Had some hard disk drives I wanted to destroy. Brought them in to their Santa Ana office and they immediately destroyed them in front of me. As I didn't need a certificate and just wanted them destroyed, I was in and out in around 10 minutes and did not need to pay anything for the service! Highly recommended! read more

I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and poor service. We had a couple of dozen items to pick up and scheduled with Stephanie Nunez. I had sent pictures of the items and was given a quote. I thought it was free with ten or more qualified items but thought there was a charge due to the additional items. The man who did the pick-up was very professional but let me know several of the items "didn't qualify" so he couldn't take them. One of the items, a ventilator, had oxygen tanks connected to it he couldn't take and I didn't have the tools to take them off at that time. He said they may be able to pick it up later at no charge when they were in the area. We should have been told about the tanks and informed what was not acceptable at the time of the quote so we were better able to make our decision and prepare for the pick-up. I contacted Stephanie to arrange the pick-up and was told it would be an additional $200 charge. I have repeatedly emailed Stephanie over the last 10 days to try to work this out but have not received a reply. read more

We hired these people to pick up some ewaste. We were in the middle of a move and accidentally paid them twice. The refuse our many attempts to be reimbursed and instead tell me they are checking on it. It's been 5 months of trying to get our accidental payment back. Now I have to contact our bank to dispute the extra charge. I know this was our mistake but mistakes happen and to be blown off and not reimbursed is criminal. Never use these people. I have many emails and phone calls to STEPHANIE and she's very dishonest. read more

TechWaste contacted our firm directly to inquire if we had any old electronics we would like to have picked up to be recycled for no fee (with over 20 certified items). I thought this was a great idea and happy to have our old electronics that were gathering dust to be sent off to be appropriately disposed of. Two delivery men came to pick up our large order, including hard drives that we requested to be certifiably destroyed. A week later, we receive a receipt for the objects that were picked up and realize that they were missing a whole box of items (including the hard drives). They told us that it was most likely misplaced in their warehouse and they would keep me updated. A month later and countless unanswered calls later, we still have no idea what happened to our missing items. Terrible customer service. Unreliable service. read more

We are very disappointed with this recycle company. They are so hard to get a hold of, and when you do, you cannot get a commitment to what time they will come to your office to pick up recycles. The truck should have been here between 1-1:30pm PST today and it is now 2:42pm. No one is answering phone calls either for the last 2 hours. read more
