Incoming call informing me screen was ready, proof that they did indeed do business with me despite them denying it on Google Maps

Note: Since they're claiming my review on Google Maps is fake, I added a screenshot of the INCOMING call I received from them when they told me they got the screen and to come over for them to replace it. I don't understand how this place is still in business. I had a green vertical line on my Google Pixel 8 that was intermittently showing up. Called them to ask for a quote and they said they can replace it for $249. I did ask on the phone if they were going to replace it with an OEM part and they said yes. When I went, the person took the phone, said come back in a couple hours, and when I did, before picking the phone up I asked again if they replaced it with an OEM part and he said yes again. When I picked the phone, I noticed at first it wasn't recognizing my fingerprint, and then I noticed the selfie camera was very obviously misaligned and pictures taken with it had a black blur because of that. When I tried to enter my password there were phantom and double taps without me even touching the screen, and the screen itself was nowhere as bright as my original screen even in direct sunlight and maximum brightness setting. The same person who literally less than five minutes prior told me they used an OEM part was telling me he wasn't sure if it was OEM! Then, he showed me the box of the screen they used and it clearly stated Aftermarket No Fingerprint Sensor (attached a photo of the box with this review, he did try to hide it from me too but I took it)! Now, instead of a screen with a minor intermittent cosmetic issue I ended up with a broken selfie camera and no fingerprint sensor. He just nonchalantly stated "Take it to someone else"! To add insult to injury, when I took it to an actual Google authorized place, they told me the green line issue was a known one and covered under Google extended warranty but they won't be able to use that due to the botched repair, but that the actual repair cost with OEM parts and labor was pretty much the same as this place (if I become a member), except with legit components this time! I ended up paying out of pocket and I'm writing this review now on the repaired screen to warn others from ever doing business with this company.

I brought my newest generation iPad for a broken screen repair. They fixed it the first time in a timely manner but there was a defect. The screen was possibly the wrong size or something because the iPad typed by itself constantly. I couldn't even enter the unlock code because it would type on its own. I brought it back a short time later and after they verified that I had it repaired there originally, they fixed it again for me complimentary and this time it worked perfectly. This place is hands down awesome! Their customer service is great because they truly strive to accommodate customer's needs. Don't be afraid by the prices at the beginning. You can ask them about prices and they WILL customize the price base on your phone's condition. I found this place on yelp and like most people I gave them a call to get quotes for my broken iphone screen and samsung galaxy s4. They did a good job! read more

This place is awesome. I went there because of an issue with my charging port on my pixel phone. I called ahead and let them know the issue and they asked me to come over. Ray was the technician who helped me. I was traveling the next day and my phone wouldn't charge, so I asked him if any quick fix is possible. Ray took a look at my phone, asked me if i can wait for 5 minutes. He went in, worked some magic, and voila, the port starts working again. And he didn't ask me for any money. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They are such honest people. And Ray is amazing. Thank you so much for saving my vacation and getting it fixed so quickly. I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced here, and it was very quick and very easy. I came during a Campbell farmer's market, so I just dropped my phone off, shopped around for maybe 30 minutes, and came back to a brand new looking phone. Total cost came out to $80 I believe, which is cheaper than what some other places are asking for, so it was a win-win all around. read more

I would highly recommend TechCare for data recovery. I got quotes from several other companies, and they were much higher than TechCare's quote. According to TechCare, my hard drive had a very rare, difficult-to-fix malfunction. Because of this, it took several weeks for data recovery. However, they were able to retrieve EVERYTHING from my hard drive. Despite it being more intensive than originally anticipated, they did not increase the price and stuck with the initial quote. I had my old iPad that I couldn't get to turn on repaired here. The owner was very friendly, professional, and helpful. There was no assessment fee he told me what to expect to pay before hand depending on what the problem would end up being. They repaired my iPad very quickly and was very affordable. My new hero! Was on the wait list for my new battery to come in from Apple after they diagnosed my iPhone battery as "critical". Apple quoted 3 to 5 weeks before the replacement battery even got to the store before the store would call me to set up the appointment, and told me to plan on leaving my phone for several hours. Battery wouldn't even trickle charge last night. Went to these guys right after 10 A.M., they ran diagnostics first, then replaced the battery, made sure it worked - all in about an hour. Was about $30 more than what Apple was going to replace the battery for. But with the quick availability etc., worth every penny. read more

Wonderful quick service. Broken shattered ipad 3 looking like new in less than 30 mins. Campbell is also a great town to walk around while your iPad is getting fixed. I am from Jersey and brought an broken ipad to Cali because I found out the market price for fixing one is a good 20 dollars cheaper here than where live. I wanted to get it fixed during my break but we were so busy and only had time to get it fixed on our last night in San Jose. We called around around 5pm the night before the we were leaving back to the city. He said the usual wait is about an hour but he would be able to fix it in 30 mins before closing. So far it looks good as new and we are very happy. Thank you for your service. Also don't forget to mention the free screen protector with a yelp check in! read more

Reza was very friendly, gave us a more than fair price (especially since data recovery from a hard drive can be extremely pricey depending on the problem), and was flexible in being available according to our schedule to pick up hard drive. I highly recommend TechCare! Reza does good work, and I was happy to get this work done at some place local rather than mailing my hard drive into one of the bigger companies that probably would have been much more expensive as well. Having http://roleplay.qqt.ir/irked in cell phones, I've seen a lot but never a screen as completely shattered and leaking fluid like mine...it was ran over by a seven ton truck. I thought it was over...15 minutes later he handed me a brand new phone with tempers glass for free, something that costs up to 4o dollars. There are good repair guys, and there's people who set the bar for the best. That's reza....I will never take my phone or recommend another store again. Walking in Downtown Campbell on Sunday for farmers market, accidentally found this nice location in the heart of Downtown , wanted to check their service for my cracked iphone 5 . the guy was there accept me so friendly and told me it takes 20 minutes to fix it . I contacted Ray in an emergency when my laptop failed after 14 years of use. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed cooling fan. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a replacement fan due to the laptop's age. Ray then came up with a brilliant solution: procure a nearly identical used laptop and transfer the data over. He located one on eBay, and within a day had the replacement laptop running with my old hard drive--applications and data fully intact. It was a pleasure working with Ray. Took my old HP PC desktop to Ray in TechCare as it stopped working. He fixed it up and it is working like new. Parking behind store was super easy in busy downtown Campbell. FAST! EASY! Great customer service, and the rate was cheaper than some Groupon's I found. I left feeling like I could see life a little clearer...at least through my phone, which was SO smashed up I was worried about it's fixability. No problems, though.
