This Techna Glass can kiss my glass. I am pissed. They did a crappy job on our truck and had a crappy attitude to boot. Shame on them and not caring about their customers. People trust businesses like this to do right by them and keep families safe...shame on them for their lack of attention to detail and crappy glue they use to hide their cost cutting ways. I was behind one of those big rock trucks (a necessary evil of living in Las Vegas) on the 15 and out of nowhere, wham!, there flew a giant pebble right into the windshield of my car. A big pit just sat there for a week or so, then the dreaded giant crack began to appear. After living with it for 6 months, the crack was across the whole windshield so I figured it was time to get the glass replaced. Luckily, Techna Glass had a Groupon deal so I snatched it up to save some dough. I was nervous about heading to the shop by myself (you know the reputation car places have to ripping off female customers), but off I went. The technicians were friendly, welcoming and reasonably fast. I have an import car so it took them about 90 minutes to get the glass in place. They didn't try to upsell me or give me some song and dance about the Groupon (as lots of places would do). I went around 6 pm at night. The shop was completely empty except for me. They have a comfortable, clean and safe waiting area so major points for that. My new windshield looks awesome and is crystal clear. I am very happy with my experience. read more

All I can saw is "Wow" I filled out the online request for a new windshield over two weeks before the day that I requested. I received the confirmation with a time frame from 8-1pm on Sat. September 28th 2019. I was super excited canceled all plans and waited for Techna Glass to show. By 12pm I started to get worried so I called the number no answer. It was now 1:10pm and no one showed up. I called and someone answered telling me that I was not scheduled and there was nothing he could do. Really???? That's what you say to a customer. I made the appointment and they said it would take about a hour and 15 minutes. Well in less than a hour it was done and done perfectly. Lifetime warranty repair included if I get a chip or small crack. If a totally new windshield is required it's only $75. These guys were much better than safelite in my opininon. Great experience. Answered all questions I had, starting with talking to the HQ team. Light years ahead of Safe-lite with answering my questions about my 2016 Chevy with Advanced Lane Change and Collision technology sensors. Safe-Lite could not answer questions, stated they perform the recalibration (talking to the HQ folks). I stopped by the local store and they said "no, you will need to take care to dealer." Did not get a good feeling due to the inconsistency of information. Technaglass spent time with me and described the process and how calibration may be needed, but also the reasons it may or may not be needed. Bottom line, they know their craft. Car was scheduled for next day service. Was in and out in about 75 minutes. Gave me specific 24/48 hour care instructions for the glass. All technology sensors are working fine!! Best experience for a windshield replacement I have seen. John (manager at store) and Craig (rep at HQ) know their trade. Totally respect that and want to thank them!! Other: waiting area large, clean, comfortable (cool on very hot day). Complimentry coffee and bottled water. Seperate men/women restrooms - clean. Scheduled mobile windshield replacement service (rock chip gone horribly bad due to Vegas summer heat) for a Monday, but the installer never arrived. Upon calling customer service, the scheduler found the error, re-scheduled later in the week, and waived the mobile installation fee. Installation was convenient and was finished in less than an hour. The rain sensor gasket the installer used around the looks generic and doesn't quite fit correctly, but I'm sure it is still functional. Two days later, we suffered a rock chip (DOH!) and the free windshield repair was quick and painless, bringing the review from 3 to 4 stars. read more

Looked up on-line, found where they quoted 19.95 to fix 1 chip or 39.95 for a Lifetime membership, When I got there , I was quoted 29.95 plus 15 for the extra chip and 49.95 for membership. Told them that was not what was online and they said they didn't care. That's false advertising as far as I'm concerned. Had the chips fixed anyway and after the fix , I asked about the spot on the windshield I was told that's a blemish, no it's where you repaired the rock chip. So, my go-to shop was very busy that day and had no room to fit me into the next few hours, so I made a quick trip to Techna Glass. They said they would match the price I'm used to ($50.00 less). I scheduled a passenger window replacement and tint for my front two doors. The service and overall friendliness from the staff was okay, pretty