This is hands down my favorite boba in town. I've tried brew and all the other popular places but it doesn't compare. The Thai tea here is the best I've had. They use organic cream, the boba is the perfect texture and the flavor is just so good. I'm addicted! Plus the interior is super cute and spacious you can sit down here with a friend. My husband was out and about so I sent him to get me a drink at Teaspoon. A few drinks peaked my interest but I ultimately ordered the creamy jasmine. My husband ended up getting something because the ube lover caught his attention. Well he ordered both drinks with less ice since he's still running a few errands before heading home. The barista probably added regular ice or even extra ice to his one drink. It was definitely more than my creamy jasmine.. but the one lover barely had any ube added compared to their advertisement and my creamy jasmine didn't look the same either. It barely tasted like any jasmine tea, more of a watered down milky taste. I won't be surprised this place is going to be taken over by something new in the very near future. Whenever I am nearby, there's barely any customers now. Most likely due to their quality of drinks going down. We were both pretty disappointed in how our drinks tasted and were made. read more

On October 30, 2025, at approximately 7:00pm, I purchased three drinks. For medical reasons, I requested a drink without ice. During previous visits, I have been able to purchase a drink with a surcharge of 75 cents. I completely respect the rationale, and happily accept the charge. Business is business. During this particular visit, however, I was informed by a female employee that it would be a $2 charge to request no ice. To my objection, I informed her that I have ordered drinks without ice before and was only charged 75 cents. She objected and begrudgingly agreed to reduce the charge by $1.25, but sternly warned me she would not allow it next time. After placing my order, she proceeded to talk bad about customers who also have objected to her added charges that surpass the 75 cent charge that customers have come to expect. She attempted to get her male coworker to agree with her, but he also informed her that it is something they do. To her disagreement, she objected and proceeded to continue talking bad about customers that didn't agree with her during different instances. She did not seem to care to keep her voice down considering that I was just one of those customers. Her male coworker told her he would check with another individual (I'm assuming another supervisor/lead), but she didn't seem to care. At this point, it seems like she's just making up prices as I overheard her talking about how a customer was upset she charged him $5. What's the truth? Is she just making up prices because she's personally offended that some people prefer no ice? It was completely unprofessional. I'm considering finding another location. I have no complaints about her male coworker. I have only had positive and professional interactions with him. Drinks are honestly great here, but I'm not sure interactions like this are worth the trouble. I'll drive 10 miles out if it means avoiding these types of interactions altogether. read more

This place is super cute and has the most friendly staff! It was a warm evening when we decided to stop in so my husband could get a Boba Thai Iced Tea, and see if they had any vegan options for myself. I wasn't quite sure what to expect since there weren't any other reviews that mentioned anything being vegan. The staff was very helpful and provided me with some options, and showed me the ingredients in a jam they use. They even offered a free sample of a new drink they were advertising, which was the Flamingo. This drink was juice based, made of passion fruit, with its tart and crunchy seeds, along with watermelon juice. It ended up being the perfect drink for me! It was very refreshing, and I liked that I could customize my sweetness, as I learned how much sugar they typically use. I may try other options next time as I learned they can also sub milk meant for baby cows with oatmilk. I wish they had more vegan treat options, as their desserts looked great, but were made with animals products. I know a vendor (Nutriente Pastry Studio) who makes vegan Macarons, if the owner is interested. Overall though, I really enjoyed the drink, experience and service. Second the service, the ladies there were friendly and got to the point, "how can I help you" and answered very minor questions, which was appreciated. Oh and it was very clean, which a lot of places are cute but when look behind the counter it's filthy with stuff on the floor, this place was cute all around including as stated clean. I tried Teaspoon for the first time when I was still living in the Bay Area at their Los Altos/Mountain View grand opening and thought it was so amazing, so I was more than stoked to find out they recently expanded to Vegas with a relatively new location in Summerlin. I've visited this location a couple of times now and the drinks tasted just like they did when I tried them the first time. I was a little wary because establishments sometimes don't maintain their quality and standards as they expand, but this wasn't the case at all. My favorite has always been and still is the Liquid Gold which is honey oolong tea with cream, but I'm a fan of the White Crystal, white grape infused oolong as well. I've never found their drinks to be too sweet which is generally usually a good thing. Their limited time menu is currently a Sparkling Series and I'm intrigued by the Aqua Berry Fizz, so I'm thinking I'll give that a shot next time. Specific to this location, the service is very warm and welcoming! The person taking our order was very friendly but also efficient at the same time, and drinks are always ready in less than 5 minutes. If you sign up for texts, they have promotions running periodically. On St.Patrick's Day they were offering 20% off your entire purchase when wearing green. I also saw a sign that said they have Happy Hour from 8-10pm Monday through Thursday for buy 3 get 1 free! :) read more

