ok. i called 4 or 5 places and got quotes all over the board to replace my front windshield. I initially got the best quote from United auto glass. I then called Techna Glass.. they were slightly higher.. but i told them i was shopping around and they offered to match my best offer by 10 dollars less. SOLD. I took it down there, they salvaged all the tags i needed from my old windshield, the shop was clean and pleasant to wait in. I highly recommend these guys. they offer all sorts of guarantees for 4 months to a year. and ps..safelight wanted to change me 100 bucks more. read more

Seriously, I had a crack going almost totally across my windshield. I put up with it for at least a couple of years. I finally got fed up and read the good reviews about this company. I'm not getting paid or anything, but, I was extremely pleased with the fast and professional work and customer service received. called them for wind shield replacement. Had my wind shield replaced and it leaked water through the seal and shorted out electronics in dash. They replaced the seal the next day at there north vegas location, they damaged molding on drivers side of car. Josh at head quarters spoke to local guy, local guy said they would call me to get it fixed. Its been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me ... Stay away from them, spend the extra money to get it done right the first time..... read more

This is the second time I've come in to get rock chips in my windshield repaired and both times they were fast and courteous. Fortunately the second time I had my insurance cover the cost but the first repair seemed reasonably cheap. Guy at the front desk managed the insurance part of the transaction quick and painlessly too. read more

I have had all 3 of my cars windows tinted here as well as replaced all 3 of my cars windshields in the last 2 years. They have the best warranty and can't beat the pricing. Everyone is super friendly especially Ron, and they are prompt, and always do a great job. Although I don't love having to replace my windshields, I am very happy that I have a place that I trust to do so. I got a rock chip on a trip to visit and within a couple of days it was quite a crack. I was leaving to go back home the very next day but was able to drop by at 8am that morning. They did not have the windshield but the manager went 30 mins one way to go pick it up and they went and came back and had me out the door by 10 AM. This is above and beyond service and you should not expect it all the time, but they were amazing. I doubt I will ever use them again as I do not live there but if you need glass repair, they are the guys for you. Also, from what I saw, they had great prices for tinting. read more

Don't even waste your time. I had an appointment to get a window fixed and a tint. They said they had the window in stock, I get all the way there and the guy takes my window out and then says "sorry it looks like the part isn't in stock." They end up finishing the day after, I get home and there's all these stains on my seats. I'm very disappointed!! My car is brand new... read more

Very happy with the work done to my Armada. I got limo tint and it took 3 hours. The quote that I got from the internet was totally different than what they charged me at the shop, about $100 more. ***BAIT AND SWITCH!!*** They did this to someone else 11 days ago according to her review!**** I Made an appointment on 6/6/2016 for them to come replace the windshield on my car. Spoke with a gentleman and gave him the vin number to my car to make sure the right windshield was ordered. Well they showed up today 6/8/16 to replace it and they ordered the wrong windshield. Totally waisted my morning waiting for them. We called up to reschedule and express how unhappy we were with the mistake. The gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic. After he researched and saw the wrong windshield was ordered he informed me it will be $100 MORE then I was originally quoted. And that was after he found out we were paying out of pocket and not going through insurance. I asked him if there was anything they can do for this inconvenience. He checked with his manager and I was told if we bring it into the shop they would waive the $20 at home install charge..... LOL that's a joke. That's not saving anything. Tried to give a local company business and they pull a bait and switch. Unreal. I went with SafeLite and ended up saving money. read more

I scheduled my appointment online and got a confirmation call an hour later on a Sunday.This is after I go a quote of 430 from Safe Lite at their store with another 29.95 tacked on if I wanted them to come to my house .Techna Glass charged me 260.00 out the door!The windshield for my 2014 Nissan truck appeared to be higher quality than the original.The manager pictured in their ad ad did the install and I could tell it was done right !He finished in an hour though he said originally 90 minutes.Id like to ad the receptionist was professional and courteous.I wish every business was run this well!! read more

