I had a great service here by a personable and friendly employee, who had a good recommendation that sounded trustworthy. He immediately saw that I needed assistance when I came in and served me promptly. He showed me his monitor screen with different tire options of the kind that I wanted, and told me what kind he had on his vehicle. The company kept me updated via email with all steps in the service of my car after I dropped it off in the morning, and I was able to finish my appointment within the same day. I came back and picked it up after work, just before they closed for the day. I did not notice any problems with the tires after I had driven around on them several months, and I am glad that I got them replaced before the big snow this winter. The tires are very expensive, I paid about $1385 for all 4 new tires, but they are a good brand (Michelin) and should last for several years I think. I also signed up for the certificate which will cover them to do maintenance service on the tires, rotate them every couple thousand miles, and repair them if they accidentally get damaged. I will definitely be returning here for future tire service and new purchases, if I am still in the area when that time comes.

As it turns out, they were not the right tires for our car and we felt unsafe driving the remaining trip with them. Through the Liberty, MO store, we found out the Overland Park store carried the tires we needed so we backtracked to the Overland Park store and they were able to get us in immediately. I feel terrible I cannot remember the gentleman's name who assisted us, but the name on our receipt says Bryant. He was very nice, efficient and so professional! Bryant was able to change out the two tires the Topeka store replaced yesterday with the two tires that matched our front tires.
