8/15/26 Teaspoon Rancho Cucamonga CA... Came here with some friends today and I really loved this place on my 1st visit! Thanks Joel for the referral! This place was so clean! The owner Joan was so sweet! Joann, River, and Jenny showed great customer service! I really felt at home here! I ended up getting a matcha royale with strawberry and I added a scoop of Ube ice cream! I was able to ask for my own creation! This was so good! You gotta give this place a try!

stopped by Teaspoon in Rancho Cucamonga and decided to try one of their seasonal summer drinks with pineapple, mango, and hibiscus. It was so refreshing and had a great balance of fruity flavors without being overly sweet. My husband got the strawberry ice cream, and he really enjoyed it as well. The only downside was the customer service. I was helped by a lady with dyed red hair, and unfortunately she didn't make the experience very pleasant. It wasn't the warmest interaction, which took away from the visit she looked annoyed that I was asking questions about the drinks. The shop is tucked away in a community with a bunch of condos, so if you don't know it's there or aren't actively looking for it, it's really easy to miss. Despite the customer service, I'd definitely come back because the drinks were worth it. I'm already looking forward to trying their Double Matcha next time.

It was my first time visiting this Teaspoon location! I was very amazed with where it was located; it's the epicenter of the Homecoming apartments. I'm envious of the residents who can just walk and grab boba when they want it. We packed ourselves in spots that allotted 30 minutes for parking, and we walked towards the entrance. There are plenty of seating areas for you to do work. They also have board games for you to play with when you're with good company. Upon walking in, you're swayed by the smell of popcorn chicken and fries. There is a kiosk to order with on the right side or you can go up to the counter to order. Andrew was our lovely cashier today and he made ordering seamless alongside adjusting our drinks to the right preferred sugar levels. I had ordered the peachy twist and my fiancé ordered their milk drink. Upon the first sip, it was extremely sour. I shook my drink and tried my best to drink it, but the passion fruit seeds were too much. I tried my fiancé's milk tea, and that was way better. I was very shy and felt bothersome for going up to the counter to ask for a drink exchange... I hardly ever do it and try to stick to my choice. Yet, I truly couldn't handle the sourness. I went up to the counter and Betty kindly exchanged my drink for me. She was patient and kind, and did so with care. My encountered with their workers made this experience more enjoyable. I had already enjoyed my visit and the boba is chewy and consistent, but Betty and Andrew's service gave it top marks. I'd love to visit again and try their wings or their fries. Thank you again for being so kind!

Why not something refreshing like a iced jasmine green tea with 75% sugar so that it's not overly too sweet. Good stuff! They have snack items and ice cream. Loved this place! Stopped by with my boyfriend last week on a hot afternoon and the drinks were very refreshing. I was disappointed they no longer had Oolong tea, but the Golden Assam I had was delicious. They have various food and pastry options (like cookies and wings). The front seating area is nice and clean. They have random games like Jenga available to play. The customer service is awesome. They were very kind and let me try the Golden Assam before finishing the drink, in case I didn't like it. :,) Definitely recommend!

The boba was delicious, I got the coconut Thai with boba and I loved it, it had chunks of coconut in there too! Which was absolutely fantastic! The tiramisu coffee my husband got was not too bad but probably needed to be a bit more complex rather because it didn't really taste like anything but we still drank it. The best thing about this visit was the FRIES!!! OMG, they were phenomenal! Seriously, we go the hot Nashville seasoning and they were so good and flavorful. They got spice and heat though because my mouth was on fire, next time I'm asking for lite seasoning. Definitely we will be back!

So happy to have found this place. It's located in a mix home/apartment community and gives a neighborhood feel. The matcha latte and Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious. We also enjoyed the ube mochi cookies and s'mores cookie by Caked. I think the only downside would be parking. There are a few spots right in front of the store I came late Sunday afternoon so there was a spot. The young lady that helped me was nice. I will definitely be back.

I was a bit confused finding this location lol but that's because it's in this cute little townhouse neighborhood. There is available parking that's only for picking up some food/drinks which is nice because the area was pretty packed as far as parking goes. Inside is cutely decorated and plenty of seating if you want to go and get some work done inside or just hangout with friends. The service was good the girl helping me at the register was friendly. I ended up ordering the Matcha Royale which is probably my new favorite matcha! It was really good and super flavorful I got mine with Oat milk. 10/10 They also have new food items on the menu that I will have to taste next time because I will definitely be back!

Food + Drink 3.5/5 I ordered a Thai Tea Boba and a slice of Red Velvet Cake. The Thai Tea was pretty good -- I'd give it a 4 out of 5. I personally prefer drinks that aren't too sweet, so I appreciated that balance. It wasn't amazing, but definitely enjoyable. As for the Red Velvet Cake, it wasn't bad, but I was hoping for a bit more moisture. Overall, a decent treat! Customer Service 5/5 The customer service was friendly and attentive. Ambience 5/5 It was a cute little spot with outdoor seating, a bit hidden between apartment buildings. There was plenty of seating, which I appreciated, and it was clean. Wait Time 5/5 There was hardly any wait time. Cost 4/5 I thought the boba was reasonably priced for the quality. The red velvet cake slice was tasty, but I did feel it was a bit overpriced for the portion size and quality. Still, a nice treat if you're really craving something sweet!