Called on Friday, First guy on phone was spaced out and seemed under the influence. Not that big of a deal to me, but slightly annoying nonetheless. price was ok and got an appointment for the next morning, a Saturday. Was called later that night, told that the glass was "broken in shipping" and that it had to be rescheduled to Monday. I think they were lying, but benefit of the doubt was given. Don't hear from them on Monday and call back myself. Was told that the technician was there and tried to call me because he had the wrong glass after measuring it up to the truck in person. He may have been there, but i had no missed call and he did not come during the time frame listed because i was there the whole time. The last employee seemed more professional, we spoke briefly. I told them to just lose my info after all fucking me off 2 times is enough. Fool me once... i would recommend going with a different company, even if it costs more. Technaglass seems irresponsible and lazy at best, shady and scammy at worst. Buyer beware. Update: safelites price was actually $5 cheaper. Safelite is a much more well run business and i had a better experience with safelite. Just use safelite. read more

Quoted $200 for Repair while on Phone. Received no Confirmation Email. Quoted $400 at Shop. I called for a quote on my 2003 Nisan Pathfinder, needed the rear glass on the driver's side. I spoke with "Johnny" in Utah. I was quoted $200 for the repair. Techna Glass told me they would email me the confirmation. Then I was was asked for my home address where they would also send the confirmation. This did not make sense because my appointment was in a couple of hours. I never received the email confirmation. I sent them an email but received no reply. My phone had died so I could not call them. When I went down for my appointment I was told the wrong glass was ordered and the new repair cost was over $400. The sign on the wall said something like, "If we don't keep our promise, we will give you $10". I asked the manager. "Are you going to keep your promise?". The manager said. "I can't we will lose too much money". If they don't keep their promise they will simply give you $10 instead of doing what they originally communicated. The manager was also apparently disgusted with Johnny, the person who gave me the original quote. It seems like this was not the first time this had happened with Johnny. While I was in the office I spoke with Johnny over the phone. He did let me know that there was a misunderstanding and everything was recorded on a tape. I asked him if I could listen to the tape. He said no. I told Johnny if he would not let me listen to the tape, I would simply report the incident to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I was headed back to LA and my back windshield got busted out. I was fighting traffic to get to Techna Glass and got there 30 minutes before closing on a Friday evening. I contacted Techna Glass and had an appointment 4/27/18, went in to be informed they ordered the wrong window, was told they would order correct one and was advised to purchase their groupon to help with the cost. My final charges were 183.00. The second time they came to my job and I formed me they ordered the wrong part again. They said my window had 2 sensors they ordered a 3 sensor then 4 sensor and when I had to contact them 2 days later to find out where my window was at they informed me my price would go to 793.00. I asked why and they said because of sensors in my window. I went to the location. To speak to the store manager he told me he would look into everything to get correct price, I've called several times without response and they refuse to refund my groupon. I requested an online quote 3 days ago. When I received it, they asked if I wanted to book an appointment that day and I accepted. About a half hour later they called me back and said they needed to reschedule me to Thursday because they needed 2 hours to tint my vehicle, so I agreed. When I showed up at my scheduled appointment, Julio Garcia was busy eating a cheesburger and said he couldn't do my vehicle because he needed 3 hours to do it. I explained the situation with already being rescheduled by them once before, and he said that he can't do it, despite there being NO OTHER vehicles there. I asked for his supervisor and he told me he was the boss and owned it. When I started to call the corporate number that booked me, he quickly picked up his phone and ran outside to talk to his real boss. He came back in and put Travis on the phone, apparently the VP of the company in Utah and said that if Julio would rather eat his burger than tint my vehicle then he didn't care. Horrible customer service and a horrible company. I went 2 miles down the street to Sunset Tint, paid the same amount, and he had me done in an hour and a half. Do not waste your time with these idiots, just go to Sunset Tint and get real customer service with a great job and full warranty. Let Julio eat his cheeseburger. read more

I was here about 6 months ago for a repair and the place was so clean and the guy was so friendly and helpful by explaining everything. My visit last week was horrible, I will not refer to anyone. I just wanted to thank the installation/ receppootionist/ cashier/ one man show at Techna glass, for working hard, maintaining composure, and doing a great job! I had been driving around for days looking for someone who could fix my windshield, I remember seeing a huge sign regarding 29$ rock chip repair. I was honestly just hoping to get an estimate but he said all he needed was a half an hour, he did advise me after he saw the softball sized chip that it may not work, but he got to it anyways. 30 mins later he apologized, told me no charge because there was no perfect seal , so it might break. Ummm my windshield looks great.. I feel bad that I didn't give a bigger tip, if everyone worked as hard as we do , the world would be a better place read more
