That's someone with experience making sure the job is done correctly and protecting both the customer and his business. Reading through some of the negative reviews, I noticed a pattern. Many complaints seem to come from people who either didn't read the fine print on promotions like Groupon or walked in without doing any research on what they actually wanted. If you're unsure, call the shop. I called Po multiple times before coming in, and he answered my questions every time. One thing I respect is that Po won't blindly do work just because a customer asks. If something doesn't make sense or could cause problems, he'll explain why. There's a deal till the end of the month for a free alignment if you purchase new shocks and struts from them with install. They use KYB struts and shocks, which is a highly reputable brand for those who are unfamiliar. For a daily driver, this is more than enough. I called Wednesday, was able to get scheduled in the following Monday, 5 days later. Dropped the car off at 8AM which took less than 5min. Got a call back around 2:15PM same day that my car was done. Picked it up, paid, and this process took less than 10min. The thing I love about C&T is how thorough they are, as mentioned earlier. They take the time to inspect the vehicle and note anything strange. This information is then passed onto the customer once they pick up their car. They even found a loose screw that was creating a small brake fluid leak in one of my calipers and they tightened and cleaned it up without my prior knowledge. Thank you so much! Even the slightest sounds the car makes, they will inspect and find the source without you having to ask. I came in the first time to request a quote and was impressed by the low price and their unhesitating willingness to explain the repair process. To be specific, my 2006 Ford Escape had a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir and a loose hand brake. I asked to bring in a generic replacement reservoir ordered from the internet and they happily obliged, noting that they only accept generic parts that don't affect driver safety. Good! Was quoted $80 to install the reservoir and $50 to adjust the hand brake, and that's exactly what they charged me when I brought the vehicle in 5 days later. Turns out they also inspected my brakes (all good) and rotated my tires at no charge. Bonus! The repairs were made in two hours and I'm very pleased with the results.
