It is a joint restaurant with R&B Tea and Pho 5 spice. First off the teas: My favorite was the brown sugar boba milk tea! It was so well balanced. A treat for sure! My second favorite was the Hawaiian iced tea. This was so REFRESHING !! It was served with a fork so you can snack on the fruit after. Food: The pho was WOW!!! My favorite was the filet mignon. The broth was absolutely perfect and the beef was high quality. So comforting! We also tried the dim sum (shrimp and BBQ pork were my favorite!). We also really enjoyed the vanilla and pandan waffles. They were warm, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I look forward to coming back and trying some new things!

The cashier was nice but the rest of the team was blah, unorganized, and kinda rude. The large group behind me got their drinks before me and did I mention I just had a milk tea.., okay! As I was waiting, an older employee asked me to sit down because I was standing at the wall adjacent to the pick up window. lol, never I was traveling for 3 hrs at this point. I enjoyed standing. Anywho, my bbq buns came out and they tasted old. Like from the pork to the bun itself... sadly I waited for such a long time for elderly ancient buns. The pork tasted sour and the bun tasted like old bread. Sadly, by the time I tasted it I was long gone and I live too far to return them. I definitely will not be returning..... It's very casual and there's a little bit of decor hanging up. The seating is very limited so it's not good for large crowds. The service was great. The girl working the register answered our questions because it was our first time there. I opted for one of the watermelon special drinks. It was a Watermelon Lychee Tea and I added Lychee Jelly. You could actually taste the fresh watermelon blended in the tea. This would be perfect for the summer because the taste is super refreshing and it's not syrupy. I loved it! My kid got the Strawberry Berry Tea. Same thing, it had such a fresh taste with fresh blended strawberries. Both drinks were drinks I'd get again.
