Banana bread tea latte
Meghan T.

I stopped by the TeBella flagship store on Davis Island after hearing about their unique November tea lattes. I was very indecisive about which tea to order since they had so many intriguing options. The staff were really kind and walked me through the different flavors and what to expect. I ended up getting the hot banana bread tea latte and it didn't disappoint. I recommend medium sweet if you want the banana flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet. It was flavorful, creamy, and a very unique drink overall. I will say, it does have a mildly artificial banana flavor, so wouldn't recommend if you don't like that taste. I'll definitely be stopping by TeBella to try one of their other teas!

This time, I got a seasonal special - gingerbread latte! I liked that it wasn't too sweet. So happy TeBella was able to redo their floors and reopen after the hurricanes fairly quickly, they're a huge staple on DI!

Okay I just want to speak on the lovely staff. They KNEW what they were talking about and engaged in conversation which was nice. I loved the suggestion they gave. Sitting outside the shop was peaceful as well

The staff was great and considering it was our first time they made us feel welcomed. They were patient and answered each question, even answered the questions we didn't know we needed answered lol. Great customer service is a must for me especially when I'm spending my hard owned coins. The ambiance of the exchange was great too and I love how they have the areas sectioned off. I will definitely be back for brunch.

Quaint shop, great service, and delicious drink options! Taking a break from coffee for a couple of weeks, and exploring the world of TEA! I was introduced to matcha at a coffee exposition (lol), and the barista here explained their matcha options. She recommended an iced ceremonial matcha- it was delicious and beautiful! We also got the London Fog and a salted caramel bonbon, both of which were delicious. The shop had tea packages that you could buy, with the tea, frothers, sweeteners, and directions. Only 20 minutes from the airport, lots of local restaurants around, and plenty of parking!!!

Absolutely incredible service! Em is one of a kind:) I came in for some holiday shopping and it was so incredibly busy, but that didn't slow down Em. She was working so hard to serve everyone. Taking orders, then running off to let the teas brew coming back to opening canisters of tea to let people smell them while also putting labels on teabags, and checking people out all while answering Questions about different brews! She's amazing at multitasking and keeping a smile on her face. Incredible if I could give 10 stars I would. PS - Thank you so much for all your help.

This quaint shop has many variety's of tea to offer! From the wall of endless loose leaf options, to the shop of accessories for your perfect cup at home, there is lots to choose from. Dairy free options, as well as gluten free options. They have sweets to pair with your cup of hot or iced flavors. The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly! My hot banana bread tea was delicious and I can't wait to try more flavors! Outdoor seating only. Very clean rest rooms!

TeBella is an absolute Davis Island staple! The staff is so friendly and always make me feel like a regular. Love giving them my business

One of my fav tea spots in Tampa and I've been coming here for years!! The employees are always sooooo friendly!! You can buy loose leaf teas for your house and even get drinks made in house. Half of my loose leaf tea collection is TeBella Teas. Might I suggest trying their Matcha drinks, London Fogs, OR whatever seasonal drink they're offering at the time.

This shop does remind me of Teavana when they used to be open. They have a few tables outside for seating. We were immediately greeted upon walking in. There are all sorts of tea ware, tea pots, tumblers, etc. Love the Matcha Matcha Man t-shirt but didn't see them for sale. Then I got distracted by the tea wall and varieties available. They have a whole wall of teas that you can choose from to purchase by the ounce. There is a 2oz minimum purchase and the price depends on the tea. I ordered the matcha lemonade and hubs got the sparkling lemon drop tea. Loved the matcha! It was so refreshing on the hot day! The Lemon drop was a bit too sparkling for my liking although after adding some Splenda it really brought out the lemon taste. We did end up getting the Georgia peach and blueberry royale tea in a 2oz package.

TeBella is such a great little spot - you can come in to grab a cup of tea to go, or shop around and take some items home for your pantry. They have such a wide variety of teas to choose from & their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they've started to offer goods from other local spots - like fresh chocolates & their selection of honeys. Definitely recommend!

TeBella has been my favorite tea shop since coming to the Tampa Bay Area. The location on David Island is the og, so I had to stop by for a drink and some loose leaf to take home. It's a small shop but absolutely lovely. They put a lot of thought into the display of their tea items and the wall of tea tins is a beautiful sight. I will not lie, when buying loose leaf tea, I love when the baristas take the tin top off and waft the aroma toward you! It's so satisfying! I got more peppermint bark tea leaves to take home and also asked what their favorite floral tea was and fruity black tea was. One of the baristas recommended a rose oolong tea that smelled amazing and a black currant black tea that I would not even considered before. I took home both and cannot wait to try! If you love tea, go to Tebella! They also have an online website that you can order tea from and have it shipped right to your door! Perfect!

Macaroon by Elevenses

Tea Bella on Davis Island ignited my passion for tea! This place has everything you could hope for! A large selection of teas, a cute gift shop, William Dean chocolates, and macaroons by Elevenses. They have local honey and jewelry and art by local artists as well. As far as teas go, my go to is mixing Mango Malange with lemonade. It's juicy and refreshing! My husband is more of an unsweet black tea guy and he goes for the Andes Mountain Mist. They're both so good, but everything else is too!

I honestly went back and forth on whether I needed to update this review, because there's a lot to love about this place. The quality of the food and coffee is consistently great, and the space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. That said, I still can't give it 5 stars due to service gaps. There isn't a designated person clearing or wiping tables, so when you're lucky enough to get one, you have to track down someone behind the counter ~ usually in the middle of cashiering or making drinks ~ to ask for it to be cleaned. Also, every single time food is brought out, utensils are never included. I truly like this place and it remains one of my regular spots for breakfast or brunch, and I'll continue coming back. I just hope the owners read these reviews and take this feedback to heart, because with small service improvements, this place could easily be a 5-star experience.

They do not have matcha. 3. They do not have food. These days coffee makes my body feel weirddddd so I was a bit staggered when I walked in and realized those 3 things since I was here with a bike group and I really needed some food. I considered having coffee anyway but without food and being on a 15+ mile bike ride, I wasn't trying to have a medical episode so I decided to try their chai tea latte. It was truly delicious!! It got me home and able to eat so thank god for that! Some of the rest of my party got the herbal tea and the way it was served was super cool. It had me intrigued. But if you like coffee, everyone said it was delicious. The fact that they have a latte on draft is pretty amazing as well. I loved the location because it's kind of ducked off in the corner which is why I had never been there before. But above all else, the amount of pups here were enough to make me return time and time again. I met the cutest greyhounds which are my fav so my soul was happy.
