We have found a new love. Our second visit to TeBella but this time in Tampa. We love the knowledge about their teas and their descriptions. Rachel was so kind and understanding in answering our questions and made suggestions. I ordered the Masala Chai, which is a little peppery but I love it. And I brought home a bag of the Charleston Chai for those special days in December. Andy hard to buy for because they buy anything they want, someone special will be getting their 'Advent Calendar Box' for Christmas. Slow down, change your habit for a better health choice hot drink. Go to 'TeBella'.

Always a good time at the tea bar. Great collection of tea. You can request to smell the tea before making an order. Service is quick and easy. It is definitely my go-to tea place!! Better than bobaa

I didn't know what to expect when coming into Oxford Exchange, and was happy to see this lovely tea bar. The girls working were super sweet and the Lavendar London Fog I ordered was delicious. They had a nice selection of creative drinks, making it hard to choose one. Most of their teas, with the exception of matcha, are loose leaf brews. This is the only way. I love to see tea being taken seriously. They share a nice open seating area with the cafe across the room, and I found a spot upstairs overlooking the floor. It was a great place to get some work done.

Sipping on the magic of the season with a holiday peppermint bark fog at TeBella inside Oxford Exchange. A refreshing blend of cool mint and festive joy, making every moment merry and bright. The baristas are always pleasant and skilled here, and my beverage is always delicious! And you truly can't beat the beautiful ambiance of the surrounding Oxford Exchange, especially when it's all decorated in holiday cheer.

You can find free parking (but watch for hours) right outside the door of TeBella and the Oxford Exchange area. Stroll in to take in the Candle making/fun alcohol bar on the right and book shop on the left, moving ahead is the coffee shop on the right and restrooms on the left then TeBella and a sitting area (which is limited) then another area that sells high end cards, book, candles, jewelry, pottery and a few things for children, etc. TeBella has some food but mostly incredible hot/cold drinks.i had a Matcha latte after being overwhelmed by the choices, my friend had the turmeric ginger tea over ice and my husband had the kukicha (a Japanese green tea made of the stems, stocks and twigs that are excluded from most other teas, very earthy and delicious) We ended up sitting against the wall in two big blue comfy chairs, my husband and I are rather small and shared a chair and our friend sat in the other chair. Music was fine to have a conversation and will come back to eat at Oxford Exchange (I would recommend having a reservation, we always do). Go, relax, enjoy!

One of my fav tea spots in Tampa. Staff is always super friendly and helpful in allowing you to smell as many teas as you please. I often grab a drink and a couple ounces of tea to take home every trip. Their iced long fog latte is absolutely delicious.

Let's start with service, our server was the sweetest girl I have ever met. She is so nice, and outgoing. She talked to us so much about Florida, tea, and Seattle. I even recommended my sister in law to go check out this place and she said the server was very sweet person. They have so many different tea and she recommended some of the tea for us. I got a lavender fog with no sugar in it. She was able to make it non sweet, and even suggested if I need any sugar she will make it for me again. The whole place is so cute and such a cute little tea shop.

I went to TeBella for my Elite event invitation. I was able to park outside Oxford exchange and got instructions from a lovely man at the bar. Unfortunately I was a day late for Yelp event! I'm sad! When I asked to sample the tea, they said it was $6 and change. I had only enough in my wallet for gas home. Cool restaurant, hope to return soon. Looks fun.Sorry I was unable to try this product.

I am a self proclaimed tea connoisseur and the tea here is phenomenal! They will brew it fresh for you or you can buy loose tea and take it home. I love the Lavender Earl Grey Tea or the Peppermint Bark Tea during the holidays. They also have an excellent green tea that tastes great served cold. I will definitely be back!

ORDERED - matcha honey lavender tea SEATING AREA seating is hard to come by at the oxford exchange (OE), but when you can find seating, its a nice place to grab a beverage with friends. PARKING there's a couple places to park along the perimeter of the building, but if all of those spots are filled, there is a designated lot down the street from the OE that you can park at. last time i checked, it was free, however i've never personally parked there myself. OVERALL i absolutely fell in love with tebella's MATCHA HONEY LAVENDER TEA. not sure if its a seasonal drink, but once i had a sip from my friend's i absolutely had to get my own. we had another friend try the same drink and she too had to get a drink of her own. the following weekend we all came back to OE and once again got the same drink because it was that delicious. i highly recommend trying this place out if you're ever in the OE. it's a nice place to meet up with friends or have a tea while you're waiting for your table at the OE. they have a great selection and it always smells divine when you walk by the stand.

I personally am not a tea person but my sister loves tea. So glad I tagged along. I did a lemonade tea mix. Can't go wrong there. The lady working the register was really helpful. I didn't know where to even begin. There are so many options to choose from. She made me feel like a tea expert when I was done. It's located right outside the restaurant. Beautiful lit with natural sunlight. Even if you're not into tea like me, it's worth giving it a try.

Love this place. Great selections of tea and the taste is just wonderful. They have this location in the OE and another on Davis Island. I got the strawberry mint jubilee. The flavor was soo good that you needed no sweetener. I first heard of this tea shop from a friend who got me a few flavors for Christmas. They came in these cute canisters abs the flavors on them are just wow. Any tea that you try there you can also purchase loose leaf to enjoy at home.

I'm a die hard coffee drinker, but this is seriously amazing. The product is exceptional and the way it is steeped must have a lot to do with the way it tastes. The buckets on the wall with the letter "R" are from their reserve collection. I'd recommend one of those for your first time visit. After a few visits here, the consistency is appreciated! The employees seem to take their time using some sort of single serve steeping device that works exceptionally well. It then dispenses the tea into small kettle or a cup with ice. Definitely the best tea shop I've ever entered.

Everything is given in to-go containers so it's easy to pack up and I had plenty to bring home. Nestled in historic downtown New Port Richey, the moment we stepped inside we were wrapped in the most delightful Victorian dream--ornate décor, elegant details, and a warm, cozy atmosphere that felt like stepping into another time. The food was nothing short of divine: delicate macarons, perfectly tender scones, dainty pastries, and heavenly éclairs that practically melted in our mouths. The tea--oh my goodness--the tea was absolutely sublime, soothing and fragrant and utterly perfect for lingering and savoring every sip. And the sandwiches! Light, fresh, and utterly delicious--crisp cucumber, juicy tomato, creamy avocado, and classic egg salad, all perfectly prepared and so satisfying without being heavy, just right for a proper afternoon tea. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was our hostess and waitress, Don. She was an absolute gem--so sweet, so personable, and genuinely joyful. She made us feel instantly welcome and had us giggling nonstop, turning a lovely tea into a truly magical memory. I cannot recommend the White Heron Tea Room enough to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience in historic downtown NPR. It's pure charm, pure joy, and pure delight from start to finish.

For our food, there were 3 different types of sandwiches (1 being cucumber of course!), an egg salad, 2 types of scones, and 3 different little desserts. We got through everything! This was a truly wonderful experience, especially as a memory to share with my MIL. Dawn was an absolute delight and had me cackling, which is the type of experience I love! The owner was also there and she was so sweet, when I told her where I live since I was from out of town, she was so quick to recommend a tea spot near me. I left with a bag of the tea I tried, which was a little less than $20 for a decent size bag. This is something I would absolutely bring my girlfriends to do if we lived here. Great experience!
