I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from this establishment and soon after the transmission went out not only did the extended warranty they sold me deny any repairs I am waiting still for the powertrain warranty that came with the truck as it was a certified used vehicle to authorize repairs to my vehicle I had originally taken it back to the dealership to have the problem dealt with but they could not address the issues seeing as how it was not a Chevy understandable it was then taken to Ford where it has now sat waiting said authorization from the warranty I got from the dealership to authorized repairs they did give me a rental car but my vehicle has been out of commission going on a month now and I'm also informed by Ford that after it is authorized is going to take another 4 to 6 weeks making the grand total me not operating mine vehicle I purchased to almost 3 months this has been the most horrific experience I have ever had at an automotive dealership in my life update I have also recently found out that when the vehicle was sold to me the wrong address was put on all the paperwork the vehicle's current registration at the dealership was expired as well as the smog certificate to which they have hurriedly authorized Ford to perform another smog check to cover themselves which I do believe because of this I have not received my current tags or plates for my truck and I purchased it on April 14th​ read more

This dealership was slow for a reason, we found a vehicle that was reasonably priced, but the vehicle was filthy! Box of parts sitting in the back. Half bald tires and cracked windshield. The salesman was nice but the lady he worked with to make the deal was extremely rude! She was unclear and arrogant. They treated a $27,000 car like I was a peasant buying a vehicle. Made me wait hours while playing games with me over my pre-approved finances! Had a nearly perfect credit score yet still would not sell the car until trying to get me to use their finance department! The person doing the finances was also unprofessional! Tried to upsell me on a warranty even after saying he was in a contest! Than after signing the papers tried to sell me a warranty with zero% interest for the same warranty he wanted to tack onto my auto loan! The car we purchased had no floor mats, cracked window and scraps on front bumper. All I asked for was floor mats which they would not provide! The front 2 tires were slightly bald (40% tread) they would not budge on 2 near tires... they said they would have a person repair the windshield they would reach out to me. Well that never happened either. We had a choice and we did love the vehicle we purchased. Just didn't appreciate the terrible service they provided! Mind you this was on a holiday weekend and they had little service employees. I spent 3 hours detailing the vehicle since they would not! Dissatisfied with that dealership! Do better!!! read more

Purchased a vehicle from here. It was on the lot for 119 days, and of course when I tried haggling I was told they had appointments booked for the next day to sell it, so who knows if someone was actually coming, or if I fell for their sales man scheme. I was not a fan of the salesperson going back and forth between us and the "boss" it makes it very difficult to work things out when there was running back and forth the entire time. When I pointed out what I noticed what was wrong with the vehicle I was argued with. I had asked that night if there was a second key to the vehicle, and told no. On February 2nd ( 6 days after purchase) I received a message that they had in fact found a second key to my vehicle and would be mailing it to me. It is now February 20th and I still have not received the key, but in fact I have been ghosted by everyone I have tried reaching out too. The car also already has an appointment at a local dealership (I'm 3+ hours away so taking it back isn't an option as I work full time) to have many things fixed that I should not be having to deal with. If their 160 point inspection was actually true, the broken seat belt, broken gas cap door, tail light that fell out, window sill that prevents the drivers window from rolling up, and a few other things would not already be wrong with this vehicle. Thankfully I fell for it and purchased the extended warranty so I can get these things fixed. Giving them 2 stars cause I did talk to the manager and he told me when I can get my car in, they will cover a rental car for me. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I am not happy with the customer service I have received once I signed on the line. read more

This is for the Chevrolet service department. Stay far away from this place! Horrible. I went here twice. Both experiences were next level comically bad. The first time an uninsured motorist crashed into me in the parking lot. The second time they had my car for a month and a half. But never was I told it would take a month and a half. It was "Oh yea maybe today or tomorrow." Over and over again. For a month and a half. Then I got the car back and it STILL DOESN'T WORK. And they won't take it back or give me back a loaner car. They gave the car back without fixing it and refuse to do so. And the service advisor was so slimy the way he wouldn't give a straight answer. Run don't walk from this shady place. read more

