TeaDM is in a convenient spot next to several restaurants and Giant so you can get drinks while doing your grocery shopping. There are also plenty of parking spots in the parking garages nearby. They currently have a buy 4 get 1 free deal going on. I like my drinks not too sugary so I get mines with 50% sugar and light ice. They have a large selection of drinks to browse if you use their kiosk to order. I find their drinks refreshing and delightful especially while running errands.

I came here after getting dinner nearby and this really hit the spot! I've been to a few other TeaDM locations before, so I already kind of knew what to expect-solid boba with a good variety of drinks. I saw that they offered a new Ayo smoothie that looked intriguing, so I ordered it since I wanted a non-caffeinated option. It was SO good. This drink was not-too-sweet yet lightly tart from the yogurt. The smoothie was really refreshing. I haven't seen this drink offered at too many other boba shops so I would highly recommend this. If you come with friends, make sure to take advantage of the buy 4 get 1 deal!

Quickly popped into TeaDM after lunch in the area. Service was great as I asked several questions about their menu. It is a good little spot to grab a drink and sit and chat with friends. The TeaDM was a great classic milk tea. No complaints!

Green Thai Milk Tea & Matcha Jasmine Milk Tea

We've been here a few times and have been satisfied with their drinks! Simply order on their self-service kiosks & typically a short wait. We got the Green Thai Milk Tea & Matcha Jasmine Milk Tea this time, both very fragrant tea flavor. Out of the two, I'd prefer the Green Thai Milk Tea. Boba itself was satisfyingly chewy. Ample parking & very spacious interior shared with a Vietnamese eatery.

I finally had enough people to do the buy 4 get 1 free and that made me so happy hehe!! Best drink: Green Thai tea- so floral and just the right amount of sweetness. Didn't taste like red Thai tea but I loved it Other drinks in our order Red Thai tea- as expected, still sweet even with less sugar Roasted oolong- not strong tea flavor, which made me sad but their egg custard was very good and added more sugar and flavor Taro milk tea- as expected !!

Loved this place! So many great options on their menu from Vietnamese coffee to milk tea to fruit tea and some great jelly and boba options. Pretty good price for area. Limited seating inside but we were able to go to their upstairs lounge area once some people left. Our drinks were made super fast, I was really impressed. Shop kept really clean. Another bubble tea place! If you want a photo op, they have a giant bubble tea prop inside! What else is different about this bubble tea place from the others? They have a twisted stairway to the second floor? It's a good place to hang out and talk. The staff worked fast and my drink came out quickly. Hmm, what else? I don't know. I got the average coffee bubble tea. It's an acceptable bubble tea joint if you're in the area. It's not a place you should drive far to check out. The parallel parking out front will be challenging. You may have to park elsewhere and walk here. I will update my review if I happen to get something more extraordinary next time.

Came to TeaDM for some boba tea. My go to order is the sea salt coffee OG with coffee jelly and honey boba. I ordered two; one to drink later so I asked for no ice. This is what I got. It's shocking that more than half the cup would have been ice, and only about it a third is the actual drink. The quality of the boba is always good, and the ambiance nice. Pricing is not the highest out of all the other bubble tea cafes, and there's always a buy 4 get 1 free. I'd still come back because no other place has the sea salt coffee like TeaDM!

It's a great start to my day when i get to drink my favorite coffee; TeaDM's salted coffee! It's perfection and i am quite addicted. Robust coffee flavors and the salted cream on top is the cherry on top. I always receive great customer service from the staff. The gentlemen behind the counter today was patient and helpful with my order this morning. Make sure to take advantage of the rewards program and the buy 4 get 1 free deal!

Finally got to try this spot. Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty empty and quiet which is nice if you need a spot to just chill. I ordered the Vietnamese sea salt iced coffee with coffee jelly and wow! It was delicious and also very strong so it's a great option if you need that extra boost and like the taste of coffee. And I did have a little too much fun shaking my drink up before drinking it The customer service was great with my questions as a first timer. I appreciate that they have many options and customizations so I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu!

I usually go to their Eden Center location in Falls Church. The same great boba tea, in an a bit upper scale environment. I recommend their regular milk tea, they simply call it Tea DM. It has a good tea flavor, but not too strong or bitter. Sweetness at 50% is just perfect for me!

Went on a Saturday afternoon. I have personally never had boba so had some difficulty ordering, however the person taking our order was patient and gave some recommendations. I got a to-go brown sugar milk tea boba, and it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever put in my mouth. It was my first time trying boba and I thought I hated it. I even let my mom, dad and sister try it and they all spit it out. Now, having tried other types and stores I now know that I actually LOVE boba. The 1 star was because the drink came fairly fast and the service was good. 1/10 do NOT recommend. read more

