She had non-management staff come over to see what was going on, and she proceeded to talk down & belittle me in front of them. It's a shame because this was a store that I would take my father to for grocery shopping, but we will not be back. And I will be advising my friends & relatives to skip this store as well. Things like Korean gojuchang or Big Y-branded spice blends that come in much larger containers than what you could get elsewhere.