We replaced our 2017 leased BOLT with a 2020 BOLT. Getting the new Bolt was very easy and efficiently done. Cory Phelps and the finance guy worked us through all the paperwork in one session, gave us a loaner car for overnight so they could get the exact model and color we wanted from their San Jose dealership. We picked up the new car the next morning, and it was ready and waiting for us. The best thing was that Cory keyed us into a special deal Costco was offering on Bolts, which saved us a lot of money. Ok so this is a review about my entire experience with this dealership for the past 7 months since I bought the truck.This is the 8th new vehicle I have purchased and by far the worst experience. So I was having a fuel issue with my 2015 gmc sierra that was paid off and no issues prior. Mechanic informed me that the motor I had was about to go so I stopped in here to see whats on the market. sales guy was ok but it was all a whirlwind, as buy a vehicle always seems to be. As soon as you say "Ill take it" then everything moves at the speed of light to get you out the door. When it came time to sign paperwork the finance guy (the highest paid position at any dealership for a reason) was like " OH and we are going to upgrade you to this extra warranty packages" me "What does that cover?" "anything you put on truck. tires, yes after market, rims as well if you damage those.....ect" So of course I was like sign me up". turns out non of this was true and it only covers damage to tires or rims. Well I already have that coverage on my vehicle through insurance. After going into the dealership and going over the whole "upgrade" I found it cost $3500 extra for what ended up being a few oil changes more than what came with the truck and the option to get replacement keys?? ridiculous. Service: first let me say I have owned several new vehicles in my day and none of my others have needed to go into service for more then oil changes. well I have been in about 8-10 times now and every time it is the same song and dance routine. " I dont see anything" "I dont hear anything" "well we have to get approval" ok so gas lighting is a specialty they dont advertise but clearly offer as a service. Of all the issues 1 was fixed. Im not going to this dealership for anything in the future. If I wouldnt loose $1000's in the trade in id do that in a heart beat. Vehicle's today are really expensive and are being made super cheap. this truck is held together with plastic connectors everywhere and the break just looking at them. We decided to wait a day to decide. They called us several times. We went in, did all the paperwork and sat through a tutorial of all the features. On the way home and the next day we couldn't get the navigation to work. Then, we couldn't get the car doors to open or the car to start to get to work. Turns out, what they showed us was a demonstration of what other models could do if we had bought the package. The doors wouldn't open because both keys had non working batteries in them. What kind of pre-certified inspection do they actually do?!?! We should have known then and stopped there, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt when they played dumb and said they had no idea. We then took the car back and traded in for another car. When we went to trade the car in, the new car had an electric issue with the door. They fixed it and delivered the second car. What we didn't know, until we received the notifications, was they ran our credit 9 times. They began calling asking us for our social security card, yes the card not the number. They also asked for passports. I had never been asked for anything like this when buying a car. They also charged us for a full year of registration when the car had an expired registration, so we were paying for a registration during the time we did not have the vehicle. Several weeks later, we are receiving bridge tolls on the first car that we no longer have in our possession. Plus the new car we ended up buying is now having more electric issues. The managers do not call us back, they have the sales folks call and offer a possible trade in for a different car. We came out on the losing end of this deal already. It is unfortunate that we had to deal with unprofessional sales people, they are the definition of "used car salesmen." We will not be doing business with them again. read more

Like with any auto purchase, it's my opinion that it's important for the buyer to do their homework in advance - research on the vehicle itself, how much you should pay, your financing options, what rate you are eligible for, etc... We were also very satisfied with the dealership in general and Erica Ojeda in customer support. We purchased a two year old vehicle and both Mike and Erica saw to it that minor scratches were taken care of and even picked up our gas after we had to drive out there a second time to have a hitch cover added. I took my 2007 Chevy Suburban for a diagnostic of any problems, no matter how large or small the problem was, I wanted it found. DAMIEN FERRARA was my 1st point of contact, he was professional, knowledgeable and courtesy, his quick understanding of me being a very picky customer save time. My fiance and I have had some major vehicle issues that have been causing us a lot of grief Wasted time and money. When we called into Team Superstores Chevrolet we were quickly transferred over to Sean (General Manager) Who responded quickly to our request. After a couple emails back and forth we met with Sean the following day at 10am. We were kindly greeted by Nate who was very accommodating and helpful with initial questions. We met with Sean first and he kindly listen to our issues and we proposed a solution. He was happy to get the situation resolved. He handed us off to Rocco who was full of knowledge and a straight shooter (which fits perfectly with my personality). He helped educate us on the different options to help us make our decision. At the end of the day we left beyond grateful with a completely different outlook toward Car dealership employees. I have always been a fan of the service department here. But when it was time to move on from my 2017 Camaro I got to see just how spectacular their sales department was. Austin and Dom are your guys if you are in the market for a car for a great deal! They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot but ran a search for it. They not only found the car within a day but also made sure it was delivered the next day. And made sure it had all the features I wanted and more. Plus they helped me seek out the best color which exceeded my expectations. On top of that gave me the best deal out of all the Chevrolet dealerships I had visited (which was a lot of them lol). I also appreciated how the different departments came around and congratulated me on my new car. I hate when dealerships are overly aggressive or pushy to make a sale. Or when they try to pull one over on you because you are a female or thought to have no car knowledge. But my experience was far from that at all. They were both super courteous, helpful, and treated me like a valued customer. And at the end of the day I ended up with a bad ass car for one hell of a deal. I just purchased a new 2022 Bolt EUV from Team Chevrolet. They made the process so easy. From my first email inquiry, they were quickly responsive. I mostly worked with DJ Simon. He was very helpful and patient and he answered all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured at all. Switching to an EV has a bit of a learning curve, and everyone here was very helpful. Bolts are hard to come by right now. There was only one on the lot, and someone was planning to buy it. They had me test drive it anyway, and they said if that buyer fell through, they'd let me know. I was quoted the "no brainer price" for a Camaro ZL1 1LE and later when the purchase contract was written that "no brainer price" was absent. In fact, the price had gone up $2000. The sales associate never even mentioned the change to price, nor was he inclined to even recognize the problem.
