I personally prefer a bolder, smoother coffee with more chocolate or rich coffee notes, so this one just wasn't for me. We both got iced coffees. They are both pretty ice heavy my wife actually finished her coffee before me. Normally when we go to coffee places, it takes a while to finish. Nothing negative to say about the staff--they were awesome and very welcoming. My rating is really just based on the price compared to what I felt I got in terms of flavor. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.
