Dear Lord Baby Jesus this place is delicious! My son and I stopped here and the service was phenomenal along with the boba!

Update: bánh tráng nướng (Vietnamese pizza) and wintermelon tea
Minh-Nhat N.

I came back here because I really enjoyed the bánh tráng nướng the first time. This time, everything went a little wrong. There were two girls working but one was holding her purse taking my order as if she's about to leave. She misheard me and put in "watermelon tea" instead of wintermelon milk tea, which was understandable. Good thing I looked at the order on the screen and corrected her. Then I asked for honey boba topping, but she said they're out and it'll take 30 minutes to cook and be ready. So I chose the flan topping instead. Next, I ordered the bánh tráng nướng in Vietnamese. I double checked with her and said it again in English "Vietnamese pizza" and she nodded in confirmation. I got my drink pretty quickly, but it was the wrong order because she had placed a "wintermelon tea" instead of "milk tea." So there was no milk in the drink. I noticed that the girl holding the purse said bye and left (I guess it was the end of her shift). I had a weird feeling so I asked the girl still working if there's a Vietnamese pizza cooking for me. She had no idea I was waiting for food if I didn't say something. She then checked with the kitchen and apparently they made the wrong order "bánh mì" (sandwich) instead of the pizza. She apologized and said they're now making my order. The bánh tráng nướng this time was not as good as the first time. It was way too thick and crunchy. The first one was nice, thin and crispy. There are egg, Chinese sausage, cheese, chili sauce and mayonnaise inside. The flavors were nice, but it was a bit too much sauce, even for me who loves sauce. I've been coming for years when it was Infini-tea, so I'll still return and support our local business. Hopefully, next time, the staff gets my orders correct the first time and there will more consistency in the food.

Grilled pork

Friendly and helpful staff. Quaint decor. I tried the Flan Special boba drink twice where I could request a lower level of sugar. It has real pieces of flan in it. I've had the grilled port banh mi sandwich twice too. Their special is the grilled crispy pork which is a crowd pleaser. When dining in, they brush the top of the toasted bread with oil which makes it taste special because I don't think any other place does this.

As a matcha lover, this place definitely satisfied a Wednesday evening matcha craving. I ordered…read morethe hojicha latte float with matcha soft serve, and the matcha flavor was rich, smooth, and on par with Matcha Maiko. I also loved the other ice cream flavor pairings you can choose. The monthly flavor was pistachio, love that! One note is that the hojicha latte at full sweetness was way too sweet for me, so I would recommend getting 50% sweetness instead. My friend ordered the hojicha float with pistachio soft serve and rice mochi, which was delicious and surprisingly filling enough to share. There is only one self-serve kiosk, but service was still fast despite how busy it was. Indoor seating is limited and fills quickly, but I loved the modern green and wood interior and all the natural sunlight.

The mango syrup added a nice fruity sweetness. The rice mochi was quite plain, chewy, and a bit too large. It didn't really hold onto the ice cream well. The only thing that was weird to me was texture of the ice cream, it was slightly grainy for some reason which is peculiar. I also felt it was a bit expensive for what it was. I've only tried their ice cream and haven't had a chance to try any of their drinks yet.

Service was quick and there is a good amount of seating available, too. Parking is ample although it was super busy during my visit and I had to circle a couple of times. At least it's free! My Pikachu drink was sooo good! I wish I had gotten the larger one instead. I've never had a yogurt tea drink and this was a great first experience! The chicken karaage was just as delicious! And there was a LOT for the price. Actually, pricing for everything seemed pretty good! I sat inside and enjoyed the Asian pop music in the background while enjoying my order. I was so impressed that I ordered another drink to go, the Brown Sugar Tiger Milk w/o toppings. I don't like super sweet drinks so I always order 10% sweet. It was still pretty sweet even cut down! It was good but a little too sweet for my liking while the Pikachu was the right amount of sweetness at 10% sweet. This location didn't have the Ube Milk Tea but that just means that I'll have to venture to support one of their sister locations so that I can try that drink, too!