basic but not what I'm used to. The young man I spoke to was very nice. However, I felt a smidge uncomfortable leaving my car, since I had somewhere to be. I'm sure anyone would. I'd grown overly comfortable at the mom and pop place I usually get my tint done. So I disregarded the feeling. I come back and see that my car is in great condition, same as I left it. Looking good, with a darker shade on the front. I get out into the sun and see all the little water droplets and pockets of air in the tint. No big deal, I've been told that those evaporate. I look at the bigger picture and see an enormous amount of contamination in the dead center. Just everywhere. And somehow my window regulator in the passenger side no longer worked, though the window itself did come out satisfactory. I didn't bother saying anything or trying to fix the problem. A friend told me they would fill my day with endless issues. I just waited for my regulars at United Auto Glass to fit me in. Recently, my mom had a large crack in her windshield. While on vacation, in California, my dad got the whole thing replaced. On his drive home, someone changed lanes, and kicked up a rock that chipped the new window. It's been a little over a year since Techna Glass replaced my back window's tint and I'm still very pleased with the result. My used '07 Hyundai Elantra had a HORRIBLE tint job when I bought it. Techna Glass was referred to me by a friend and I was able to set up an appointment that same day. They quoted me a fair price and I was even able to save $25 by using the coupon on their website. Easy as cake! The only complaint is that when I showed up to the appointment I made over the phone, they were super confused because my name wasn't on the books. Not for that day, not for the day before, not even for any day in the future... It was bizarre. Thankfully, they were able to squeeze me in. I live in Southern California and was visiting my son in Henderson. He had a cracked windshield and didn't have money to fix it. His girlfriend called a few places and Techna Glass gave her the best estimate. The only problem was that they were getting ready to close, and they couldn't fix it that day. I had to get back to California that night, so I was able to work out a deal to give them my credit card info and they would charge my card when my son brought the car in the following Monday. I want to give a shout out to two employees who were extremely helpful to get this done, Braxton and Ariana. It might not sound like a big deal, but trust me, most businesses wouldn't work with you on this type of deal. They want you to be there when they charge your card. Braxton convinced his superior to allow it. I spoke to Braxton on the phone, so I am not sure where he was located as Techna Glass has more than one store. He told me if I could get to the store on Sunset before closing, they could probably make it work. I wanted to get this done because I didn't want my son or his girlfriend to get a ticket for a broken windshield, or worse yet, have the window completely give out while they were driving on the freeway. I headed over to the Sunset store where I met Ariana, who was not only courteous, but very sharp as well. I told her to give Braxton a call, and they worked out the details. I gave them my CC info, and my son's girlfriend made an appointment for Monday after the weekend. The window was fixed and everything worked out well. I love happy endings. Bottom line: if you have to replace or fix your auto glass, Techna Glass is the place to go in Vegas. They offer great customer service and do great work for a great price. TERRIBLE!!!! My sister and I went to this location to get our windows tinted and it seemed all was fine they were nice and customer service was not bad. They finished quicker than they told us it would take but nowI see that it was not for a good reason. Exactly 7 days after we got our windows tinted they still had bubbles and ripples on both vehicles as well as the tint rolling down. We called the shop back and asked if they could fix it at the Craig location because we stay less than a mile away from the Craig location, but they do not want to accommodate and the gut on the phone did not even seem to care about the problem. They were timely in starting the work, the estimates were very good, prices is unbeatable. I had my Windshield replaced and the car Tinted at the same time. I am still in the waiting and curing period, cant roll down my windows or slam the door shut, but the work looks good, no bubbles etc.. Their work is guaranteed if needed.. the windshield has a lifetime chip repair policy..! My only complaint is the windows and side mirrors are covered in soapy film that was not cleaned off from the tinting.. and they told me to remove the Orange tape holding the windshield down wile curing...I would have liked it if they had told me to bring it back to finish the cleanup...
