the perfect sweet savory concoction to every chicken and waffle bite! 4the meal: my husband was craving a classic omelette! He chose to do the build drone omelette, he put exactly what he wanted on it nothing more nothing less! And of course he chose the waffle to go! From the warm better, to the sweet syrup and everything in between from potatoes to beverages to heaven and back! WE ALL HIGHLY Highly recommend this mom-&-Pop shop!