They have a huge selection of drinks, all based on their freshly made sugarcane juice. I just got the classic juice since it was my first time trying sugarcane, but I'll definitely be back to sample some of the other fruity combos. It was delightful -- not too sweet, with notes of honey and an almost floral-like flavor. At $7 a cup, it was definitely pricey, but pretty reasonable for the area as I've also seen plenty of cafes and boba shops charge similar prices for lower quality drinks. The staff was super friendly, and I love that they had one of their juicing machines right next to the register. It was really fun to watch them work, and the machine spit out all the extra sugar cane skins / peelings into a giant wooden bucket that you could take from. The sugarcane had a great aroma, and the peelings are a fun way to keep kids entertained.

Ordering is convenient -- you can use the iPads or place your order at the counter. They also have a cute dine-in area if you want to stay, or you can grab your drink to go. I'm so glad I decided to stop in. The fresh-pressed cane juice was incredibly refreshing and definitely worth it!

Okay Tea's'n You, your vibe is very cute, very demure, very mindful, and very tasty!…read more I ended up visiting this location because literally every other matcha shop I wanted to try was closed and wasn't opening until 11:30 a.m. Since my usual spots failed me, I decided to give Tea's'n You a shot. I'm so glad I did. Their matcha is top tier. I ordered two regular matchas with regular sugar, one blueberry matcha with regular sugar, a regular iced coffee, four cupcakes (strawberry shortcake and mango), and a sesame egg tart. Now before y'all start judging me, these were not all for me . My back is getting big, I don't need all that to add to it lol. Everything was packaged securely and presented beautifully. What impressed me even more was the customer service. Orders are placed on a kiosk that sits a little away from the staff, so I honestly didn't think anyone was paying much attention to who ordered what. Imagine my surprise when one of the staff members walked my order directly to me with a kind and friendly smile instead of leaving it in the pickup area. That level of attention is impressive. Do you know how hard it is to make customers feel seen with minimal human interaction? Kudos to the team for pulling that off. Now, while I wanted to give five stars, there was one small miss. The cupcakes were a bit dry, and the mango filling wasn't quite my favorite. However, the sesame egg tart was hitting on every level. My only regret was not buying more of them and somehow convincing someone to hand over the recipe lol. Parking was easy and located right out front. I will definitely be back to try more items. My team loved everything I brought back, so I don't think they're going to let me get away with not bringing them more next time.

I once had a durian smoothie here that was nice (they said they use fresh durian). Unfortunately service sucks. You use context clues to get in a line at the end of the store, order with an employee after they're done and look at you, have your order number flashed at you (which you're obligated to memorize as you do not get a receipt or physical number), and then you hover around the front of the store until you're called via your number. My biggest gripe is that they hire non-Viet speaking workers to take your order and expect you to understand them when they butcher the name of the foods. I ordered some cha ca (fish patty since I saw it in the glass container by the front on the counter and pointed it at) and the lady kept saying chacachinchacasong quickly 2-3x. I asked her what do you mean? She repeated it. I said I don't understand what you're saying. She looks to her non-viet speaking coworker, shakes her head, and says "chino" with an attitude. Eventually I come to realize after some pondering that she said "cha cá sóng (raw fish patty)" "cha cá chín (cooked fish patty)". I'd recommend management to remind the ladies to say things slowly if the customer does not understand or say "raw" or "cooked" if they cannot adequately pronounce Vietnamese to their large Vietnamese customer population. I'd also recommend not to insult the target customer in front of them.

Ended up trying their onion and mushroom fried tofu and their lemongrass & pepper tofu as well the pandan tofu pudding with red beans and jackfruit. My first thoughts were that the mushroom and onion tofu is the superior flavor of all of them, it's so good and umami! I inhaled all of them on my way to work because the smell was so tempting. The lemongrass definitely needed more flavor, it was barely there, not even that spicy, it was really milder than I expected it. I gotta say that my tofu pudding ended up being my dinner because I was so full of 1lb of fried tofu I had for lunch, it doesn't look as pretty or appetizing, but it was really filling and actually helped my craving for something sweet but not so "sugary". When I got it, was quite warm, so I put it in the fridge and emptied the content on a mug and warm it in the microwave? I don't know how you are supposed to eat this but I did liked warm hahah I'd gladly come back and have this again and the just the fried onion mushroom tofu! (As well the sticky rice and the giant fish cake!) The place is a carry out, so there is no way you can sit and eat there!
