But the surprise star? The bánh mì. Crispy, flavorful, stacked -- easily one of the top I've had in NoVA. Pair it with a boba tea and you're unstoppable. Pho was also really great!!! Stopped by here on a whim and wow this place is so cute! Aesthetics of this place are very thought out and provides an inviting experience. For Boba, I recommend the Flan Boba. I have yet to have met anyone who has not enjoyed that flavor. I will need to come back to try the Banh Mi, but purely off first impression, I really like this place. Today 8/2/2026 - we decided to try Boba with Mi. I rarely give 5 stars, but this is an amazing place for either Boba, or Vietnamese Sandwiches or main dishes. Today, we decided to try the sandwiches. I'm not really a Jalapeno, type of person, and when I pulled those hidden things out of my Pork sandwich, I was in heaven. My friend decided to try the other Chicken sandwich, and she was happy about it. We also got a lychee Boba, and Mango Boba, these were to die for. Hard pass on this new bubble tea Spot. We live down the street and used to get Infinitea all the time so we had to try Boba with Mi when it opened. Sadly, it was a HUGE letdown. The milk teas were all super bland with absolutely no taste of anything other than plain milk. The boba was flavorless (absolutely no honey taste) and the four people in our party just ended up tossing most of the tea away. At 100% sugar, it really could have just been straight whole milk which was sad. I wouldn't bother trying the food because if the boba is that flavorless and it's their name, can't really imagine the food being much better. Everyone was so incredibly disappointed to see that our go to spot was replaced by this. With a million great options at Eden Center, trust me you'll want to skip Boba with Mi and get basically anything else. read more

I came back here because I really enjoyed the bánh tráng nướng the first time. This time, everything went a little wrong. There were two girls working but one was holding her purse taking my order as if she's about to leave. She misheard me and put in "watermelon tea" instead of wintermelon milk tea, which was understandable. Good thing I looked at the order on the screen and corrected her. Then I asked for honey boba topping, but she said they're out and it'll take 30 minutes to cook and be ready. So I chose the flan topping instead. Next, I ordered the bánh tráng nướng in Vietnamese. I double checked with her and said it again in English "Vietnamese pizza" and she nodded in confirmation. I got my drink pretty quickly, but it was the wrong order because she had placed a "wintermelon tea" instead of "milk tea." So there was no milk in the drink. I noticed that the girl holding the purse said bye and left (I guess it was the end of her shift). I had a weird feeling so I asked the girl still working if there's a Vietnamese pizza cooking for me. She had no idea I was waiting for food if I didn't say something. She then checked with the kitchen and apparently they made the wrong order "bánh mì" (sandwich) instead of the pizza. She apologized and said they're now making my order. The bánh tráng nướng this time was not as good as the first time. It was way too thick and crunchy. The first one was nice, thin and crispy. There are egg, Chinese sausage, cheese, chili sauce and mayonnaise inside. The flavors were nice, but it was a bit too much sauce, even for me who loves sauce. I've been coming for years when it was Infini-tea, so I'll still return and support our local business. Hopefully, next time, the staff gets my orders correct the first time and there will more consistency in the food. read more

I heard about the change of Infinitea and was interested to try. Only to be let down with super slow service. The girl who was working the counter did nothing but stand around while the other man was doing all the food prep/drink making. I was told to give them 10 mins before they can take my order... but it's been 30 mins which is ridiculous, so I left. I'll have to come back at a later date to actually try the drinks. While it looks more inviting inside and drink menu seems similar, it definitely lacks customer service. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Quaint decor. I tried the Flan Special boba drink twice where I could request a lower level of sugar. It has real pieces of flan in it. I've had the grilled port banh mi sandwich twice too. Their special is the grilled crispy pork which is a crowd pleaser. When dining in, they brush the top of the toasted bread with oil which makes it taste special because I don't think any other place does this. read more

Recently renovated store with new ownership who are nice and sweet! A great place for bubble tea with bánh mì. I recommend to stop by to avoid the Eden Center crowd. Personally, I like their bánh mì more than bánh mì oi in Eden, fillings are sufficient with good pate spread. Avocado smoothie was fresh and delicious. The ladies greeted me so kindly, service was quick and efficient. The Thai Boba Tea is EXCELLENT. Their other juices and teas looked amazing. The place is lovley, Orchids everywhere! I also had the roast pork Banh Mi. It was THE BEST Banh Mi sandwich I've ever had. The bread was fresh and so delicious. Perfect amount of fluffy with a light crispy outside. Classic French Baguette. Veggies were also very fresh and the mayo was luscious. All to compliment a tender, flavorful, roast pork complete with CRISPY SKIN! The sandwich didnt even make it home (I took a bite in store because they asked for feedback). They offer other tasty Vietnamese street food. In talking with (whom I assume the owner or the Executive chef or both!) They don't have Pho yet, but it might be something they'll do as things pick up (which I hope they do).