The Thai tea was the right amount of sweetness and the black assam tea was a nice bitter balanced out by the sweet boba. The matcha royale didn't have the strongest matcha flavor and was overly sweet. Definitely a unique spot as it's in the middle of a new development neighborhood but overall not bad! read more

This establishment of Teaspoon (one of my favorite boba chains) seems somewhat new, so take things with a grain of salt with the chance that things get better. I'm just writing this review to give some feedback :)) Tea was nice and strong. Compares to other locations. Milk ratio was not bad. Not perfect (a little too much milk) but good enough. The boba itself needs a lot of work. Actually, the consistency was not bad, but the flavor was a let down. Each tapioca ball I chewed was probably flavorless. The texture is the hard part, so I feel like it won't take them long to get the sweetener down. Still would recommend this place regardless, but hoping the already decent quality only goes up! read more

Well, the customer service and drinks are not the same as when the store first opened. The lady today was not very friendly and she was rushing around even though the place was empty. My drinks were prefer online and they were not yet ready when I arrived almost 10 minutes late. She made my daughter's drink wrong, and when I walked from my apartment again to return it to have it remade a few minutes later, she was a little snarky. I don't think I'll go back. This is my second experience with drinks that at not up to par for $7, and I'm big on customer service and feeling appreciated as a customer. read more

Wow!!!! Teaspoon is located in such a nice area. Clean, safe neighborhood. Sergio was our boba barista and was THE best! He was able to fulfill our group's many requests and went above and beyond. Would definitely come back to teaspoon when we're in the area! 10/10 service, ambiance, and the drinks are so good!! I ordered the strawberry sangria. I LOVE TEASPOON! This is my favorite boba shop in Rancho Cucamonga! My first time trying Teaspoon I went in and they were doing karaoke! My boyfriend and I ended up singing a couple of songs and it was so much fun! The black sugar Asaam is the best! It's not too sweet which I love, you can taste more of the tea than the sugar which is perfect and refreshing. The owners and staff are so kind as well, I highly recommend stopping by one day, you won't regret it! read more

I got 2 drinks. Taro Lover and added the pudding topping. Also got a Dirty Ube. Both of the drinks were great. Service was nice. The cashier was very friendly. They have board games and stuff so you can hangout with friends and stay a while. Highly recommended would definitely come back! Thank you Anahit! My friend and I ordered their matcha latte + matcha strawberry and it was really good! We ended up studying for a good chunk of time there as well! They had decent amount of seating and some outlets. Parking was quite easy (we came on a weekday around 4 PM). It was packed, but most people grabbed drinks to-go. Plus, the service was great and friendly! I will be back to try the rest of their drinks. Side note, they also sell these bags of buffalo ranch chips that are so good as a snack. They also have baked goods like coffee cake. read more

Five star approval from a Taiwanese (born and raised) boba girlie! You can get any better than Teaspoon in Rancho Cucamonga. Their style is more tropical and Hawaiian. My go to is usually their fruit based drinks at 25-50% sugar. They are pet friendly and family friendly too! read more

They have a great selection of teas, fun flavors, and plenty of toppings to customize your drink just how you like it. This is a cute storefront, there are no seating area, so you just place your order and wait for your number to be called. The lollicup I'm used to have some snacks in addition to the drinks options. But this location seems to have just the drinks, so keep that in mind in case you're looking forward to a quick snack. The whipped coffee is delicious! it was the perfect amount of sweet and coffee, and it was a nice refreshing drinks during hot summer days. The brown sugar milk tea with boba was equally just as delicious. It was a little bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still a treat nonetheless. The lady that helped to take my order was very friendly and helpful. After placing my order, we were kinda standing around on the side just waiting for our number to be called. As we were waiting, there was rude customer that came up to pick up his drink and used all sorts of profanity to the lady that was helping me just minutes ago. There were just words that should not have been spoken to towards someone who's just trying to help. It was pretty awful. I hope she has better days working here and this is just a reminder to be mindful and be kind to others! Anyways, it's so great to have Lollicup at Ontario MIlls. We can now sip on boba and whipped coffee as we make our rounds at the mall.

Bad Ass Coffee is definitely a cool place to check out, but the coffee itself didn't exactly live…read moreup to the name for me. It was more like Okay-Ass Coffee for me. I ordered a cold brew with banana foam, and the cold foam was forgotten at first. When it was added afterward, it kind of threw off the whole drink. The final result tasted more like the dreaded coffee-flavored water than an actual cold brew, which is not ideal when coffee should be the main event. The staff is friendly, the menu is COMPLEX, and they have a lot of interesting drinks and other cool items for sale. It's worth stopping by once to check out but based on the drink I had, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back. However, one super cool thing is that when they make their ice cubes, they're made out of coffee so that when it melts, it melts down correctly. That's probably the only thing that's bad ass about this place.
