Nima is an amazing PT with an impressive handle on human physiology and sports medicine. I got referred to Nima from my personal trainer, who had another client already working with him. After years of weightlifting, I suddenly started having shoulder pain in the last year to the point of not being able to even lift a 5 lb weight. I've been working with Dr. Nima Enyati at Tee It Up PT for about a year now, and I can't say enough good things about his expertise and genuine care. Originally, another doctor had told me I was dealing with arthritis in my arm. The pain was so severe that I couldn't even lift a bucket of balls with my right forearm, and my grip strength was almost nonexistent. On my first visit, Dr. Nima immediately suspected that it was tennis elbow, not arthritis. Using a combination of cupping (he worked on a spot in my back that caused my forearm to throb--he explained that was a good sign of "release") and other targeted therapies, he helped me regain my strength and mobility. Remarkably, I've now been pain-free for more than 10 months. Still being an active tournament golfer, working with Nima has helped me become more aware why I have these "weak" areas in my golf swing which is a result of poor strength or mobility in certain parts of my body. In one sentence: Nima is the Man to see!!!  I saw Nima back in November 2024 after I had to withdraw from my 2-day golf tournament. My lower back was in a lot of pain and was only getting worse with each range session or round. I've been deal with frozen shoulder for three years. I've tried acupuncture, chiropractic care, steroid shots, and a different physical therapist -- nothing has helped me like Dr Nima. Saw him doing some consultations at my driving range and I had been dealing with a chronic Achilles injury. I started going to Lagree classes and added more high impact workouts to my routine and I think I landed funny or probably had bad form during an exercise. My hip was KILLING me so I reached out to Dr. Nima since he previously helped me with my plantar fasciitis, and he is seriously a magician!!! He worked on my hip and literally at the end of the session my pain was gone. Fast forward a few months later, I was laying in bed on my phone and I tried sitting up to shift over and I heard something pop in my neck. The next morning I woke up and had the most excruciating pain radiating down into my right shoulder and upper back. I contacted Dr. Nima and he was able to squeeze me in for a quick visit. He did manual therapy on the area and suggested I do cupping, but I'm terrified of that... lol so I declined and he was very polite and understanding. Instead he used the theragun and that helped a lot! By the end of the session my pain was a 3/10, and the next day I woke up and didn't feel pain any longer! I've seen Dr. Nima now for 3 separate issues and he was able to decrease the pain significantly each time by the end of the session. He also provided me with exercises to do at home, which I rarely need because his manual therapy work is amazing. I cannot recommend him enough!! Nima is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes his time trying to figure out the root cause of your pain through movement testing, cupping, soft tissue massage and more. I came to Nima with some hip and glute pain which wasn't going away. He immediately started testing the area and adjacent ones like the lower back and quickly determined some plausible causes. I have been a patient of Tee It Up and been working with Nina for over a month. I came in for a possible torn rotator cuff that kept me up at night and caused chronic fatigue.