Teaspoon is okay. Quality of drinks is below to regular standard. Tea flavor is not very strong. If you want high quality tea, this is not it. Service, at least on this encounter, was below average. Price is also not the best. I ordered a caramel cream because I wasn't in the mood for tea so late in the evening. My husband ordered the black sugar assam. Assam should be strong with a rich and complex flavor. All you really taste here is the brown sugar boba and milk. No where could I detect the earthy sweet notes of good assam. My drink met what I wanted - a creamy drink for the night. Unless I intend to not sleep, I can't handle caffeine at night. Anyway unfortunately the cashier or establishment could not fulfill the request to substitute the boba for pudding without additional charge. Boba and pudding are equally priced as toppings. Either the cashier was unable to make this mental connection, was simply unwilling, or the establishment does not allow it. When asked, the cashier could not provide a reasoning and just recited that it could not be done twice over. I opted out of the boba and still got pudding. So you can do it, just for an additional price. Regardless this was an unpleasant experience. Finally to ask for no ice, the establishment charges an additional $0.75 per drink. I don't encounter many boba places that do this. Needless to say I have no intention of giving more business to Teaspoon. Below average drinks with unfriendly service is a no go for us. First time entering any Teaspoon location and I was excited. I only got introduced to Teaspoon at a catering event and I feel I love with the boba drinks. I had my drinks without boba because I almost choked and died from the stupid hard black boba ball from an evil Boba place that started this boba trend a few years ago and I swear never to step foot back at that place as I "quickly" ran from it and to never return. Anyway with that terrible traumatized memory aside, I was willing to check the storefront Teaspoon in person and it looks very nice and welcoming, with photos of drinks on tv projection and hand held laminated menu. Needed a boba fix while in the area and actually stumbled through this place from Tiktok! Tried it the first time on a Saturday night and came back Sunday night before leaving back to LA! Food / Boba: 10/10! The quality of their tea was chef's kiss! We both got less sweet the first night and the drinks were PERFECT! The next day we got the same adjustments, but the drink was too little sweet for me.. but the tea was so good so it was no problem! My friend and I stopped in after looking for a boba spot to check out. The inside is cute but very very small. Decorated very cute and modern. They had really nice tumblers and pins for sale. Women working were professional and quick. In total we ordered 6 drinks, and they were made correctly in under 5 minutes. I had gotten the Lychee on Lychee Tea, and it was alright. But their Thai Tea is amazing! I tried some of my sisters and it's a definite Must Try! I know they just opened, so definitely give them a go if you're in the area. There are a few seats if you want to enjoy your beverage in store. I love that it's situated in a plaza so if you want to grab a drink before you shop, this is the perfect place to do so at. This is one of the most underrated tea spots I've tried in a really long time. I love Brew tea, but there are times where I want something different. I like their seasonal and staple drinks like the Matcha drinks or the Black sesame drinks. Service has always been fast, but the few times I've been to the location it does get very busy, really fast. It's small and cozy with a few tables indoors.
