"Get Hit by a Rock?! Call Brock!" -- And I'm Glad I Did!…read more A bird of prey dropped a rock on my Mercedes and cracked the windshield! Yes, really--a bird of prey. If ever there were a perfect occasion for the slogan "Get hit by a rock?! Call Brock!", this was it. My insurance company initially refused to authorize OEM Mercedes glass and instead insisted on aftermarket Chinese glass. Their designated glass affiliate would not install OEM glass under my insurance plan. Brock advocated for me and made it happen. From the beginning, Brock's knowledge, confidence, and understanding of the insurance process were extremely reassuring. He knew how to navigate the situation, communicate with the insurance company, and ultimately obtain the OEM glass that I wanted for my Mercedes. Once everything was arranged, Brock sent two clean, qualified, knowledgeable, and professional technicians to my home. They arrived promptly as scheduled and handled the installation with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was the service throughout the entire experience. Brock didn't simply arrange a windshield replacement--he listened to my concerns, understood why OEM glass mattered to me, advocated on my behalf, and followed through. Brock's impeccable service makes Preferred Chip Repair a company to remember--for all the right reasons. If you get hit by a rock--whether it comes from the road or apparently falls from the sky--call Brock!

They came directly to our home, worked with our insurance company to handle the claim, and took care of everything from start to finish. We have a special-edition BMW X7, and I really appreciated that they made sure to source the exact original glass rather than using an aftermarket replacement. The installation was flawless, they were finished in under two hours, and the entire experience was effortless. Professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Couldn't find their store! Don't pick up the phone!…read moreDon't answer message Even I was waiting at the given address Wich turned out being a residential community! I would of expect some communication, recommendation. Needed to find an urgent solution for my issue

Some douchebag smashed my rear window while I was in the store grocery shopping for 20-25 minutes…read more Came out to see my trusty old Honda with the back window smashed in, glass shards everywhere and if it weren't for the film from safety glass or the window tinting, the jagged mess might be worst than trying to clean up minced fiberglass. Anyway, called Metro and was told as nicely as possible that this type of property damage crimes, where no victims were hurt, is just way too NOT important to trouble the hard working Metro officers that (I PRESUME) prefers to earn the department money by issuing traffic citations or shooting the random homeless mental patient or having free buffet at all of the many casinos in the greater Las Vegas community. So while debating if I should transition into a potentially very lucrative criminal career, where I avoid inflicting anyone with physical trauma (which seems to be the criteria of what might forced the laziest of Metro police officers to get involved and actually work) and do my underworld business of unauthorized ATM withdraws (Metro ain't got time for that! They told me that, after verifying that I was not assulted or otherwise physically hurt in the process); paying for one movie and staying to watch another; I am just not gonna tip that nice minimum wage earning waiter for bringing out my food, because I used a Groupon and he thought it is okay to automatically add 18% for smiling; work my way up the ladder at a government agency, then secretly misappropriate millions into my numbered accounts in preferred tax havens like... the Cayman Islands, Switzerland? Come on, anyone that watches movies know all about those nice banks with the nice lobbies and well dressed bankers. So does Uncle Sam's tax agents. Botswana, Singapore, Isle of Man, South Africa, South Korea, Brunei, Russia, these are way more under the radar my tax dodging friends. But I digress. I have a problem. My car window was violated and laid shattered on my backseat. Easy target for even the most unmotivated opportunistic criminals lurking potentially in the deepest recesses of all of us. How much is it going to cost? Is it even worth using insurance I pay like clockwork, but luckily never have to use very often. After typing in a search on the Internet and filling out an online form requesting a quote, I got a text fairly quickly and a call from someone with a reasonable damage assessment for my wallet. An appointment was made for the next day and I texted the required information for the installer (Jose and his son from Star Auto Glass) to get to the location of my vehicle. Jose and his son actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was great. They verified that the replacement window fits my car, and got to work cleaning up the mess from the break in and also the shattered shards of glass inside the door panel (pretty sure rattling noises from bits of glass while I drive would annoy the heck out of me). Within the hour, the job was complete and the work verified. I paid the quoted cash discounted price and with a friendly handshake concluded the satisfactory business transaction resulted from a very nasty surprise. Since this type of unpleasantness happens a lot here in Las Vegas. If you need this type of repair work done on your car, definitely get a quote from them. Oh by the way, images of James Bond's car exploding and killing the bad guy that smashed his parked Aston Martin (or whatever luxury car manufacturer that happened to sponsored the movie I am thinking of) popped into my head. Yeah, be great if that happened. Take that you swine, and may your pork belly eternally burn in hell. 5 stars!!! Auto glass repair experience.
