My family has been doing business with Toyota of Lex Park for years, since it's been CMA customer service is consistently disappointing - the service work itself has been fine. Each visit involves poor communication, incorrect information, and a rude, unprofessional attitude--especially from one staff member who is repeatedly unwelcoming and dismissive. That kind of experience overshadows the quality of the actual work. At the end of the day, the front desk / administrative is the face of your business, and right now, it's driving customers away. Had to drop them down a star because the brand new car I bought failed after only 4,000 miles. The employees at the service department are excellent and professional, but that still doesn't alleviate the sting of spending $30,000 on a car that is defective. It's going to be at least two weeks before they have parts to fix it. How does a company sell new cars but not have enough parts in their logistics system to make repairs? The dealership set me up with a rental car so that was a plus, but I still lost half a day and I'm not driving the car that I paid for. read more

Unless you're the original owner of a Hyundai that don't ever buy car from them. There is a none issue with the Oil consumption in my 2015 Hyundai and the will wipe their hands of it. Had me believing the whole time they could help me. Spend thousands of dollars on replacing gasket etc that I HAD ALREADY REPLACED my self but they had to do it in order to have issue handled and covered, but they knew the whole time this would not ever be covered by Hyundai but had me go thru the repair anyway. Sad company won't back up know issues. Owned by a College Student just trying to make it. Would NEVER recommend Hyundai to anyway. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I didn't get out of there until 3:30pm ~ Just an oil change! I never used my complimentary oil change & there was no experation date, I usually took it to valvoline so I wanted to use my complimentary oil change. They would not honor it. A ladt that came in, at least, 30 mins after me & had a 2pm appointment for an oil change was done way before me. They don't treat all their customers the same, I observed it & was not happy at all. I will take my vehicle to jiffy lube or valvoline for now on. 2hrs is acceptable and not worth the drive or money. read more

I'm giving one because I have to give them that to review it. They have made me hate the car that I once loved so much. The General Manager here is rude, unhelpful and arrogant if and when you get a call back. If you must buy a Hyundai, go to Annapolis. I now am inconvenienced because, I don't trust the dealership 15 minutes away from me. I have 200K in Hyundais in my driveway and I will never purchase another Hyundai again as long as I live here. I had great service at this dealership up until the last year and a half. They have changed for the worst. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until they left me on the side of the road for hours and refused to acknowledge that they screwed up. To add insult to injury the General Manager returned my call after 5 days and wanted to argue with me about how I hung up on his Service Clerk. I didn't hang up on her but she did give me the incorrect email address for him when I asked. I was on the side of the road for hours and ended up being without my car for 13 days 2 days and $1200 after it was serviced at Team Hyundai. He actually told me it was a coincidence that it broke down then with only 53k miles on it, it was nothing they did. Annapolis said that one of my sensors was not connected after service. They reconnected it and the car has run fine since then. Hyundai care has never called back after they "escalated" my call. Don't pay extra for Hyundai Care so you can sit on the side of the road for hours, lose an entire day of work and then get a follow up phone call from a rude jerk five days later. read more

I can't give this place enough props. Every time I make an appointment for service, they are super nice and quick to get me in. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today. I dropped my car off for my TPMS warning light. Once they found out what the problem was they called and told me, and an hour later my car was fixed as promised. I picked my car up and they had even washed it for me. Super happy with their service. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys. read more

The service at the Lexington Park Hyundai is excellent and I can't commend them enough, but for one issue. The 2 times in the past month that I had service there despite the sign on the door advising customers how the wear a mask, at least one person at the counter was not wearing a mask according to protocol. I complained and it made little difference. I'm hoping that management will be able to insist on proper mask wearing. It is after all a state order and seeing as how St Marys County has seen a 1000 rise in Covid cases in the past week, it is more important than ever for management deal w the issue. I had been in the search for a Ford Flex for about 3 months. I am from Va so Southern Md was a bit far, but definitely worth my drive. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and with the staff. My sales guy " Fish " was the best. He wasn't pushy, didn't make fake promises, or make promises he couldn't keep. They all stayed late for me since I had to work all day. I honestly couldn't be more pleased w my purchase and w team Hyundai. In 4-5 years I will 100% go back to purchase my next ride that won't have to have three rows:) Until then I will recommend this dealer to everyone. I do not recommend team Hyundai because I was told that my credit would be checked as a soft inquiry to see what my options will be, and will not affect my credit. I left that day pleased because Jonathan was supposed to contact me when something in my budget came in. He contacted me 3 weeks later, with two vehicles that I was definitely interested in. I was going to go in last Saturday around 1-2pm. I decided to go on my credit karma account, when I saw that Hyundai ran my credit the first time I visited which deducted 6 points, and then again the day Jonathan contacted me without my consent! Yes, another 6 points. I contacted Jonathan several times and he did not respond to me. I guess I am no longer a valuable customer. I love the Hyundai policy, and I fell in love with one of the vehicles. I do not deserve to be ignored because Hyundai's sale agent decides to run my credit without my consent, which is illegal! My credit is excellent and I worked hard for it to be that way. It was a 790 and dropped to a 778! read more

I was able to negotiate and use government forms to ultimately pay around $22,000 for the same exact car. Love this place (A tip for others: If negotiate, you can easily shave 25% off of the cost of the car.) read more

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation on 06MAY17. Everything was seemingly great, like all my other service appointments here. However, I discovered a few days later that my tires had not been rotated despite having paid for the service. The damning evidence was that I got my front passenger tire repaired a few weeks prior, and the damaged tire was marked by the tire center. That tire remained in the same front passenger location after my service appointment. So unless Hyundai implements some three-tire rotation that I've never heard of, this was an egregious example of a lack of integrity, and it can even be considered theft from a litigation perspective. I contacted their Service Department that following Saturday to address the issue, and they assured me that the tires were rotated. After presenting them with my case, they said they would investigate and call me back on Monday. No contact was made, and almost two weeks later, I've yet to receive a phone call. Fellow service members and civil servants on base, watch your six if you bring your vehicle here and double check their work. read more
