Love the parts department here, great service in finding the proper parts for my truck. It's also…read morenice that they still have original parts for my '88 pickup. Pricing is decent, obvious dealer mark ups but they're tolerable. They take the time to verify what you need as well using print outs of exploded views. Would recommend.

They will pay for an uber or Lyft to take you within a certain range and pick you back up. It's great for remote workers to drop off before work and pickup at lunch etc. *They usually send out $20 oil change coupons The bad: *The coupons are to get you in the door and sell your car or buy a new one. Every time I have went they are texting me or giving me fliers about selling my car. I'm willing to put up with this for the $20 oil change. *The following happened to me today and I'm VERY irritated. I bought tires at Costco and they TOOK OFF my Costco sticker for when my tires need to be rotated and sent me home with a sheet noting an alignment should be done next visit and it is $189. So now I have to call Costco to ask when my car should be serviced by them because Toyota removed the sticker. Removing the sticker had me furious as soon as I noticed at the light pulling out. It reminded me of another situation. Prior to getting new tires at Costco my car had only been serviced at Toyota. My tires needed a tool to get them off. So Costco could not take them off, I called Toyota who informed me they wouldn't have used my tool as they use a universal one. I sure as heck wasn't in my replacement tire area removing any of the tools. So I had to order the tool to get the tire off, make another appointment at Costco. Just a giant waste of time and now my time is wasted again because they removed the sticker. It's sad, I think this was my last visit to Team Toyota Service..over a sticker.

Our salesman Micheal Williams took such great care of us.. he has knowledge of all the different types of cars on the lot and when you ask him a specific question because I already knew the answer to it he can tell and actually give you the right answer, meaning he knows his product. Micheal's customer service is superb and he is so personal with his customers. Your not just a sale or a file to him.. but and actual person that he sincerely cares about. He even surprised us with a phone call the next day to make sure eventually was ok with the vehicle. The guy is awesome.. Micheal made the whole car buying a breeze and he was quick with all the paperwork and legal blah blah....Mike if you ever see this I'm sending everyone I know your way... thank you for making this process a breeze and I'm loving my new truck

I was advised by Napleton Nissan to take it to a certified Kia dealership. I was then told by the Kia dealership that at the time of purchase, the incorrect battery style had been placed in the car per the manufacturer instructions and was told to practically figure it cause at the time of sale no codes were thrown. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the cars. My dad traded in his ford explorer. They gave him a fair price. While they were preparing paperwork, we got a tour. It's a beautiful new building. I actually like my Subaru. The car is decent, comfortable, and overall I've been happy with it…read more Unfortunately, apparently Subaru's definition of "aftermarket support" is "good luck, hope you don't need anything." My 2026 Subaru needed body work after a tree fell on it, and it has now been sitting in the shop for two months because there are no parts available. Two months. For a 2026 vehicle. I understand that accidents happen and that parts can get delayed. But when a nearly brand-new car spends two months sitting around because Subaru can't provide the parts needed to fix it, that's pretty hard to defend. To be fair, I don't blame Zeigler Subaru for the parts shortage. They can't manufacture parts that Subaru apparently forgot to manufacture. But the lack of parts availability is absolutely a Subaru problem. So, great car. Terrible parts support. If you're planning to own one, apparently the best accessory you can buy is a backup vehicle--just in case Subaru decides your replacement parts are currently on a spiritual journey. I like the car. I just wish Subaru would remember that eventually, people need to repair the cars they sell.
