Here is why: always have carriages, sanitizers are full, produce is fresh & plentiful, Deli employees are friendly & prompt, great meat quality, cashiers & baggers are courteous & efficient & it is clean & there is not a huge liquor area taking up space like some of their other stores. Here are the negatives: prices are on the high side, there a small number of each item on the shelves, limit variety & brand name items, no restocking of sold out items. I went back and forth from 4 and 3 stars on this place just due to price but giving it 4 because of the quality of food and the great attitude and friendliness of all the employees. Parking is ok. I've seen it get pretty full on the weekend so best time is during the week. When you first walk in they have an excellent hot food bar to your left. Wings, potato, squash, ribs, meatballs, spaghetti, carrots etc. an endless turnover of hot fresh food always changing. Also, a few different soups or clam chowder. An excellent salad bar including fruit and some great salad dressings. I absolutely love the sugar free one. So happy they have that option. The deli, cheese case and fish and meat dept all are filled with fresh foods and the employees are very enthusiastic to help you and answer any questions you may have. Bathrooms are in the back left side of the supermarket and are usually clean. Wine!!! Yes, you can get your wine here. Score! My overall thoughts are that they have improved the safety measures. Every time in now the wipes are there. They also have all new carts. The shorties are the bomb. We get our meats here and for Christmas just ordered and picked up a 4 rib roast that looks fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its a good store. Yes a bit more expensive with less bogo's and less overall selection than Shaws hence the deduction but I'm generally pretty happy. read more

In June of 2022 we got married in micro wedding (10 guests) and our flowers were created by the Easton Roche Brothers. I had a very unexpected death of one of my siblings, 6 weeks before my wedding, and reached out to the florist explaining I really didn't have the energy to come in for the planning appointment and would they be willing to work off of pictures I found on Pinterest of what I wanted. She recreated the bouquets, wreaths, and boutonnières EXACTLY like the pictures, she did such a wonderful job! The one change I asked for, more blue thistles than the pinterest picture, was also perfectly executed. I find myself coming here more and more. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and does not act like it hates working there, the store is clean and neat, the shopping carts are new and pleasant to use. It is not stocked in depth to the extent of the big chain stores in the local area, but on the other hand, if they need to open a register, they do and do not pressure you to use the self-checkout. ("I always dreamed of being a checkout clerk, and working for free"). Some have said their prices are higher than other local markets. I don't care because the meat is SAFE. (You know who I am pointing at.) Their prepared foods are good, and sometimes very good. I have never left in a bad mood. So I've been here a million times and had a not so clean server before, so I make sure I don't get anything when he's there. The server I had yesterday is usually ok. Not today! I was getting some hot dogs and these ones come with a pre wrap on them. The server took the white wrapping paper, that all deli products get wrapped in before going into the plastic bag, and placed it on the scale. Everything is good. Then he leans his arm onto the paper where he will be putting my food. So I asked him to give me a clean sheet because of him resting his arm on it. HE TURNS IT OVER. I again said I wanted a clean sheet and why. He then starts saying that back in the day this was no big deal and all they did then was was their hands. He's actually trying to defend being unhygienic. I then asked him if he would like me wiping my arms on his food. He didnt answer, just kept saying it was no big deal. With all the food problems today as well as transmitable diseases, I'm shocked at how unsanitary people serving food are. It is concerning that Roche Bros. I understand this market can be pricey, but not always. For instance, two years running I've purchased very good quality roasts at better values then any of the competitors. They carry Riman Ranch at a very good sale price and they have almost every thing you can possible want or need for special occasion offerings. Most impressive is their excellent service going above and beyond to help and customize needs. They pick up the phone on the busiest days as do the departments you may need to query. I wish I could afford to do all my shopping there, but fish market for one is an area in my opinion that could stand improvement. The North Easton Roche Bros is VERY 4-star worthy (at "Yay! I'm a fan"). I can say that it is: open, not crowded, has a HUGE parking lot, and doesn't have issues with checkout, and that the staff are helpful and kind. And in most sections, clean. I can also say that it is very annoying because: frozen area is TINY(!!!), and the meat area wasn't extremely clean, or at the Roche Bros standard. I was also very dissatisfied that people don't bring out your cart here..... the best part of Roche Bros has been taken away over here in Easton...... I guess I'll have to stick with my nearby favorites, Westwood & Millis. It's good to know this store has Grocery Pick-Up, which could be a very quick and convenient option! read more

We ordered our wedding flowers from here back in 2013 (yes I'm just getting around to writing the review now) - bridal bouquet, four bridesmaids bouquets, flowers for moms and nana, boutineers for groom, dads and groomsmen came to about $375 and they were done perfectly. Worth every penny! Also have ordered Anniversary flowers every year since and Ashley pays close attention to detail. Flowers are guaranteed fresh for five days or they will replace them - legit as I have used this only once :) arrangement was probably already there pre-made for a day or two. The selection is great, I'm a BIG fan of high end product and they deliver! She contacted me and kept me informed every step of the way!!! She went above and beyond for me and I cannot say thank you enough!!! Living in North Easton and very close to Roche Bros, I dealt with it for the sake of convenience. However, the management/staff is awful. I can never find anyone at the meat counter and anytime I have a question the staff is nowhere to be found. The managers don't smile or approach customers at all and aren't welcoming. There have been quite a few times when the baggers have just thrown my bread/eggs in the bottom of the bag with meat etc on top (not ok!). So I finally decided to give Hannafords a try and I haven't looked back. I'd rather spend the extra money on gas to go across town than give Roche Bros my business anymore. read more