I tried to order my bubble tea through the app and I was confused when I saw that most of the items on the menu were out of stock. I asked them why all the items were out of stock, and at first, they didn't even answer me. I asked them again and they said that the items would be ready in 30 minutes. After they said that they went straight back to talking. I was shocked to see that there were more than 8 employees not doing their jobs. They were talking about their nails and makeup and I saw only 1 employee doing her job. Wow, I never knew one of my favorite bubble tea places would be like this. Maybe I might be overreacting but, take a second and think. If you were in this situation you would probably hate this place forever. (Another thing to keep in mind was that their honey boba wasn't even ready. They said it would be out in 30 minutes and the 8 employees started talking again and didn't budge.) I went here on a weekday around 1015. I was told that they don't have honey boba until 11am. They did have the crystal boba available though. I really liked the crystal boba because it is more like jelly. I had a taro milk tea. It was about $7. For the price, it was just ok. The milk tea was pre made. It tasted like the regular generic overly sweet milk tea. They do have parking outside the store, which is nice. I would try other places first. read more

This is a great boba spot! They have so many drink options and they are all really good! Some of drinks I had were the green milk tea, reg Thai and green Thai tea, brown sugar milk tea, winter melon milk tea, and the viet coffee! The service is fast and efficient and they do deals sometimes like buy 4 get 1 free! Which is good for my friends and I cause we are usually 5 people. The one thing I didn't like is that they don't ask what sweetness level you want and sometimes I'll forget to ask to adjust it but it's not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise 5 stars for me! read more

They advertised "buy 4 get 1 free", but the 5th drink is only half of the regular portion. I have gone to TeaDM for years, but recently this has been an issue too many times to not be unintentional. I don't know if they want to save up, but as a customer, I feel like I'm being scammed. If you can't afford the promotion, then stop offering it. I don't want to order and then get a half-ass cup of coffee. Not going to come back there to be ripped off. read more

I got a honey tea boba and it wasn't very good. The bobas were pretty hard and it tasted like a watered down drink. I got 75% sugar, but the drink wasn't sweet at all and the tea taste was very subtle. Other people got strawberry milk and another drink and they all tasted okay. Nothing that good and bad tapioca. read more

Their buy 4 get 1 free deal can't be beat. This is our staple/favorite bubble tea place in NOVA & there's several locations to choose from. Lots of flavor variety - there's something for everyone. They used to have more topping variety but I guess some of the less popular ones (of course they were ones we'd loved: mini honey boba, taro custard, grass jelly) were phased out or are often unavailable. Our family consistently orders the same drinks every time (Vietnamese iced coffee, green Iceland, color switch lemonade, taro slush). Their Vietnamese iced coffee is legit and authentic & the sea salt cream puts it over the edge - my personal fave. Recently the taro slush converted to a taro/ube hybrid which makes for a deeper purple color but unfortunately doesn't provide the same depth of taro flavor as the OG - that would be something to try to reformulate/bring back. They are quick & ordering off the Toast app is extremely convenient & makes for an efficient pickup experience. read more

I've been coming here since they opened nearly order everyday from here. By the day it starts to get less and less but the price is raising so basically your paying more for less. I ordered today and picked up in 10 mins or so and it was very low. Its closer to my house so that's very convenience thats why i chose to come to this location but i dont think i will be coming back I'd rather drive to eden center the cup is always full no matter how long i take to pick it up. Latest is 15-20 mins but its still full or a tad bit lowered down unlike this. I believe its just being made like this because the past week I ordered its been low but today is the lowest it could be because of my pick up time but its still not worth it for the price. read more

TeaDM is a chain with a lot of competition in our area. I'm disappointed that they have good products but inconsistent across their chain in their reward system for frequently patronage to their chain. I started going to TeaDM in Vienna and they had a points system to reward their customers. But, it never worked in Falls Church. Now, this new location took a long time to get on the system and when they did I was collecting points until Today. I went today and I was suppose to receive my free drink and they advised me that they no longer have the points system. I was their last week and it was there!!! Be better! Tea DM is my boi. I go there pretty often and generally get my custom combo of Oolong + Passion Fruit & Lychee flavors. Do recommend. Whatever you like though, Tea DM has a solid spread of teas, smoothies, and coffees. Hoping for additional boba types one day (They have great honey boba and crystal boba as an alternate option). As far as customer service, I have never had any complaints and feel that I've had many exceptionally good experiences interacting with their employees. I don't leave yelp reviews too often but Tea DM deserves it read more

The slush part was really good and had a slight coconut flavor which was nice, and it tasted very fresh. While I liked the drink, if I could I would get that slush with boba instead of sago. I think it could be that I just don't love sago that much, not that the sago is necessarily bad here. But I would need to try more sago from other places to make that determination. I think I would come back here again.

Only a few sad looking, pathetic randomly packed lunch boxes out front (for self check out). 99 Ranch does not close until 10 pm. Everything should stay available until then.

I have been here 2-3 times since their soft opening earlier this month. Their $1 off any drinks promo and close proximity to my house is definitely to blame! If you're like me and you repeatedly go back for one drink (or have you bf pick you up one on his way home), this will likely be a top "favorite" place in your maps app. Since we moved to Fairfax, we have been driving by wondering when the shop was going to open since it's so close to our house. Now that it's open and right next to Giant, where I can pick up boba with my grocery run, all is great with weekend errands to the grocery store. I went for the brown sugar milk tea with honey boba, asked for less ice and 25% sweetness, but it was still pretty sweet.
