Let me get straight to the point.....SHAWN IS THE BOMB!!! Initially when I requested a quote I provided him the wrong model for my husband's iPad. I had to wait for his vendor to get the battery that was needed. As soon as Shawn had the part he called to let me know. Initially I was delighted with my screen replacement 5/5 amazing customer service and came to my location and good price but after three months that my screen was replaced the tech forgot to remove the blue film from the back screen causing my battery to exploded and smoke while in my hand. After reaching out to see what can be done and what could have caused this to get a better understanding asking one question weather or not the blue film should have been there he responds with "I don't get paid to answer your questions" After that he ignores my messages leave me on read not once but twice. Did a great job repairing my iPad mini 2 glass that my son damaged. The boarder of the iPad pad the metal frame dented but he was able to file it down so that the glass could be flush. He charged a minimal amount extra for this but I understood why because it wasn't something even I originally noticed until I looked and could tell the corner wasn't rounded anymore. I think it was fair and his pricing was also very very fair considering he comes to you to do the work so you can wait at home leisurely. Worth the price and great experience. read more
