This has been my favorite organic boba place! It has a lot of great option most especially with the milk options.

I've been to Teapresso twice and both times it was a bad experience. This time, I waited 30+ minutes for 2 drinks. Was the last person to get my drinks even though I was in front of most of the people in line. I had to ask them to remake my drinks because they were so watery and tasted like there was no cream in my milk tea. They also ran out of boba and didn't tell me until after I already paid!! Ridiculous! Horrible service! Will never be back here! read more

Came in around 2 today, got only one drink. Normally there is a little bit of a wait and its usually fine since i can see them making it from scratch but today i just watched my cup sitting on the counter for about 15-20 mins before i went up and asked the girl wearing glasses about it and was ignored luckily a sweet girl that had really cute makeup answered me and finished making my drink. I am not sure why, but this location always get the taste right. I normally go to the one in Waipahu because its a little closer to home. But its a hit or miss at that location. But every time I come this location, for some reason I feel like the drink I get tastes so much better and I dont change it. This space isnt as big as the one in Waipahu, but Id rather have a place get my drink right than the actual location itself. I know in Waipahu, they have a sign saying sometime along the lines of if we do not like the drink, they will redo it. Personally, I do not think there is any need for that especially for a basic drink like mine. I do not change the sugar level or anything. this place is amazing! the options here are incredible. there are so many tea choices and i love that they brew it fresh. they offer samples of the toppings you can choose from and you can smell the tea selection. i ended up getting a coconut milk tea with the roasted oolong and matcha crystal boba. sooooo good! my husband absolutely loved his haupia iced latte with coconut milk and large boba. as if the choices, quality, and flavors weren't enough, the customer service was phenomenal. the girl i spoke with (i believe her name is thuy but i can't remember unfortunately), was so friendly and informative. i had a million questions and she was awesome and patient! i hope to be back very soon! read more

Fricken love this place. The atmosphere is so soothing and they even have free popcorn (but you have to make it yourself). There's also board games for the entire family. My girlfriend's and I go there for a milk tea and to get away from our dreadful office. Like I said, the atmosphere is soothing and so very relaxing. So I went to Teapresso and the first time I went my friend took me who works there. Her name is Des and then I was like I should be tropical and get the lava flow so I got it. Then they had these metal straws and I was like oooooo I should get one so I got a thick metal boba straw. Then my drink was ready I was like that was fast fast. Des had made my first drink ever at Teapresso cause her co worker was like you gotta make your friends drinks. My first sip I was like mhmmmm these balls are warm!! I was very confused for a sec but then they started dissolving in my mouth and I was like this is fire. So if you ever go, make sure you ask for warm boba balls. First time here and we love it!! They greeted us and offered samples right away. They staff were so friendly. We asked questions about the different flavors and they were so helpful in making recommendations. The girl helping us said that if we didn't like the drink, she'd make us something different. I ended up getting a Passion Fruit Li Hing slush with Boba, my daughter got a honeydew slush with boba, hubby got a pina colada with boba, and they actually threw in a free honeydew smoothie with strawberry jelly!! i stop by sometimes after going surfing and i always love it! the teapresso milk tea is so good and the boba is perfect in my opinion. its soft but still has a pleasant chew to it. the inside is pretty small but still cute. only bad thing is that the parking lot is small, which might be bad if it gets busy. ive only been to the other waipahu location, but i think theyre both pretty consistent with each other! read more

this location; exquisite, ALWAYS gets my drink right every time and if i don't like it, they're always willing to make it again you can tell that they genuinely care for their customer's interests, for they always make it a point to recommend different tastes, and even warn you of requests that may alter the taste of the drink. Alright! On my visit to Hawaii, one of them things I wanted before returning home was bubble tea! Looked some up on yelp and the first one was closed! Beautiful location and views. It felt more like a carnival without rides. We waited in long lines to enjoy the activities. Food was okay- buffet style and some cold. Did not feel super authentic and it was a large luau- more like herding cattle. Entertainment was fun and enjoyable. Get there early! read more

We are boba tea lovers and my husband is very picky on his Strawberry bananas smoothie. We tried many places on this island but my husband was never really happy about his smoothie until today (It was our first time at this place today by the way). His strawberry bananas smoothie was perfect. It tasted "so fruity" he said unlike other places it always gave him "powdered" taste. My winter melon milk tea was awesome as well. Super nice, friendly staffs. They will make sure you like your drinks if not they won't let you leave the shop LOL just kidding ^_^ if you aren't happy with your drinks they will be happily to remake them. I love the milktea here and that it uses actual tea rather than powder. However, I was disappointed at the service of the staff. After I had dropped my milktea, they gladly made me another one but did not clean the spill. The spill was located in front of their entrance so I asked if they had a mop but they just gave me napkins and as soon as they saw the spill, none of the 6 workers behind the counter came around to clean it. I wiped their floor with napkins. While I know it's my fault for the spill as a business they should offer something to help. Also, had a group of people standing right outside their door with no masks on just talking for over 45 minutes as well which I don't agree with during this pandemic. I love the place and the tea and I even like getting to talk with the owner Steven when I see him, but the workers today and the situation didn't make this experience great at all. My new profound discovery and favorite boba location on the west side! The thai tea is actually made with tea and milk/cream instead of the cheap alternative a lot of places use where they just add flavored powder. I have never been disappointed with the boba here, their small and large boba alike- always soft and sweet. Will always make the drive just to come out here when on the west side. read more

This is my favorite place to get coffee and bubble tea in kapolei! Way better coffee then going to Starbucks.. the Haupia Vietnamese iced coffee no milk with brown sugar is prime!!! The plain iced death wish or Vietnamese black are all go to's if u are needing strong tasty coffee.. all their milk tea choices are boss I've had practically everything on the tea menu. The owners are great and they really treat their customers well they remember your name and if they have time to chat they will.
